As with everyone else, I was consistent with keeping all stats as prime numbers.

Celesteela-Mega
Ability: Filter
Typing:

Stats: 97 / 103 (+2) / 113 (+10) / 181 (+74) / 113 (+12) / 67 (+6) [BST: 670 (+100)]
Movepool Additions: ---
Description (Competitive): My Mega Celesteela is mainly intended to just be a slightly faster Autotomize Celesteela with more initial firepower. It also has a slight bulk increase and filter which gives it great bulk even uninvested, easing setup and making it less prone to revenge killing. While it loses Beast Boost, its Special Attack gets a huge boost to somewhat compensate for it.

Pheromosa-Mega
Ability: Compound Eyes
Typing:

Stats: 71 / 139 (+2) / 53 (+16) / 181 (+44) / 53 (+16) / 173 (+22) [BST: 670 (+100)]
Movepool Additions: Sludge Bomb
Description (Competitive): Compound Eyes gives Mega Pheromosa 91% accurate Focus Blast. Sludge Bomb lets it run special sets without getting walled by Fairy types.

Buzzwole-Mega
Ability: Aphidate (-ate clone: Normal-type moves become Bug-type and deal 1.2x damage.)
Typing:

Stats: 107 / 173 (+34) / 167 (+28) / 61 (+8) / 79 (+26) / 83 (+4) [BST: 670 (+100)]
Movepool Additions: Double-Edge, Drain Punch
Description (Competitive): Aphidate-boosted Return or Double-Edge packs a serious punch, especially when boosted by Swords Dance or Bulk Up. Drain Punch gives Buzzwole good survivability without wasting a turn to Roost and also gives it a more reliable Fighting STAB.

Kartana-Mega
Ability: Steelworker
Typing:

Stats: 59 / 193 (+12) / 151 (+20) / 61 (+2) / 67 (+36) / 139 (+30) [BST: 670 (+100)]
Movepool Additions: ---
Description (Competitive):

Celesteela-Mega
Ability: Beast Boost ----> Firepower (1.5x power to Fire-typed moves, Steelworker clone)
Typing: Steel/Flying

Stats:

HP: 97
Attack: 101 ----> 107 (+6)
Defense: 103 ----> 137 (+34)
Special Attack: 107 ----> 137 (+30)
Special Defense: 101 ----> 131 (+30)
Speed: 61
Base Stat Total: 570 ----> 670 (+100)
Movepool Additions: Synthesis, Flare Blitz
Description: I mean, it has psuedo-STAB on Fire moves now. And its stats are higher. That's about it, not much else changed. You can use Synthesis to heal which is cool.

First off, all the stats are prime numbers. Just putting it here instead of in every description.
Mega Buzzwole
Type: Bug/Fighting
Ability: Moxie
Stats: 107 (+0) / 167 (+28) / 163 (+24) / 71 (+18) / 73 (+20) / 89 (+10) [Max values: 418/476/467/265/269/304]
New Moves: Close Combat
Description: Stat-wise, basically a direct upgrade of Buzzwole. Having 89 speed allows it to outspeed 87 (if I counted correctly) more Pokémon, many of which are relevant in OU and Ubers in some manner. It has amazing physical bulk and decent special bulk, especially if you pair it with Roost. Moxie means that even if you run a defensive set, you'll still gain the useful Attack boosts rather than a Defense boost. Most likely Ubers.

Mega Celesteela
Type: Steel/Flying
Ability: Flare Boost
Stats: 97 (+0) / 127 (+26) / 127 (+24) / 127 (+20) / 113 (+12) / 79 (+18) [Max values: 398/388/388/388/357/282]
New Moves: Hammer Arm
Description: Also a direct upgrade, or as close to one as possible, in terms of stats. Just like the original Celesteela, its Mega is capable of running several sets thanks to its mixed stats, such as the many variations of its Leech Seed set and Autotomize sweeper. Trying to burn Mega Celesteela will power up its engines further and make it extremely hard to deal with (if it wasn't already). Most likely S rank in OU / banned to Ubers.

Mega Kartana
Type: Steel/Fighting
Ability: Spike Trap (Sets a layer of Spikes on the opponent's side of the field upon switch-in)
Stats: 59 (+0) / 211 (+30) / 163 (+32) / 89 (+30) / 47 (+16) / 101 (-8) [Max values: 322/573/467/304/212/331]
New Moves: Spikes
Description: Mega Kartana will
cut you up. Mega Evolution makes Kartana's edges so sharp that they can cut through seemingly anything with minimal effort on its part. When it comes into battle, it sheds some of its worn edges and re-purposes them as entry hazards. Steel + Fighting + Dark gives it unresisted coverage, which after a Swords Dance will probably result in some sort mass murder. However, it loses speed which makes it easier to check, as well as still being roasted by fire attacks and completely destroyed by faster special attackers. Definitely Ubers.

