rapidash also gets nothing for rock types bar iron tail. it's bad; don't use it.
Low Kick.

tbh I haven't seen that many Rock-types, even though there are some really good ones.
Oh, and he does get Double Kick, but 60 BP is horrible.
But yeah, I do see where you're coming from. Maybe use him as a late game sweeper after walls have been weakened and the rock-type are gone? Or is he horribly outclassed in that regard?
Hail is a bitch. That's all I have to say
Qft???
Anyway: about my dual screens + BP problem against Scarf Bravairy?
RU is having massive issues with Snover as it is, so I wouldn't count on it to have any impact on NU in the future.
So, important Pokemon:
Huntail: People need to use it for obvious reasons. It's not that much different from Gorebyss (who gets more usage in higher tiers) outside of the Special/Physical stat swap, and its standalone Shell Smash sweeping set is devastating given the chance. Granted, +2 Physical Smash doesn't sound too appealing, but Huntail is still a real threat after that boost.
Cincinno: You pimp it too much Omicron, but I can see why. At the moment, I'm not seeing any significant Pokemon that can take Cincinno's assaults (thing can also U-turn from something it doesn't like, so...), which the metagame will probably adapt soon. 4 Attacks is probably its most effective set here.
Nothing else of note. Since people are having trouble with hail here as well, why not use Rain Dance Seismitoed? It's no Kingdra (who does an amazing job in OU and UU), but equipped with Life Orb, it's bound to destroy many teams alike with just Hydro Pump alone.
