Celebi is a cool edition to any Psychic-type team I ended up changing it to a Groundium Z set to allow it to take on Steel-types like Heatran. Next is time to add a Physical attacker to take care of Special walls for Celebi and what better than Band Victini and Mega Gallade. Victini along with Mega Gallade and this Celebi set very much break Steel-type teams as well as Victini being able to take on Pokemon such as Celesteela fairly easily, which gives Celebi a bit of trouble. Band Victini breaks the Normal- and Grass-type defensive cores for Celebi. Victini can also cripple walls with Trick, locking them into a single move. Mega Gallade is the physical setup sweeper of the team and is a great teammate for Victini as they both heavily pressure even the most defensive physical walls and can help each other break through the others checks. So about now I realized the team was pretty slow with Mega Gallade being the fastest Pokemon so I added Choice Scarf with Latios, this set is great because not only is it a great emergency Defogger but can always check Scarf Heracross even with sticky web up. Latias also works as a choice scarfer on this team due to its access to healing wish giving the team dual healing wish, being able to do the same things as latios, but give the setup sweepers yet another chance. Jirachi gives Mega Gallade and Celebi a second chance to setup with healing wish and can cripple fast threats like scarf heracross with thunder wave. Jirachi also is able to setup rocks and has enough speed investment to be faster then diggersby and potentially beat it down with Iron Head. Finally, the last member of the team is p much a staple on Psychic in Gen7 with access to Magic Guard + Counter, Alakazam can tackle some of Psychic-types biggest threats such as Mega Sharpedo and Bisharp with ease.

Built around the cacturne set and did Ho like you suggested in your original post. Decided on Mega-Tyranitar because cacturne can't do anything really in the bug or flying mus so covering that seemd important, basic Ho rocker in Krookodile (could also use bisharp if wanted), Greninja for solid revenge killer Hydreigon for a decent wallbreaker, and Muk to Absorb Tspikes since u mentioned the cacturne set does remove Toxapex but on ho u generally hate Toxic or poison chip so absorbing Tspikes is be nice here as well as having another annoying set up mon to puts pressure on the opponent. overall it's a pretty basic and self explanatory team so enjoy it.

Hi folks! I'm back with another request. This time I would like a Flying type team built around the pair of Choice Specs (or perhaps either Choice Scarf or Life Orb?) Moltres and Stallbreaker Mega Pidgeot. At least on paper, it seems to me that Flying type teams running Mega Pidgeot (or Mega Aerodactyl for that matter) over Mega Charizard-Y would have trouble breaking the defensive cores of Steel type teams with offensive pressure alone. To this end, I would like to run an offensive Moltres set alongside Mega Pidgeotl.

Moltres @ Choice Specs/Choice Scarf/Life Orb
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 30 Atk
- Hurricane
- Fire Blast
- Hidden Power [Ground]/Roost (if Life Orb is opted for over either Choice Specs or Choice Scarf)
- U-turn

Pidgeot @ Pidgeotite
Ability: Big Pecks
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Hurricane
- Roost
- Work Up
- Refresh

This core has very clear problems with offensive archetypes that I would like to be addressed. Also, I enjoy pivoting in my games, so some potent defensive pivots or more VoltTurn action would be appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read my request!

As all Webs Fairy teams carry Ribombee, for Webs, that was my first Pokemon on the team. Stun Spore and HP Fire along with a Focus Sash act as a soft check to many threats to Fairy such as Scarf Nihilego and Mega Scizor. Sticky Webs is the main focus of the team, as much of the rest of the team takes advantage of it.

Z-Move Tapu Fini was another Pokemon this team was built around. Fairium Z provided an especially powerful nuke after Tapu Fini set up with Calm Mind a few times, and HP Fire is really nice for Steel-type Pokemon such as Ferrothorn and Mega Scizor.

Clefable's role on this team is to act as a physical pivot and a Calm Mind sweeper. Fire Blast is the chosen coverage move to hit Steel-type Pokemon and therefore sweep with Calm Mind against teams that carry Steel-types. Maximum Defensive EVs along with a Bold nature ensure that Clefable can switch into physical attackers and act as a potent wincon through using Calm Mind.