Mega Pheromosa
Type: Bug/Fairy
Ability: Queenly Majesty
Stats: 71 (+0) / 181 (+44) / 23 (-14) / 181 (+44) / 23 (-14) / 191 (+40)
New Moves: Moonblast, Play Rough
Description: Another direct stat upgrade, but with a cost in having its bulk lowered making it vulnerable to more OHKOs. Keeping the tradition of regular Pheromosa, this form boasts a ridiculous base 191 speed which will allow it to nearly always move first. Its offences are also on par with regular Kartana's Attack, which is nothing to laugh at. As with regular Pheromosa, this form should never be brought in unless via a slow Volt/Turn or as a revenge killer, but excels under both conditions. The special set would likely be superior. Luckily for Ubers, Specially Defensive Primal Groudon and Arceus can do a good job of checking it, and it has to hit Focus Blast versus lots of Steel types (if it even decides to run Focus Blast, that is). Definitely a great Pokémon in Ubers.

Mega Kartana
Ability: Assassin (Sniper + Super Luck)
Typing:

HP: 59 (+0)
Attack: 241 (+60)
Defense: 151 (+20)
Special Attack: 61 (+2)
Special Defense: 31 (+0)
Speed: 127 (+18)
New Moves: Cross Chop, Cross Poison, Iron Head, Solar Blade, Razor Shell
Description: Ludicrously high attack, with 241, and it also has Swords Dance. It's ability doesn't look too good, until you realise that half of your Leaf Blades, Cross Chops, Night Slashes, etc. are going to be landing critical hits, and those critical hits deal 1.5x damage. Ho boy, those moves are gonna hurt.

Kartana @ Kartanite
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Leaf Blade
- Cross Chop
- Iron Head
- Razor Shell

This set hits everything except Shedinja for at least neutral damage. You can run Solar Blade over another move (probably Cross Chop) if you can predict a switch-in on Pdon.

252+ Atk Sniper Kartana-Mega Leaf Blade vs. 252 HP / 192+ Def Toxapex on a critical hit: 328-387 (107.8 - 127.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252+ Atk Sniper Kartana-Mega Leaf Blade vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Bubble Guard Araquanid-Mega on a critical hit: 211-249 (62 - 73.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

252+ Atk Sniper Kartana Leaf Blade vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Shuckle on a critical hit: 229-270 (93.8 - 110.6%) -- 62.5% chance to OHKO

Mega Pheromosa
Ability: No Guard
Typing:

HP: 71 (+0)
Attack: 151 (+14)
Defense: 13 (-24)
Special Attack: 211 (+74)
Special Defense: 13 (-24)
Speed: 211 (+60)
New Moves: N/A
Description: This Pheromosa is just flat out evil... 211 SpA, and an ability that stops you from missing Focus Blast and Blizzard, aswell as a blazing 211 speed. It still dies to any form of priority, due to it's stupidly low 71 / 13 / 13 bulk.

Pheromosa @ Pheromosite
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Mild Nature
- Blizzard
- Bug Buzz
- Focus Blast
- U-Turn

This set is rather fun to use, with a never missing Blizzard and Focus Blast, pivoting in U-Turn and a blazing 521 speed, which lets it outspeed 108 scarfers with 252 investment and no positive nature.

All will have the base stats as prime numbers and a few new moves.

Mega Buzzwole
New Typing: Bug/Fighting
New Ability: Beast Boost ---> Swole (Getting hit by damaging moves will boost attack by one stage, Stamina clone)
New Stats:
HP: 107
Attack: 139 ---> 167 (+26)
Defense: 139 ---> 167 (+26)
Special Attack: 53
Special Defense: 53 ---> 101 (+48)
Speed: 79
New Moves: Drain Punch, Swords Dance
Description: SD BUZZWOLE! Though Swole + Roost will help a lot against offense and SD for stall.

Mega Pheromosa
New/Typing: Bug/Fighting ---> Fairy/Fighting
New Ability: Beast Boost ---> Webslinger (Steelworker for Bug-type moves)
New Stats:
HP: 71
Attack: 137 ---> 173 (+36)
Defense: 37 ---> 31 (-6)
Special Attack: 137 ---> 173 (+36)
Specialw Defense: 37 ---> 31 (-6)
Speed: 151 ---> 191 (+40)
New Moves: Moonblast, Play Rough
Description: Fairy-typing because... well, it is dainty and fragile like paper. Though 173 attacking stats and 191 speed seems OP, remember it has no snowballing potential with Beast Boost and no power boosting items to take advantage of. Also, priority and any means of lowering its speed ruin it due to it relying primarily on its Speed. And Terrain Extender Lele may be a thing, but paralysis/maybe Sticky Web will still screw it over.

