Description: An attempt at making Ninetales into Snow White. The best I could think of was making something based on the singing and well, here we are. Ninetales is mostly a support mon for doubles, with being able to boost its ally's moves while simultaneously lowering the foe's stats. It can also use Howl to boost your ally's Attack while at it. In singles, there's less to note adimitedly, but Parting Shot grants a very safe switch for any mon.

We have themed slates, and while you can post your random megas on the Discord, not here unless they are in the slate.
Also, please put your suggestions for slates and changes to others in the discord unless your doing a mass-post like Mossy Sandwich has done.
If you want to do random pokemon, suggest them or a FFA slate.

We have made several, very long-winded attempts at this point to try and make the rules and how our mod works as crystal clear as possible, even putting in the thread title to "Read the first post". Every aspect, including how the slates work, what the rules are, how voting works, and how metagame development operates, is outlined and sectioned. That includes submission rules; they have their own section and can easily be accessed, so long as you read the first post, as we keep trying to put emphasis on. However, if there is a genuine design flaw in the OP that is making it difficult to understand fundamental information, by all means, let us know, either on any of the council members' walls or in the Discord, but please not in the thread.

Regardless of this, it is coming to a point where repeating ourselves is fruitless. Sadly, there's not too much I or any of us can do about that anymore. The most I can say is to read the original post and try to understand how our mod works, before posting or saying anything in the thread. We have made every attempt at being transparent; if you do not make an attempt to read the rules before leaving a post, it is entirely on you if you break a rule, not us.

As such, this will be my last attempt to make things as clear as I possibly can. Any conversation not relevant to the slate or voting should be taken to the Discord or in DMs.

Description: Two words: Chip Damage. The main goal of this ability was too see how I could make use of Delphox's signature move, Mystical Fire. However, outside of that move, it didn't have many reliable options to lower an opponent's stats so I added a few. Tickle and Noble Roar lower the opponent's stats while draining 25% of their health while Memento just has an added 25% damage. Fire Lash lowering defense and stealing a bit of health makes it an excellent stallbreaking tool. Parting Shot lets you pivot while taking a chunk out of the opponent's HP.

Description : Zoroark's ability lets it make some awesome plays, an example is lets say you switch in your grass type Pokemon against the Pokemon's Flying type, now they will probably stay in because of the type advantage, so you can strike back with a 100% always super effective hit, of course high ladder players might be aware of that, making Mega-Zoroark a beast in lower ladder. Drain Punch and Knock Off are stabs, Gunk Shot is coverage and Swords dance is to get a potential sweep/raise your attack to beat bulkier mons.

Ability:
Crafty illusions - Zoroark will switch its Typing and appearance before attacking or being attacked with the opposing pokemon whenever doing so would be beneficial (so to take less damage or deal more damage or avoid a status attack). This may only happen once per turn.
Example: If its attacked by a alola ninetales Blizzard, it would switch to alola ninetales typing and appearance. If it attacks the next turn with flamethrower and alola ninteales stays in, it would switch back to zoroark to have stab. If in the same turn, in which it changed back to zoroark and used flamethrower, alola nintales stays in and attacks back with bizzard, it wouldnt switch again to zoroark, since it already switched forms once in a turn.

Hey guys! Sorry for the lack of communication here, circumstances have changed somewhat and I definitely should have said something much sooner.

Submissions are technically not closed yet, and they will not be closed in the immediate future. Hematite has had some pressing things come up IRL, and has requested that we wait to take any action until he's able to finish the feedback + veto post he's been working on. After that, there will be at least another full day to give people a chance to respond to the feedback before submissions are closed and voting begins.

Overview: My mega Araquanid is a very bulky but slow attacker, whose ability allows it to circumvent it's speed by using effectively base 135 (factoring stab) aqua jets that break sashes, as well as an upgraded first impression which also breaks sashes. It functions well under trick room, and can provide sticky web reliably due to it's great bulk. It has no setup options however, and most dragon types can resist it's stab combo and deal with it pretty well. of course, water immunities can exploit it's ability as well.

My idea for Mega Delphox centers around how witches use hexes, and how the move hex functions in Pokémon. Spamming Sacred Fire/Searing Shot to cause burns and deal big damages to burnt targets would be this fox's bread and butter. Psybeam/Strange Beam would be weaker, confusion-based options to mildly help with coverage. Thunderbolt is there because witches and sorcerers often use elemental spells, and Delphox's debut in Pokémon X and Y was very much an RPG theme with the tank/mage/rogue archetypes in Chesnaught/Delphox/Greninja. Though, fishing for paralysis could definitely be viable at a 20% chance, and the coverage is awesome.

Balance: I wanted to make Mega Delphox a glass cannon like the witch/sorcerer archetype usually is. So, its Sp. Atk is pretty nasty (just over M Gardevoir and M Ampharos, since the 166 and 66 Def are supposed to be a nod to 666 and witch's devilish connections). Its speed, though, is a bit lower. 120 is definitely fast, but things like Weavile, base form Greninja, Aerodactyl, many choice scarfers easily out-speed it, and there are also priority moves. Physical moves would tear through 75/66 physical bulk. That said, burning foes definitely offsets its physical weakness, so I could see a need to drop this Mega Delphox's speed a bit, potentially raising Sp. Def more instead, and/or dropping its defenses even lower regardless. Idk, I'm new to this sorry. Thanks for reading!

Overview: Here we have one of the most terrifying JOATs (Jack Of All Trades). With a mixed glass cannon style play, it can run lots of different sets, ranging from fully special/physical 4 attacks set, which optimises its type changing abilities, or nasty plot/swords sets with huge amounts of power. The main thing is mega zoroark can do well vs most Pokemon and its tanking abilities are surprisingly high despite its stats because you can make it resist most things with its ability.

Alsoo, does the abilties’ affect stack with hex? A base 260 move sounds op imo