Tapu Koko is an excellent option on Fairy teams because of its speed and power. I used Grass Knot on Tapu Koko mainly in order to hit Ground/Water type Pokemon super effectively, which is useful in the Ground and Water matchups. Expert Belt is to take advantage of Koko
s coverage along with Thunderbolt and capitalizes in matchups such as Ground, Water, and Flying where you will be using Grass Knot and Hidden Power Ice to abuse switchins.

Mega Diancie is the team's Stealth Rock setter. Earth Power hits Heatran harder, while Psychic is another option to ease the Poison match up.

I felt like Choice Band Tapu Bulu would be the best option for the sixth teamslot because of its wallbreaking potential and offensive presence. Tapu Bulu's item is a Choice Band because I wanted to capitalize on its power rather than revenge kill with its Speed.

hope you enjoy the team!

I'd like to see a Psychic team built around CM Reuniclus, as it seems a really fun mon to use although not being the best choice for Psychic. Here is the set i'd like to see:

Reuniclus @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 212 Def / 44 Spe
Bold Nature
- Calm Mind
- Psyshock
- Shadow Ball / Focus Blast
- Recover

44 Speed EVs let Reuniclus outspeed Toxapex, letting Reuniclus attack it before it has a chance to use Haze.

So Reuniclus was the given for the team, I deduced that a Hyper offense team won't do here since Reuniclus is very slow giving away the momentum and is sporting a defensive set. I decided on using Reuniclus on a Balanced team and quickly added Victini as a partner as it is basically given for Psychic teams helping in Steel and Bug match ups while acting as a Wallbreaker. As the team is balanced I decided to add Slowbro here giving the team a defensive wall, next I added Jirachi for setting up Stealth Rock and helping in the Fairy match up vs Pokemon such as Mega Diancie. For the Mega slot I added in Mega Gallade as it helps vs Dark types not named Mega Sableye and is a great SD wallbreaker in general. For the last slot I added in Latios for offensive defog support.
Since this team is not using Sash Alakazam, Slowbro was given colbur berry to help vs Dark-types such as Mega Sharpedo and Bisharp. I gave it Grass knot and Fire blast to deal with those two. You can however opt to run Thunder wave over Fire Blast to Paralyze opposing teams. For Jirachi it is the usual support set however it is eved to outspeed Adamant Diggersby so that it can do some damage via Flinch Hax. For Reuniclus I decided on using Shadow Ball as it allowed it to be a threat in Psychic mirror matchups. For Victini, I wanted to use the Z Celebrate set as it is really good vs Steel type teams, HO teams find it hard to deal with it due to increased bulk and It can also beat bug teams easily lacking Araquanid. I added Thunderbolt over Stored Power to beat Flying type teams as most flying teams run a slow scarf user and with Thunderbolt Victini can take out Mantine easily. The Z Celebrate set is good vs Flying-type teams using Mega Aerodactyl as form of Speed control. Stored Power can also be used on that slot. For Mega Gallade I decided to use a Sub + SD set as it is a pain for offensive Dark-type teams while also putting in work vs Poison-type teams. The substitute is a neat tec as it allows it to beat Sucker punch Bisharp and to set Substitute against Mega Sharpedo as it goes for Protect which are some of the threats to the team. For the last slot now, Latios was made Choice Scarf user since it outspeeds Mega Sharpedo at +1 and also revenge kills Choice Scarf Blacephaon which is a threat to Psychic-type teams. I gave it Thunder wave to cripple Volcarona at +1 so that Mega Gallade can deal with it as Victini is running a Special set. so yeah thats the team! I hope you like it.
PS: A Choice Scarf Victini is also a decent option to run on this team to have a better match up vs Bug while also maintaining a decent match up vs Steel. A Choice band will help vs Mega Sableye which is a big threat to the current team.

