Could you stop getting off topic and post this stuff in the 'Ask a simple question' thread? Anyway, there's Bonsly, Sudowoodo, Nosepass, and Regirock. Did I miss any?
How? Honchkrow doesn't learn Hypnosis either. You're probably getting it mixed up with Nasty Plot.

To be on topic, Cloyster needs a better physical movepool. It should be able to learn Waterfall (Clamperl can do it!) and Crunch.

Actually, you can Peck stuff with tusks, especially if ur a mammoth with 580+ Attack.
Sandslash needs to be able to learn Spikes and Toxic Spikes (I actually thought it could learn Spikes!)

Any poke without hands - Suckerpunch*
Dodrio - Fly (it's not supposed to)

lol, just realized that Diglett can learn Body Slam (FR/LG/E tutor). ;p
they need to give heracross u-turn, that would be plain awesome
You imagine the tiniest pokemon in the whole game (diglet is smaller than caterpie!) body slamming someone? xD
I find it ironic that a tiny mole like Diglett can Body Slam but a gigantic manta ray like Mantine can't. Oh and Mantine being able to Earthquake is funny too.
Salamence should not learn Outrage. If he did, people'd be asking "Lol, who's Dragonite?".
I'm just questioning how nearly everything in the game is capable of spitting poison at you.

Yeah, that is very odd. I believe that all Pokemon can learn Toxic apart from those who can't learn TMs (eg. Magikarp, Burmy, Combee, Beldum, Unown, etc.)
I also find it odd that most Pokemon can learn Sunny Day and Rain Dance.
This is just like Double Team and Substitute-- everyone wishes they could be a ninja!! xD
Imagine that. If you use a move that super-effective to the poke your using, the poke takes recoil (1% for 2x, 2% for 4x, no damage for resist and immune).
I think that was the only humor move Nintendo could think of.
