ETE, can we use CAP Pokemon for the teams in this? Since it allows the removal of clauses and so forth, it would be excellent if we could include CAP Pokemon for the way they interact with the game and the other Pokemon.

No, only sets/pokemon/moves/evs/whatever which are possible in-game will be allowed in this tournament. You can play your matches on the CaP server, but no CaP 'mons.

Updated OP with posts about the IV staggering option, and all the new signups. We should comfortably hit 128 players with a fair number of subs (and other than the first 64 you'll all have an equal chance at getting in with the new rules), so keep on coming!
