Your welcome Diesel.
Your welcome Diesel.
Othin, it does. You're probably doing something wrong, post more details ^^).
Exactly what I wanted to know! Thanks a lot from my part too!1. Yes - this is exactly what to do.I'm a little bit unclear about a part of the Egg RNG Abuse section. If I'm trying to hit my target frame/delay/time to get flawless IVs on my egg, can I collect the egg then do the coin flips to see if I got it right? Will NPCs moving affect my coin flips? I can't SR with my AR codes, so no fast hatch + IV check.
2. No, they won't get in the way.
The coin flips run off a separate RNG routine from the egg IVs and the moving NPCs, so the latter things won't affect your flips.
I'm having a bit of trouble figuring out what went wrong with my Gastly catching, here's what went down:
On RNG it says my frame is 150 (actual = 153 if that makes a difference, IDK)
Saved in Old Chateau.
Hit target time + delay and verified with coin flips.
Did 73 Journal flips (RNG=146).
Walked 1 step forward (=147)
Used Sweet Scent (=149)
Monster Frame is 1.
=150?
I'm guessing I overlooked a step somehow, since I'm pretty sure my journal flips were correct, I could be wrong though.
Edit: Oh and no wandering pokemon.
Wich is good because my average delay is 600.2009 08 02 | 16:02:14 | delay: 600 | frame: 14 | spread: 31/28/31/A/A/A | H,T,H,T,T,H,T,H,T,H
Destiny100, are you absolutely sure of two things ...
1. You synchronized your DS clock to a real clock at :00 seconds.
2. You SR'd at a :00 second mark.
Make sure both of those are true. It sounds like the one or both could be wrong.
Also, you could also try re-synchronizing the DS Clock each time, too, you're gonna have to do that when you start the real deal anyhow.
Yea I have, still only one spread though, unfortunately, assuming I'm searching correctly. Maybe I'm out of luck with this spread. It's nice to know other spreads will provide more options, though.
Edit: If you type in the IVs, frame, and seed from Wichu's program will you only get one frame? Or will it still generate multiple options with different encounter codes if those options exist?
