Alright, but I think my only option will be leveling it to 50 or so? I've never done DPPt abuse before, so I haven't calibrated with an AR for that.
I got like low 600's when I used an AR.
Since you're abusing for a seed that will be pretty high, you can achieve whatever delay with an AR.

I have no idea about encounter slots for it, but Fenix's guide gives you the basics. I've never tried it, though. You might want to ask him about encounter slots for the trees.

As for you question, I'm not completely sure. What you should be doing instead is looking for the Feebas tile on the day you want to RNG abuse her. Once you've done that, RNG like normal and hope you get Feebas. Feebas doesn't have an ESV, but it shouldn't be a big problem since you using a emulator's save states.

I have successfully done all the steps up to Generating Adjacent results. Now, I'm confused at this point. I've set my date to the target, but I don't know what to do with the time. My target time is 2:00:00 and my target delay is 605. Do I just set my DS clock 1 min before the target time and press my game and hit continue the minute it hits 2:00:00?

Yeah that's what I'm doing, on Jan 1st haha. Only problem is I'll get irritated/tired and work on it the next day but change the date back. That's why I'm concerned if their fixed or not. Thanks though.

I think they change everyday. I suggest looking for a morning time to raise your chances of encountering one.

I'm having some trouble trying to RNG a Pokemon in Platinum. I think I'm doing everything right, and I'm hitting within the right second, literally the ADJACENT delays (my goal is 1773, I'm hitting 1772 and 1774) but after hours and hours I just cannot hit the target. Before I list all the specific details, are there any common mistakes I'm making that someone can tell me just from this info? Am I just having extremely bad luck or is there some mechanic I don't know about preventing me from hitting it exactly?
You need a RSE/FRLG in there to make the delays odd. For now, you'll keep hitting even delays.
I think also changing the year +1 changes the delay type. (In your case, even into odd)
Honestly? Why does it matter? You could abuse in year 2099 and when you Pokeshift, the date changes to whatever your DS is set to.
So in the end 4th gen abuse, years don't show unless you really want them to.
Trust me, I think it's ridiculous too, but I have heard people complain specifically about off-center Gen IV capture dates and I don't want to lose a potential trade because of something like that, however petty.
