Yeah I've had Wondercard IV's in RNG Reporter the whole time. I'll now try to pick Jirachi with 137 frame.
Edit: It worked this time when I advanced the frame to 137. Thank you so much both of you guys! But I'm still a little bit confused why I had to advance the frame to 137 even though in Platinum my target frame for that Jolly Jirachi was 26. There I advanced the frame to 24 because I had one roamer free and there was this wandering NPC in the Pokemart.

it's possible that the NPC could have done it, even if you didn't see it move.

Talking to the man doesnt increase the rng but keep in mind that your all or most wondercard pokemon have a frame of 1.

Not sure if talking to NPC before collecting pokemon would increase the rng but probably will.
So you will need to do 515 advancements and then jirachi
or 9 elm calls, 506 calls and collect jirachi
Please be sure to confirm you hit your delay before rng'ing for jirachi
It'll be on frame 1 even if I have all 3 roamers out? And can I only do Elm calls or would it be faster to advance the frame with the radio? Also, to advance the frame with the radio you only need to choose a channel and then turn it off, right? Sorry about all the questions, just want to make sure I understand.
Just wanting to clarify. I'm going to do a BP in HG but the hatch location is in DPPt. Can I RNG the egg on my HG and then just trade it over and hatch it there and will it still come out to the specifications I want it such as shiny/nature/etc. as long as I just use the ID and SID of the game I'd be trading to correct?
It won't be shiny if you hatch it in DPPt because you don't have the same ID/SID combination in both games.
It works. I just did a BP with Buckert's ID/SID.
Oh alright awesome. So as long as I use my Platinum ID/SID to do all the RNG it should turn up shiny in the game when I hatch it. :)

If you have roamers then of course the frame will advance, but to find out how much you frame advance, you must record your roamers location when you save in the rngreporter. If you record the rt when you try to advance the frame then you will get inaccurate result.
1.Get in front of the man
2. Look at the roamers on the map and input their location in rngreporter(based on the location the rngreporter will say you frame advance 'x' amount.
3. Save
4. Try to hit your target seed and advance the frame when appropriate
to your second question yes can do radio advancement as long as you do the mandatory 9 elm calls to check your delay (since you have roamers you can also check you delay that way w/o having to do elm call)

Since you new at rng'ing I will recommend you only use the lower right station to rng as it advance your frame by 1 per tap and detune. To detune a station just hold down and the little marker will go down and when you dont see any text or hear music then you have detune the radio correctly
for example a frame 35 jirachji and I have one roamer (and the rngreporter said it advance my frame by 2)
I would verify my seed
35-9 = 26
then since my frame advance by 2
26-2 = 24
since jirachi is frame1
24-1 = 23
I would need to do 23 advancement to hit the frame
But bewarned
Sometimes you may hit the seed and the correct amount of advancement but your frame is -1/+1 off. If it consistently off then you can just rng more or less depending on the situation
I'm currently trying to RNG the wifi Mew, but I'm having a problem. My seed is 910901F7 with a frame of 39. I do everything correctly and get the right IVs, but the nature is off. The seed is for a naughty nature.
I know that that doesn't matter, as it's not tied to it, but every time I collect the Mew, it has a docile nature. I RNGed it four times trying to get a calm, but all four times it was docile. Is this bad luck, or am I doing something wrong?

Hi. This is kind of a weird question but is there a better/easier way to hit your target frame than journal flips? For instance, if my target frame was over 40,000.. would I really have to do 20,000 journal flips or is there a more efficient way?
For DPPt that is the fastest way to advance. You can get spreads with lower frames by searching with higher delays. If you can hit delays 2000-3000 then your frame will generally never be higher than 500, usually less than 200.
