If it's on method 1 go to the wondercard ivs on the RNG reporter and then find which frame the spread is on.
should i put the iv's i got on the try i missed?
EDIT: I put the iv's of the srpead and the seed and it says frame 21..so it's 20?
No, put the ivs you want then when you find the frame subtract 1 from it and then advance by the number you get.
Edit: yes make sure no NPC's move and you advanced your frames correctly.

If I remember correctly, when you are inputting your name, and you switch from uppercase alphabet to lowercase, it switches from even to odd delay. I might be wrong though. That was the case when I abused my ID's in Platinum.
Also, can someone help me? I'm trying to RNG a Larvitar on Route 206. I managed to land my delay, but instead of ending up on frame 4, I ended up on frame 46. I'm not sure how that happened. I battled the only random NPC on that route.
My seed is 700C06D1, and the spread is on frame 4. :s

I'm trying to RNG the shiny Raikou on HeartGold but I'm having a lot of trouble with it. I used Method 1 to pick a spread, I'm not sure if I was supposed to or not. But how can I verify my seed or at least figure out what delay I'm hitting? When I try the Seed Finder, it says no matches found.
Hey I'm in the process of RNGing the GameStop Celebi and I have a question regarding frame advancement. Seeing as I'll have to hit my seed and advance my frame MANY times (random nature :( ) is there a fast way I can get to my target frame?

Use the Search Elm feature to verify what delay you're hitting. Make sure you have a wide search. Something like -/+ 50.
And for wondercards the frame you'd have to get to is 2 + whatever the method 1 frame is.
Turning on and off the Pokemon Talk radio station (top right) advances the frame by 13-14. Once you verify you hit your seed, turn on and off that station a couple times and then make Elm calls to see where you're at. It really should only take a minute or two to get to 132.
Yeap. All the calls should be listed if you input your seed into the main RNG Reporter window.
If my wanted frame is 39 and I'm advancing frames by journal flips, How many flips should I do?

When you load your game the frame advances by 1 and every journal flip advances it by 2, so you'll need 19 journal flips to hit your target frame. If you have released wandering pokes (Cresselia and Mespirit) however, each one advances the frame by 1 every time you load your game too.
