Can you hit high delays? This is the one I use and in 2010 the delay is 3770

Yes I can hit High delays. But I cant use that. I'm trying to RNG for Gible. How do you find those delays btw? A whole list could help me better the one thats in the guide isn't helpful. Ferrouswheel VM'd first but I cant use his seed either. :(

This is the one I used for my Gible, this delay is only 1668
JOLLY 31/31/31/24/31/31
Ability 0
Seed: 9809068E
Method J with Sync earliest frame is 186

Also use Reporter find seed by IV tab, check the open search and show offset buttons it brings up every seed available for that spread
 
Grr how do you guys manke it so easy to hit your delays? I can't seem to hit my delay number at all. I only hit it once yesterday and I have spent all morning trying to hit it again while some people have done like 3 rngs. Can anyone tell me how I can make my delay easier to hit?

I suggest you to look in PokeRNG for a flawless modest spread, as I don't think there is one for R/S/FR/LG/Emerald.

Take note that Mewtwo can be abused in HG/SS now tho.
 
Alright Im in my game I got my delay right and am on my seed. I took into account -2 for step into Lugia's cave and his frame. then since the pokemon I caught to check actual frame is 21 I add 6 to that and subtract 29 from the frame im going for, 473, so then I have to make 444 more frame advances right? Which is 148 lower left radio snchs right?

It's not impossible as I found these:

The chances that this frame is shiny on your game is very slim, unless the owner made 200+ save files for different ID/SID combo's.
 
OK, some stupid questions:

1. Does the "Kimono-Girls-Dance" advance the frame? Do I have to leave Lugia's cave, save in front of it, and can start to RNG abuse then?

2. I found a timid flawless spread in Wichu´s PokéRNG example. Can I use this spread for Lugia? And the Frame would be 87? (K, no synch). If yes, which date should I use? 2xxx for getting the delay in range of ~490?

I want to be really sure, cuz HG/SS RNG confuses me like hell x.X Pls help =(
 
Wow. I am pissed. I had the stupid frame just right and accidently bumped my game which made my character move a step and made me miss the frame by 2! Great just great. Guess I have to try again.

1) Why would it matter your going to RNG it after their dance you can save after they summon your respective bird.

2) You can use the spread and just pick one of the dates seed to time option on RNG reporter gives you and then change the year accordingly to get the delay to about 490 if you can
 
I have been trying to use Wichu's RNG program but when I put in the excact ivs that I got for the seed im using now it just says done and starts the same process over again. Am I doing something wrong?
 
oke heres the thing. Im RNGing for Ho-Oh. kimono girls did their dance number and hes flapping away. im saved at the bottom of the ladder inside the ladder so moving forward i instantly climb the thing. iv found a spread i want and its frame is 8. when aiming for the seed i advance the frame by 6 by tuning into and off of the lower left radio station (our town our people) twice. im standing inside the ladder of ho-oh so walking up it should only advance the frame by 1. that should make the frame i have 8 (my target frame). while aiming for and missing this seed i still checked the frame to make sure. Most of the time its indeed 8. sometimes its 9, 10 or even 11, its actually been 7 once or twice. now iv hit the seed and the frame after tuning twice turns into 9.... what the hell here! where is that extra 1 frame coming from??? can anyone tell me???

added notes: upping the years more or less seems to affect the frame. can anyone confirm this? another note is that sometimes i still hit a even delay while i should only be getting odd delays...

That station, from the testing I've done is NOT consistent. Also, I'd recommend using a timer over doing that. The goldenrod them stations (lower right) are the only ones I've seen that are and they're always +1.
