Am I misinterpreting this statement? It's from the first post in the section discussing hatching perfect Pokemon.
After some experience attempting high frames (like 26) and always missing the frame by 3 - 5, I am inclined to believe that the frame in fact increases as soon as you press the A button on the "continue screen". I doubt I'm making a mistake because all I do to advance the RNG is journal flips and that could only increase the RNG by an even number.
Of course, there may be something else I'm missing but I have successfully hatched perfect Pokemon with low frames so this leaves me curious.
