The weird thing is I did hit 620~ before anyways got a higher delay and I hit it first try thanks :)
Hi guys.
I got a strange (for me) problem with the RNG egg IV abuse in Diamond and Platinum.
2 days ago I started to learn how to abuse the RNG to get the desired egg IVs.
I calibrated the DS last year (Diamond with emerald inside slot 2) an tried first on this version.
I did everthing without problems up to finding the current frame.
I found it and later I found a frame with desired IVs but every time I was trying to hit the right delay I was 1-2 higher.
Like I hit the right time (I guess) but I needed the 617 delay while I was hitting 618,619,621.
After some tries I decided to try on my Platinum but without the Emerald.
I did the calibration phase,got the egg at day-care and saved next to the day-care man.
I found again my current frame (up to now I just 1 time checked it without verifying so I will try later with verifying the frame 3-5 times).
I found a nice spread,I set the DS to the synch time 1 min prior to the target time and I think I hit it right.
I used 2 options:
1.I tried to hit the right time and delay with my DS synched with an external clock (PC).
2.I tried with the PikaTimer 2.0.
It usually ended with a seed that was not in the adjacent results and sometimes when I searched for the seed through the Flip search then I found it but it had other date,time and delay.
Before I had the following results
Desired spread:
2012 07 01 15:00:14 delay 634 frame 9 seed:150F0286 (coin flips: T,H,T,H,T,H,T,H,H,T)
The seed I got:
2012 07 03 13:00:14 delay 615 frame 9 seed: 230D0273 (coin flips for seed:T,T,H,T,T,H,H,T,H,H )
I really don't know what could I do wrong (even if it's obvious then I don't know what could it be) so I would appreciate every help and solution to this problem.
I already know how to abuse for a shiny with desired nature and ability but I would also like to breed flawless/near flawless pokemon but becuse of my problem I am stuck. :/

some can be wrong on your case, First try searching for a consistent delay( a pair delay like a 622). But the calibration really is not necessary you can hit any delay with a good timer like a 894 or more high delays. Use Eon Timer for more accuracy.
Try save the game when a bunny is in the box for more consistent frame, if you use a game packs ruby, emerald etc. Can change delay to odd

My RNG Reporter is working but the Timer search isn't. Could somebody please tell me a seed and frame for a Modest 31/x/31/30/31/30 Hidden Power Fire Method 1 Pokemon for Platinum version? I would be very grateful!! :)

Try searching with a PokerngDP.
RNG reporter is being weird as hell. I can only see the month of the seed, not the day... Can you tell me a date and a delay to hit as well? I'm sorry... :(
I've never needed to use RSEdecode, what exactly are you trying to do with it?
Try running it as administrator (if you aren't doing that already), right click command prompt and then click "Run as administrator". I had some problems like that a few years ago. If that doesn't work I'm guessing that you may have typed out the slot reference wrong for the .dmp file.I have a problem with RSEdecode, on my oldest pc this not was a problem,

Still curious. I managed to get it to switch back once, but I haven't been able to figure out what exactly I did or replicate it.
I'm trying to RNG a jolly larvitar egg and I got the nature but now as I'm trying to manipulate the ivs I've encountered a bit of a problem.Whenever my roamers match up with my seed the elm calls dont match anything (message says no match found). This has happened 3 times on 3 different seeds and its extremely frustrating.I'm usually pretty close and if I miss the seed by 2 delays nothing will happen and the elm calls will match up perfectly but what is going on? Sorry if that's hard to understand but I'm not really sure how to explain it better.
I noticed a typo in rng reporter. I'm using 9.96 Alpha 13. In the Elm Calls, when it shows what calls portain to what letter... Rng reporter ends the "K" call with "I should use that perspective to discover what I can." In actuallity it's "I should use that perspective to dicover what I can!". See the difference? There should be an exclamation point instead of a period.
I'm notsure exactly what your problem is, but it might be worth it to just kill the roamers (they'll come back after beating the e4), and simplify the whole process.

I was searching for an answer but I didn't find a precise answer and I already had twice a situation when I had to trade.
Now I don't know if I tapped the app wrong number of times or did the trade affect my RNG advance.

How exactly was trading involved in the RNG process? I'm not quite sure what happened.
Regardless, breeding is much easier in HGSS so you should do it there instead if possible.
