Psychic Check

Alakazam @ Focus Sash
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
IVs: 0 Def
Hasty Nature
- Counter
- Psychic
- Focus Blast
- Shadow Ball

Mega Charizard X is one of the wide amount of targets Focus Sash + Counter set, and considering how threatening it can be, Alakazam's role is justified to be used.

Water Check

Kingdra @ Choice Specs
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Draco Meteor
- Ice Beam
- Surf

Under rain, Kingdra is faster than Mega Charizard X and it's able to OHKO it with Draco Meteor

252+ SpA Choice Specs Kingdra Draco Meteor vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Charizard-Mega-X: 642-756 (216.1 - 254.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Considering it's a fire type, it will reduce to who win the weather war, but mono-water has the advantage in this match to keep the weather for enough time.

reserving mandi for dark o.o

Finally got some time to do this alrighty lets get started

Dark Check (idk tbh)

Mandibuzz @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Overcoat
EVs: 248 HP / 244 Def / 16 Spe
Impish Nature
- Brave Bird
- Foul Play
- Roost
- Defog

Ok to cut to the chase, Mandibuzz just walls it like theres no arguement here. If char sets up and then you decide to send in mandibuzz later then I question what is going on in that brain of yours.

What makes mandi such a great check to charizard is its amazing bulk with base 110 HP and base 105 Defense making it a great wall, and with access to Foul Play which does more damage by the attack stat of the opponent, it threatens charx when ever it uses dd. Also can roost in case you take more damage than you expect which is nice.

Some calcs: ( Some reason I cant find rocky helmet as an item on the calc but im sure it does 12% per physical hit correct me if im wrong)

CharX Calcs:
252 Atk Tough Claws Charizard-Mega-X Flare Blitz vs. 248 HP / 244+ Def Mandibuzz: 178-211 (42 - 49.8%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

+1 252 Atk Tough Claws Charizard-Mega-X Flare Blitz vs. 248 HP / 244+ Def Mandibuzz: 268-316 (63.3 - 74.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

+2 252 Atk Tough Claws Charizard-Mega-X Flare Blitz vs. 252 HP / 244+ Def Mandibuzz: 357-421 (84.1 - 99.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Mandi Calcs:
+2 0 Atk Mandibuzz Foul Play vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Charizard-Mega-X: 283-334 (95.2 - 112.4%) -- 75% chance to OHKO

+1 0 Atk Mandibuzz Foul Play vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Charizard-Mega-X: 211-250 (71 - 84.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

0 Atk Mandibuzz Foul Play vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Charizard-Mega-X: 142-168 (47.8 - 56.5%) -- 84.8% chance to 2HKO

Cycle 15

Charizard-Mega-Y @ Charizardite Y
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Fire Blast
- Solar Beam
- Focus Blast
- Roost

The last one was Zard X, so why not do its counterpart here. Mega Charizard Y is definitely one of the best special wallbreakers in the metagame, not having a good amount of dedicated switch-ins, and having a decent Speed tier. Many types are pretty much forced to sack a Pokemon every time this monster comes out for free, and its decent special bulk and reliable recovery in Roost can make it an issue for some special attackers.

Latias @ Latiasite (Psychic)
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Calm Mind
- Recover
- Stored Power
- Thunderbolt

Mega Latias is a very underrated mon, possessing both the offenses and bulk in order serve as a great setup sweeper. On Psychic, there aren't much options that can safely switch in on a Zard Y's Fire Blast, appart from Latias' male counterpart Latios, and Victini to an extent. This set by Latias allows it to use Zard Y as setup fodder for Psychic and proceed for a clean sweep, whether it'd be for Flying or Fire. Calcs below:

252 SpA Charizard-Mega-Y Fire Blast vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Latias-Mega in Sun: 110-130 (30.2 - 35.7%) -- 37.7% chance to 3HKO
+1 0 SpA Latias-Mega Thunderbolt vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Charizard-Mega-Y: 230-272 (77.4 - 91.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 SpA Charizard-Mega-Y Fire Blast vs. +1 252 HP / 0 SpD Latias-Mega in Sun: 74-87 (20.3 - 23.9%) -- guaranteed 5HKO
You could EV Latias a lower 176 speed to just outspeed Zard Y while putting the remaining EVs in either bulk or SpA, but that isn't recommended as Latias appreciates its good speed tier.

Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 240 Def / 16 SpD
Calm Nature
- Scald
- Defog
- Roost
- Toxic

Mantine takes almost nothing from any of zard's attacks and can wear it down with scald and Toxic.

252 SpA Charizard-Mega-Y Flamethrower vs. 252 HP / 16+ SpD Mantine in Sun: 86-102 (22.9 - 27.2%) -- possible 5HKO after Leftovers recovery
252 SpA Charizard-Mega-Y Solar Beam vs. 252 HP / 16+ SpD Mantine: 102-121 (27.2 - 32.3%) -- 61% chance to 4HKO after Leftovers recovery

Taking AV Araquanid (Bug) and Scarf Victini (Psychic).