Meloetta @ Assault Vest

EVs: 44 HP / 252 Atk / 212 Spe
Jolly Nature

I started doing some building of my own recently, as I'm not really at all a very good teambuilder and decided that the only way for me to really get better is to learn. I've been exploring with some cool options, and came across Meloetta. It's a handy lure for Dark and Steel-types, with an Assault Vest to also act as a special pivot in base form. 212 Speed EV's make regular Meloetta base 295 in Aria form, tying with Non-scarf Heracross, Kommo-o and Nidoking, while it is base 379 in Pirouette form, just creeping Non-Scarf Greninja. Max attack for maximum damage, with the rest in HP for added bulk. I tried building with it myself, but I wanted a second opinion, so here you go~

Requesting a Ghost Mono Ubers team around Z-Shadow Force Ghostceus:

Arceus-Ghost @ Ghostium Z
Ability: Multitype
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Shadow Force
- Brick Break
- Extreme Speed

I read that Ghost teams are pretty good in Mono Ubers, so that's the team I want and this seems like a really good building block to start with. I literally stole this set from the normal ubers set since I don't know the mono Ubers meta yet, so it can be changed if needed (I also read Specs Lunala is good on mono Ubers, so maybe fit that on as well if possible, but if not it's all good). Any play style works and much appreciated in advance!

Requesting Fire Mono around SD CharX

Ability: Tough Claws
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Dragon Claw
- Flame Charge/Flare Blitz
- Swords Dance

This set is basically a diversion to the normal DD variant but still achieves the role of sweeping. Swords Dance is gives charizard twice the amount(including tough claws boost) of the damage to really put the pressure on every mon. Flame charge is an option over Flare Blitz if you ever feel having just 328 isn't enough for a setup sweeper.

Requesting Normal mono around BD + Gluttony Snorlax:
snorlax.gif
Snorlax @ Figy Berry
Ability: Gluttony
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Belly Drum
- Recycle
- Crunch / Earthquake
- Return

The recent buffs to the 1/2 healing berries have been wonderful to experiment with, and Snorlax has some interesting tools to utilize this new buff. Thanks to Gluttony, Snorlax will fully heal after a successful Belly Drum, so getting an opportunity to set up is now a whole lot easier. Recovery is also much easier than relying on RestTalk as to not be a sitting duck thanks to Recycle, only taking up one moveslot and giving 50% of health back whenever a figy berry's eaten. Snorlax also has some great natural bulk in 160/65/110 (granted its defense could be higher), so it can take a hit and dish out damage in return.

With all of this said, I'm having some trouble with building a team around Snorlax as I'm not entirely sure what mons would be the best fit. Porygon 2 is a solid wall that can deal with defensive hits while M-Lopunny is a fast and hard hitter that fills the gap that Snorlax leaves (Crunch punishes Ghost mons while EQ punishes Steel and Rock mons - you can only choose one unless you really want to forgo STAB), but I'm not entirely sure what kind of team would be the best counterpart for this set.

I built around SD Z-Shadow Force Arceus Ghost, however instead of running Brick Break I decided to run Stealth Rock as this allows me to compress roles and create a better team overall. Arceus-Ghost also does a good job of pressuring hazard removal with its SD + Z Shadow Force combined with great natural speed make Defogging infront of this thing very annoying. Next to the team was to add some Special Power and it seemed like you wanted to use Specs Lunala so I decided to add that instead of having it hold Choice Scarf and gave that to Blacephalon, which is faster anyway. The coverage on Lunala and Blacephalon is pretty standard and nothing much to explain there. Next I added the defensive core of Aegislash + Giratina-Origin. While I strongly believe regular Giratina is the better Pokemon it does not have Levitate, which means this team would be super weak to Ground-types otherwise. I added Will-O-Wisp and Toxic on both of them to make Gengar's Hex insanely powerful and to allow it to clean easier late-game. Aegislash of course acts as a blanket check to so many Physical attackers thanks to Kings Shield and Giratina is the teams hazard removal. Finally the last slot goes to Mega Gengar, which is a very solid addition to any Ubers Monotype Ghost team, and as I talked about earlier I gave its teammates status to makes its Hex very strong. Taunt is mainly to help it stallbreaker in tandem with the ability Shadow Tag. Choice Scarf Blacephalon is actually really solid in this metagame because it does a great job of late-game cleaning against a ton of top tier types like Psychic-, Ghost-, and Steel-type teams.

