np: Latios - "unban me"

The vote is so close. I'm really hoping OU, but we'll see. The scale has always been slightly tipped towards Uber, but hopefully enough OU votes can come in and Latios can join his twin in.

I believe this has been one of the closest votes yet? I have a feeling Manaphy is going to be even tighter.

IIRC, Skymin's was the closest until now, considering the amount of voters =/

I've said it before but, up until now I feel the scale was always tipped towards "change." My theory was that people are trigger happy for banning or unbanning, especially since you're doing the test, people want to make a change with the test.

Deoxys-E was OU, but then voted Uber
Garchomp was OU, but then voted Uber
Skymin-S [had to get its chance] in OU, but then voted Uber
Latias was Uber, but then voted OU

Latios is the first of ours to break this, but for Latios and Skymin the votes seem so close you almost don't want to think too hard about them.

I agree with Chou...People don't have a fixed desicion.

People stated what they were basing their votes on in their paragraphs. If they change their vote, Jumpman can easily claim the vote invalid for A) faking the paragraph just to vote or B) not knowing what criteria the change is based on. And for B, stating "so and so had a great argument and is really right." Is that they observed and why they got to vote? No. A change in vote will (likely) have the vote invalidated, so yes, it is "fixed."

"Oh hey Jump, I changed my mind." Do you honestly think that is going to fly?
