1. Gigaton Punch - Turbo
2. The River - Good Charlotte
3. Kelsey - Metro Station
4. Libera Me from Hell - Iwasaki Tarou
5. Awaken - Dethklok

Last 5 songs I listened to...

my musical taste is fucked

Kamelot - Love You to Death

One of the few power metal bands that is a bit cheesy, but it's less, their music is very good arrangementwise and their singer is just worthy of a "holy fuck." Khan's range is retardedly huge.

porcupine tree - she's moved on

such a beautiful song despite its overall sadness

the vocals are simply amazing

In Flames - The Chosen Pessimist

<3

"in many ways you're the halo
that keeps my spirit alive"

I don't know what it is with in Flames, but for every piece of shit they put out, they put out something I totally love and dig and wanna marry for being super awesome. I love the catharsis some of their stuff gives me, and other stuff I just get bored at or annoyed with. This is one of the songs that gets it right, and that's an achievement for being the longest song they ever did.

Yeah, In Flames is sweet. My sweet shadow.

Pink Floyd - Pigs (Three Different Ones)

Another long song, this one is 11:30, and it chugs along pretty well for the first nine minutes, pretty good Pink Floyd stuff, but at around 9:45 it absolutely explodes into a BITCHIN guitar solo, ending the song with a really wild and heavy ride of a little over a minute.

King Crimson - The Great Deceiver

I always laugh when it begins with "health food (BAN ME PLEASE)". My favorite lineup of the band in this song, I'm fond of Bill Bruford the drummer

as a fan of long, anxiety-building songs i'd like to recommend PT's Anesthetize; that is, if you havent enjoyed its soul-shifting ensemble as yet

np: pure reason revolution - exact colour

best song off The Dark Third from my viewpoint
