Arcanine-Hisui @ Altarianite
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 208 HP / 252 Atk / 48 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Extreme Speed
- Flare Blitz
- Morning Sun
- Stealth Rock

Who needs Head Smash when you have Pixilate Extreme Speed? Altarianite turns Hisuian Arcanine into a dangerous priority attacker, with Pixilate-boosted Extreme Speed being complemented by STAB-boosted Flare Blitz to crush Steel-types like Corviknight. Morning Sun offsets entry hazard damage and Flare Blitz recoil, both of which can add up quickly. Stealth Rock takes advantage of Hisuian Arcanine's strong matchup into common Sablenite users like Corviknight and Blissey. 48 Speed EVs let Hisuian Arcanine outrun uninvested threats like Dragonite and Magearna with base 95 Speed or lower. Hisuian Arcanine's biggest nemesis is Slowbro, which can wall it with both Sablenite and Manectite; as a result, teammates like Lucarionite Kingambit and Pidgeotite Rotom-W are recommended to pressure it. Sablenite teammates are recommended to help ward off Stealth Rock, which heavily limits Hisuian Arcanine's potential, both as an offensive threat and as a check to other Extreme Speed users. Hisuian Arcanine also struggles with conserving Extreme Speed PP, so entry hazard support from Magearna and Gyaradosite users like Toxapex is useful to ease prediction.

I don’t have too much to say, overall fairly solid explanation of everything. The one thing I think I would change is the examples of teammates; kingambit is fine if uncommon, but Ursaluna is a bit of a rough matchup into slowbro, especially if it’s future sight or psychic; I'd prefer an example like magnezone, or washtom if you didn't want a second steel. Aside from that, should be good.

Hisuian Arcanine's biggest nemesis is Slowbro, which can wall it with both Sablenite and Manectite; as such a result, teammates like Lucarionite Kingambit and Pidgeotite Rotom-W are recommended to pressure it. Hisuian Arcanine also struggles with conserving Extreme Speed PP, so entry hazard support from the likes of Magearna and Gyaradosite users like (or remove the likes of) Toxapex is useful to ease prediction.
