Flareon and Entei needs to improve their move pool, and they will be usable!!. Flareon needs Flare Blitz, and ice/thunder fang!! (camon! it needs improvements...). Entei could be great with Flare Blitz, and Crunch or Earthquake... why can't Arcanine get Swords Dance or Dragon Dance? It should... Thyplosion needs Tail Glow...
Why the hell do you want flare blitz? If you ask me, It should learn SACRID FIRE!!! :O
Personally, I think Electivire would be awsome, yet broken with close combat (I HATE Cross chop)
Sacred Fire is Special, ain't it? I don't see how Entei & Flareon would make use of it.
Meanwhile, Wigglytuff and Clefable should learn Bounce (if they don't).
Oh really? I didn't think Sacred Fire would be physical.

For all those who comment on Sucker Punch Dugtrio, A "Sucker Punch" is meant to be taken figuratively.
However, Dunsparce getting Roost is something I can't explain. Its wings are about as significant as Clefable's, or Heracross's. Meanwhile you have things like Cresselia, who not only has a key item dedicated to its wing (Lunar Wing), but also is airborne.

Weavile does learn Nasty Plot.
For 3 generations in a row, Super Fang was Ratatta/Raticate's signature move. That didn't stop anyone from changing that though in D/P with the addition of Bibarel/Pachirisu. They could do the same with Volt Tackle, although Volt Tackle isn't even really that good with the huge recoil.

Do remember that Pokemon in its original version is Japanese, and that mistranslations occur. Tail Glow's Japanese name means Firefly Light, hence why Volbeat and Manaphy (well, it's kinda small and has an insect-like antenna) get it, while Ampharos and Charizard don't. Ampharos is a sheep, not a firefly...

Umm typhlosion barely has a tail and i doubt it glows...
In other news:
Gengar: Nasty Plot (just look at it), Ice Beam (its supposed to be able to make areas that its in colder), Grass knot (how come he can learn energy ball but not grass knot?), and Aura Sphere (its just like focus blast and he can learn that)
Bronzong: Heal bell, recover
Snorlax: Slack off
Slowbro: Traits- Unaware, Simple
Cresselia: recover (no more worries in sand stream)
Weavile: Close Combat, Cross Chop
Zapdos, Articuno, Beautifly, and Butterfree should get Air Slash.
Ledian and Yanmega should get Energy Ball.
Golduck and Espeon should get Power Gem.
Golduck should get Miracle Eye.
Umbreon should get Sucker Punch.
Exeggutor should get Tri Attack (Combee should too lol).
Lunatone should get Moonlight and Ancientpower/Power Gem.
Solrock should get Morning Sun and Zen Headbutt.

It's also weak to dragon. Dragonite just seems like one of those pokemon that can control a whole bunch of different elements.
Entei with Sacred Fire would actually make sense (well, sorta). Earthquake, too.
Bronzong is a bell, and yet it doesn't learn Heal Bell >_>
Ability wise, Regice should've gotton Ice Body. A bunch of different Rock types could've used Solid Rock (Omastar and Magcargo in particular).
