211 games is the number i heard most
not sure the actual number matters too much, it's basically 162 games (next season) + the rest of this season if it gets held up.211 games is the number i heard most
before the Phillies got good there were a lot of lopsided division finishes, mostly the late 90's/early 2000's Braves. the Mets won in '06, and basically every year there was one good team and everyone else was either around .500 or terrible. Also, the Braves have won 11 straight, I've never seen the NL East this lopsided before...
the yankees are absolutely pitiful, swept by the goddamn white sox. someone get jeter back in that lineup
Last night was absolutely disgusting. I don't think even Jeter can save this lineup right now. No one is hitting, Cano hasn't had a home run in forever before the one he hit last night.
I was watching the Dodgers game last night and I still can't believe how good Kershaw is. It was only a matter of time until the Dodgers came around with all of that talent and Kershaw/Greinke as their 1/2. That Korean guy isn't half bad either.