Mega Celesteela
New Typing: Steel/Flying ---> Steel/Fire
New Ability: Beast Boost ---> Levitate
New Stats:
HP: 97
Attack: 101 ---> 113 (+12)
Defense: 103 ---> 113 (+10)
Special Attack: 107 ---> 127 (+20)
Special Defense: 101 ---> 119 (+18)
Speed: 61 ---> 101 (+40)
New Moves: Roost, Flash Cannon, Hammer Arm
Description: I decided to keep the stats roughly balanced. A Steel/Fire typing is defensively good with Levitate, and Giga Drain can deter Water-types to an extent.

Mega Kartana
New Typing: Grass/Steel
New Ability: Beast Boost ---> Tinted Lens
New Stats:
HP: 59
Attack: 181 ---> 229 (+48)
Defense: 131
Special Attack: 59
Special Defense: 31 ---> 79 (+48)
Speed: 109 ---> 113 (+4)
New Moves: Solar Blade, Slash
Description: Physical attacker. Tinted Lens makes its STAB moves more spammable.

Pheromosa-Mega
Ability: Compound Eyes
Typing:

Stats: 71 / 157 (+20) / 53 (+16) / 163 (+26) / 53 (+16) / 173 (+22) [BST: 670 (+100)]
Movepool Additions: Sludge Bomb
Description (Competitive): Compound Eyes does two things: 1.) Gives special sets 91% accurate Focus Blast, and 2.) gives physical sets perfectly accurate Megahorn. Sludge Bomb lets Mega Pheromosa run special sets without getting walled by Fairy types.
uhhh... Pheromosa doesn't get megahorn?

You know you could just add it right?
I'm aware, but Pheromosa doesn't have a horn or anything that looks like one, so I didn't think it would make much sense flavor-wise. The intent for my Mega Pheromosa was for it to be a special attacker, anyway, so it's not that big of a deal.

Mega Buzzwole
New Typing:

New Ability: Beast Boost ---> Extreme focus (fighting moves never miss, focus punch cannot be stopped aside from flinch, status, etc) (can not provide code yet, will if I win or get home soon)
New Stats:
HP: 107
Attack: 139 ---> 179 (+40)
Defense: 139
Special Attack: 53
Special Defense: 53 ---> 73 (+20)
Speed: 79 ---> 109 (+40)
New Moves: Dynamic punch, close combat
Description: Two very powerful fighting moves that never miss, 100% confusion: still doesnt like special moves. UBERS

Mega Pheromosa
New/Typing:

New Ability Beast Boost ---> Magic Guard
New Stats:
HP: 71
Attack: 137 ---> 107(-30)
Defense: 37 ---> 107 (+70)
Special Attack: 137 ---> 167 (+30)
Special Defense: 37 ---> 67 (+30)
Speed: 151
New Moves: Moonblast, Light of Ruin (if possible), Hex, Psycho Shift
Description: Usable physical bulk, an insane 167 spa and 151 speed, and a useful ability in magic guard (especially if it gets LoR). Otherwise, you are immune to rocks/entry hazards as well as status. Hex shift could be interesting too. UBERS

Mega Celesteela
New Typing:

New Ability: Beast Boost ---> Heatproof
New Stats:
HP: 97
Attack: 101 ---> 109 (+8)
Defense: 103 ---> 163 (+60)
Special Attack: 107 ---> 109 (+2)
Special Defense: 101 ---> 131 (+30)
Speed: 61
New Moves: Flash Cannon, Zen Headbutt
Description: Another annoying defensive mon, no mega araquanid, but still an ass. OU (most likely)

Mega Kartana
New Typing:

New Ability: Beast Boost ---> Haunt (Fighting type moves turn ghost and do 1.2x damage -ate clone)
New Stats:
HP: 59
Attack: 181 ---> 241 (+60)
Defense: 131
Special Attack: 59
Special Defense: 31 ---> 67 (+36)
Speed: 109 ---> 113 (+4)
New Moves: Solar Blade, Slash
Description: I wasn't happy with kartana being grass, I always felt that was out of place even considering the steel space onion and rock jellyfish. Ghost/ Steel is a more fitting type in my opinion and though it has more weaknesses, it now has more immunities. Its ability also allows it to gain STAB through sacred sword, brick break, and even vacuum wave which even though it is special, gives it priority. IDK OU or UBERS