Bug Hard Check

Araquanid @ Assault Vest
Ability: Water Bubble
EVs: 200 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def / 52 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Liquidation
- Leech Life
- Scald
- Mirror Coat

M-Pinsir, Scarf Heracross and Rock Slide Scolipede all check M-ZardY by outspeeding and OHKOing it, but they can't switch into any of its moves in fear of being KOed. However, Araquanid is the only Bug-type Pokémon to bring a Fire resistance for Bug monoteams and can easily switch into any of M-ZardY's moves and KO it back in return (after little prior damage).
252 SpA Charizard-Mega-Y Fire Blast vs. 200 HP / 0 SpD Assault Vest Water Bubble Araquanid in Sun: 84-99 (25.6 - 30.2%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Stealth Rock

252+ Atk Water Bubble Araquanid Liquidation vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Charizard-Mega-Y in Sun: 244-292 (82.1 - 98.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Psychic Check

Victini @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Victory Star
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- V-Create
- Bolt Strike
- U-turn
- Blue Flare

Scarf Victini is an indispensable tool for Psychic monoteams to outspeed and KO fast threats, including M-Zard-Y. Additionally, even though Fire / Psychic probably isn't the best typing ever (Pursuit weakness, SR weakness, etc.), it does enable Victini to resist all of M-ZardY's moves, meaning the former can switch into the latter once or twice depending of the presence or lack of entry hazards and the moves Victini switches into.
252 SpA Charizard-Mega-Y Solar Beam vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Victini: 76-90 (22.2 - 26.3%) -- 14.9% chance to 4HKO
252 SpA Charizard-Mega-Y Fire Blast vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Victini in Sun: 156-185 (45.7 - 54.2%) -- 53.1% chance to 2HKO

252 Atk Victini Bolt Strike vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Charizard-Mega-Y: 292-344 (98.3 - 115.8%) -- 87.5% chance to OHKO

Steel Check

Excadrill @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Mold Breakers
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Iron Head
- Rapid Spin

Basically it outspeeds Mega Charizard Y, clicks Rock Slide and KOes. Steel struggles with Zard Y and this is one of the very limited 'checks' to it. Excadrill can't switchin to Charizard Y and relies on Zard Y staying in and Rock Slide not missing but nonetheless it checks Zard Y.

Grass Checks

Breloom (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Rock Tomb
- Spore
- Mach Punch
- Bullet Seed

Just rock tomb to win. Sash guarantees one hit or a spore. In case you get burned your chances are slim of an OHKO.

252+ Atk Technician burned Breloom Rock Tomb vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Charizard-Mega-Y: 264-312 (88.8 - 105%) -- 31.3% chance to OHKO

EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

Ice Check

Mamoswine @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Icicle Crash
- Stone Edge
- Superpower

Honestly very self-explanatory, Scarf Mamoswine can outspeed and always KO Mega Charizard Y with a Stone Edge, but can't switch into any of its attacks:

252 Atk Mamoswine Stone Edge vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Charizard-Mega-Y: 540-636 (181.8 - 214.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 SpA Charizard-Mega-Y Fire Blast vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Thick Fat Mamoswine in Sun: 474-560 (131.3 - 155.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Ice Check

Kyurem-Black @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Teravolt
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Outrage
- Fusion Bolt
- Earth Power / Iron Head
- Ice Beam

Also like Mamoswine, pretty self-explanatory, outspeeding and always KOing with Fusion Bolt, but can't come in on a sun boosted Fire Blast:

252 Atk Teravolt Kyurem-Black Fusion Bolt vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Charizard-Mega-Y: 328-388 (110.4 - 130.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 SpA Charizard-Mega-Y Fire Blast vs. 0 HP / 0- SpD Kyurem-Black in Sun: 382-450 (97.6 - 115%) -- 87.5% chance to OHKO

And another thing, please follow this rule listed in the OP of the Index thread:

Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Moonblast
- Flamethrower
- Calm Mind
- Soft-Boiled

Although it's not seen too often, Clefable is a really solid Calm Mind win condition thanks to its naturally amazing pure Fairy typing and access to Magic Guard to invalidate Toxic. After a few Calm Minds not much can break throught it on the special side, and its good physical bulk lets it rely on taking a few physical hits and firing back with a boosted Moonblast or Flamethrower.
Types not allowed:

Deadline: 11/10

Taking Dragalge (Dragon) and Excadrill (Ground).

