ok so basically going down the vr and looking at the tbc a few mons stand out as checks/counters by pure typing alone, mons like mantine, moltres, talonflame, jelli, slowbro (+ mega), and starmie. basically, by using thunder punch as the last move it circumvents all these mons, killing everything mentioned above bar slowbro (64.7 - 76.6%), slowbro-mega (44.9 - 53.5%) and jelli (84.6 - 100%) [all max def at +2 atk].

I first used CB Lucario when playing with one of Amane Misa's teams and its been a pretty fun set. CB Makes extreme speed even more potent at cleaning up the enemy team, HJK has more power over CC and when you use it over CC then people tend to be more aggressive and switch in their ghost into it (into a Crunch). Meteor Mash is just a good stab that has the potential to boost your attack even further.

Lucario have a mediocre speed tier so I decided to use agility luke to fix the speed.
Agility+STAB's+Coverage was my idea (you could use some dual dance set but luka dont have the bulk to set up both/and you miss hitting mons with coverage)
In the 4th moveslot you can run Tpunch for bulky water's that resist fight and birds , Stone that hits birds harder and ko moltres something that Tpunch miss but usally Tpunch is better, Espeed for priority when you have no boost or crunch for the ghost's.
The nature is personal prefence I think that jolly is better cause you outspeed positive nature 80's and 85's but adamant is an option

Choice scarf lucario. Could use Max hp over attack for better final gambit hit. Final gambit more being a last ditch effort kill if at full hp it something to gain momentum on your side. Stabs and crunch for some coverage against psychic and ghost types could also use thunder punch for waters. There you have it.

Lucario @ Darkinium Z
Ability: Justified

Adamant / Jolly Nature

- High Jump Kick
- Iron Tail
- Extreme Speed / Crunch

Z-Hone Claws gives Attack +2 and Accuracy +1 to Lucario which allows it to abuse its powerfull STAB High Jump Kick and Iron Tail. Thanks to Hone Claws, High Jump Kick has 120% Accuracy while Iron Tail has 100%. The last move really depends of what you want ; Extreme Speed is a useful priority while Crunch can be used with or without Darkinium Z to hit Pokemon like Jellicent or Doublade.

A lot of offensive teams rely on faster Pokemon like Latias and Mega Aerodactyl to revenge kill Lucario. Agility allows Lucario to bypass those. Pretty straightforward. The EV spread and Nature are really customizable; the current ones allow it to outspeed Jolly Bisharp, as well as Choice Scarf Latias after an agility while having as much power as possible.

Okay I've spent far too long trying to come up with some inventive shit for lucario so I'm just gonna slap on a Choice Specs and call it a night lol. Standard stab moves, Shadow ball to hit slowbro, doublade, Chandelure etc. Chance to get SpD drop plus doesn't give any justified boosts like Dark Pulse. Psychic hits and 2OHKO's tentacruel and amoonguss which are otherwise annoying or HP Ice for Pokemon like Gligar etc. Have fun lol

Did someone say 200 Base power +2 Reversal? Meant to sweep once priority users/checks are gone. Stone edge hits common lucario checks such as Moltres and Chandelure. Can be slashed with whatever your team can’t pick off. Also y’all took my other ideas so this is the only set I had left!