Mega Charizard X is the mega evolution of choice, Dragon Dance and Swords Dance make it a prominent sweeper with the only downside of lacking recovery in Roost. Torkoal is the team's stealth rock and sun setter, with rapid spin and high defenses it provides a ton of utility to Fire teams in general. Because of the physical attackers in Infernape and Charizard X, Blacephalon is the scarfer of Choice on this team. Psyshock can be used over Trick if checking Scarf Nihilego isn't important, but it'd require the Fire team to play around it with Heatran, an offensive stallbreaker that holds Air Balloon to check Earth Power Mega Diancie. Hidden Power Electric on Volcarona is used specifically handle Mantine on Water and Flying teams, and Bug Buzz with Bugnium Z is used to hit Pokemon that Firium Z resists such as Garchomp, and is used in tandem with Swarm to launch off a very powerful nuke when at low health. The last slot goes to Infernape, a Choice Band user that can effectively break with Fighting coverage and priority in Mach Punch.

Rquesting a Mono Poison team with Toxic Spikes Toxapex and Hex Gengar. Hex can eliminate would be checks and the commitment to make it strong has no drawbacks. Sadly it really only sees use with Giratina. Here are the sets:

Toxapex @ Black Sludge

EVs: 252 HP / 168 Def / 88 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Recover
- Scald
- Toxic Spikes

Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hex
- Venoshock/Sludge Wave
- Focus Blast
- Destiny Bond

Thanks~

Requesting a Dark team build around Mega Houndoom:

Houndoom-Mega @ Houndoominite
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Nasty Plot
- Fire Blast
- Dark Pulse
- Sludge Bomb

Mega Houndoom has access to nice coverage moves, being able to threaten Fairy with the combination of Fire Blast and Sludge Bomb, plus having the possibility to boost its Special Attack. I'm not sure what would be the best way to build with this so i'll let the builder decide which archetype works better along Mega Houndoom.

So to build a team around Toxapex and Gengar I started off with the basic Defensive core of Poison-type teams which is Mega Venusaur, Toxapex, Muk-Alola and Crobat. For Mega Venusaur I decided to run HP Fire over sludge bomb as I deduced that the team wont be able to fit in Nidoking and so HP Fire helps somewhat against steel types being able to pressure Pokemon such as Ferrothorn, Scizor, Bisharp etc. Mega Venusaur is running a defensive set to be able to tank physical hits better for the team, it has 16 speed evs to outspeeds Adamant Azumarill and take it out with Giga Drain. Giga Drain allows it to check Ground-type Pokemon for the team. Next up, Muk-Alola with AV set to handle Psychic match up and provide the team with immunity to Psychic-type attacks. It has Fire Blast for two reasons, one to get past Counter Sash Alakazam in the Psychic match up and the other reason being able to pressure steel-types with it such as Skarmory. Crobat on the team has enough speed to outspeed Jolly Max speed Mega Gallade, the rest of the EVs are dumped into its HP and Defensive stat to make it bulky. It has toxic over taunt for Sub CM suicune which can be a pain to face as it can easily PP stall the entire team, infiltrator and Toxic allows crobat to cripple it even when suicune is behind a Substitute. Toxapex is sporting a Toxic Spikes and Haze set as you requested in the team builder. As for the Gengar set I made it Fightnium Z along with Taunt to deny recovery to Pokemon such as Chansey, Fightnium Z allows it to get past Pokemon such as Tyranitar and Heatran with ease. It has Hex to take advantage of status spreading by Hex which allows Gengar to wall break. Lastly, the team needed a Stealth rock user and a speed control and so to compress roles I added Choice Scarf Nihilego with Stealth Rock. Nihilego forces switches and so shouldnt be hard to get up rocks against match ups such as Flying and Bug. Thunderbolt and HP ice lets it threaten Flying team and being able to deal with Pokemon such as Garchomp and Landorus. I hope you like the team, if you have questions regarding the team then feel free to pm me about it.
