Well, no. At least, not really. I'm experienced with RSFrLg ESVs, but I'm pretty sure Emerald follows the same routine. Encounter slot values (ESVs) are tied to natures, which are kind of tied to IVs. So I'm thinking that if you use a syncher, you'll snap to the nature you want, but it's probably not going to be the spread you want. PID/IV spreads have only certain ESVs, and you're stuck with what you get. Some PID/IV spreads don't even appear in the wild. Sorry, that's just how it is. =\