Dragon Check

Dragalge @ Black Sludge
Aility: Adaptability
EVs: 228 HP / 252 SpA / 28 Spe
Modest Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Sludge Wave
- Toxic Spikes
- Hidden Power Fire

Being the only Dragon-type to be neutral to Fairy-type moves, Dragalge does a nice job at checking Clefable by taking hits fairly well and OHKOing/2HKOing in return (depending on CM boosts or lack thereof) with Sludge Wave.
0 SpA Clefable Moonblast vs. 228 HP / 0 SpD Dragalge: 82-97 (25 - 29.5%) -- 0% chance to 4HKO after Black Sludge recovery
+2 0 SpA Clefable Moonblast vs. 228 HP / 0 SpD Dragalge: 163-193 (49.6 - 58.8%) -- 73% chance to 2HKO after Black Sludge recovery

252+ SpA Adaptability Dragalge Sludge Wave vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Clefable: 408-480 (103.5 - 121.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ SpA Adaptability Dragalge Sludge Wave vs. +2 252 HP / 4 SpD Clefable: 204-244 (51.7 - 61.9%) -- 96.9% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Ground Check

Excadrill @ Choice Band
Ability: Sand Rush
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Spe / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Iron Head
- Rock Slide
- Rapid Spin / X-Scissor

Sand or no sand, CB Excadrill outspeeds and easily OHKOes Clefable with Iron Head. What's more is that it can afford to switch into Clefable's Moonblast (or even its Flamethrower at +1 if needed) due to its typing.
0 SpA Clefable Moonblast vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Excadrill: 69-81 (19.1 - 22.4%) -- possible 5HKO
0 SpA Clefable Flamethrower vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Excadrill: 176-208 (48.7 - 57.6%) -- 94.1% chance to 2HKO
+1 0 SpA Clefable Flamethrower vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Excadrill: 262-310 (72.5 - 85.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

252+ Atk Choice Band Excadrill Iron Head vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Clefable: 390-458 (98.9 - 116.2%) -- 87.5% chance to OHKO

Ability: Cursed Body
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Shadow Ball
- Sludge Wave
- Focus Blast
- Thunderbolt

Gengar knocks Clefable out with 2 Sludge Waves, and Clefable does not do much to Gengar in return. Clefable can get annoying if it starts boosting though.

252 SpA Gengar Sludge Wave vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Clefable: 338-402 (85.7 - 102%) -- 12.5% chance to OHKO
0 SpA Clefable Flamethrower vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Gengar: 79-93 (30.2 - 35.6%) -- 32.1% chance to 3HKO

Muk-Alola @ Assault Vest
Ability: Poison Touch
EVs: 248 HP / 12 Def / 248 SpD
Careful Nature
- Knock Off
- Pursuit
- Gunk Shot
- Shadow Sneak

Dark generally has a hard time against Clefable as it can set up on a lot of mono-dark's mons, however, alolan muk takes relatively nothing and can retaliate with a gunk shot.

0 SpA Clefable Moonblast vs. 248 HP / 248+ SpD Assault Vest Muk-Alola: 48-57 (11.6 - 13.8%) -- possible 8HKO
0 Atk Muk-Alola Gunk Shot vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Clefable: 236-282 (59.8 - 71.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Water Hard Counter

Toxapex @ Black Sludge
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Scald
- Recover
- Toxic Spikes
- Haze

This mon really does not care about Clefable at all, resisting both of its offensive moves while using Haze to reset the stats. It's not like it needs to for a while anyways; Phys Def Pex takes less than half from Clef's Moonblast even at +5, and can effectively set up Toxic Spikes consistently vs a type that really has no effective form of hazard removal.

+5 0 SpA Clefable Moonblast vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Toxapex: 126-148 (41.4 - 48.6%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Black Sludge recovery

0 SpA Clefable Moonblast vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Toxapex: 36-43 (11.8 - 14.1%) -- possibly the worst move ever (LMAO the teambuilder actually says that)

Sandslash-Alola @ Life Orb
Ability: Slush Rush
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Icicle Crash
- Iron Head
- Earthquake
- Rapid Spin

Considering the fact Sandslash-Alola would be under Aurora Veil most of the time, it can resist a Flamethrower and 2HKO Clefable with Iron Head

252 Atk Life Orb Sandslash-Alola Iron Head vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Clefable: 250-296 (63.4 - 75.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Venusaur-Mega (M) @ Venusaurite
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 248 HP / 244 Def / 16 Spe
Bold Nature
- Leech Seed
- Sludge Bomb
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Synthesis

Mega Venusaur doesn't care about Clefable Flamethrower and Moonblast at all, even after a couple of Calm Mind boosts, and can use Sludge Bomb to 2HKO/3HKO depending of the boosts. It might can't be able to KO Clefable easily after some boosts, but it's enough to force a switch.

0 SpA Venusaur-Mega Sludge Bomb vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Clefable: 252-296 (63.9 - 75.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
0 SpA Venusaur-Mega Sludge Bomb vs. +1 252 HP / 4 SpD Clefable: 168-200 (42.6 - 50.7%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

Naganadel @ Dragonium Z
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Draco Meteor
- Sludge Wave
- Fire Blast
- Nasty Plot

Naganadel is easily one of the biggest new threats to arrive in USUM. Its fantastic Speed tier and movepool make it a dangerous threat towards offensive teams. With Nasty Plot, it's also capable of breaking past some of its defensive checks with a +2 Devastating Drake. Both offense and balance builds have a rather difficult time handling this Pokemon, and it has quickly become a staple pick on Dragon while being incredibly nice for Poison as well.
