The Houston Rockets are my favorite team. I don't think they will win a championship this year though.

I like their persistence despite losing T-Mac.

I know they will beat the Blazers, but I don't know well they will do against L.A. next round.

I think either the Cavs or Lakers are gonna win it all. Maybe someone will come through with an upset though.
 
At this point in time it looks like the Bulls and 76ers are both about done. 3 mins left Celtics up 99-91. 6 mins left and Magic up 101-77(this is without Dwight, WTF?).

Wow the Celtics are just monsters tonight...even though they're guarding Rondo hard Allen already has 42 points, Rondo still has 15 assist(WTF) and Perkins has grabbed 10 rebounds.

EDIT: Bulls-Celtics going into OT X_X. Can somebody check the record for most OT games in a playoff series because I think this is a new record.
 
Bulls aren't done, it's 101-101 with 29 to go. 4th overtime of the series if it happens.

Looks like I eat my words about the Magic and Sixers.

(ps its one of the best series' of all time imo, what better way then there being a game 7)

Game just finished. I went and started watching at about 4:00 of OT1. The game went into three overtimes and it was pretty awesome to watch. The Bulls did a great job, especially that Rondo rejection at the end to seal it off. Game 7 coming up!

When Hinrich missed that layup I was like FUCK YOU but they pulled it off.
 
Probably the best series of the playoffs, im picking them for game seven based on age alone lol.

BTW good job Brad Miller, nuff said.

Allen is ridiculous, Rose is ridiculous, can't wait for game 7. Forget the rest of the playoffs, this series is absolutely amazing.

Just wondering, wasn't Ron Artest the player who beat up a fan in the stands a few years ago before on the Rockets?
 
Allen? Psh Rondo is the star of the series for the Celtics. Allen just went into beast mode tonight or something though(51 points wth).

I've never seen a Point Guard grab rebounds the way Rondo is, every game he's played he's been a beast(even tonight, only 8 points BUT 19 assists). Can't wait for game 7 this is gonne be intense.

Also, Rockets kick Trail Blazers' ass 92-74. Lakers are happy especially since they don't like the Trail Blazers.

Yeah, that was the infamous Pacers/Pistons brawl when a fan threw beer at Artest. He charged up into the stands and a melee ensued. I tried finding a video of it on Youtube but came up empty.

Anyway, Rockets finally get out of the first round only to face the Lakers. Wonder if they can steal one on the road?
 
Dunno man. Lakers are tough. With Bynum back in the starting rotation to have Lamar Odom on the bench is just crazy stuff. Gasol can finally move back to his more comfortable Forward position because of Bynum's return too. Even when Kobe isn't playing as good as he could be the Lakers almost always find a way to win because they are that good. Beating the Cavs in Cleveland by 10 points on a night when Kobe is sick AND the fact that they didn't have Bynum then.

I don't neccesarily expect the Lakers to sweep but it should be no longer than the Jazz series I say.
 
Oh yeah, here's something I've been wondering... why do the announcers call him "Glen Big Baby Davis" every time his name is mentioned? I can see it as a nickname but they say it every single time.

And while the Celtics-Bulls battle was pretty, epic, I'll admit that I was really, really pissed by the end and just wanting to be over.
