Jedd is a young glass blower with a unique talent: using only some molten sand, his trusty pipe and the air in his lungs, he is able to blow crazy animal sculptures right out of the gate. He has no need for iron bars or pincers; his breath is the only tool he uses to make his works! He's laid-back in life but serious when it comes to his craft, so much so that he left the UK, his home country, to pursue glass craft under a great master in Murano. Fun fact: he made his own glasses.

January - Getting closer to what Wikolia is. The painting has an absence of Wikolia's second pair of eyes. That's because she symbolically is more blind to reality than she should be... and now, her full body pose is also done. Orca king has also finally been drawn, along with cute sketches from my memory

here's a recent ref sheet of my sona Calico. they mostly just exist to be cute, as i don't feel the need to create a backstory for a character that's essentially just a vessel for myself, lol. i designed them back in november 2023, but as my style evolved i felt like i needed to make an updated reference that's more akin to my current work. below are some pieces made by other ppl that i cherish, pls enjoy!

here's a sea slug/squid/bunny/ghost sona i helped design for Finchely !!!! her name is libai (pronounced lee-bye) and she's inspired by this one gif

Sea bunnies are so so special and i loved working in monochrome and focusing more on shapes to make her design effective. nudibranchs have external gills on their backs, but i chose to give her tentacles on the end of her mantle and arms. one thing i maybe could improve on is how the hood/mantle and ears don't really feel like they organically connect to her body, but I also sort of dig the look of it being clothing instead! im super super happy with how it turned out and it's given me some confidence to design more goobers in the future!!​
 
this is my first time sharinig an oc, I drew this and my friend helped in creating the character's lore.
Their name is Swanrovski, their design was inspired from a swan and their name was my friend's idea .

Their genderfluid, a figure skater, and a great singer. The name Swanrovski is just a pen name, we haven't discussed about their real name yet. Swanrovski has a tendency to intimidate people even though they don't interact much with others, could be because of their silent demeanor and neutral expressions. But when their on ice, figure skating or singing that's where their emotion shows. A side that Swanrovski seldom shows.

Yatu was born to a small tribe out in the snow, or as I write: Yatu was born in fire and ice.
Touching Yatu's physical skin - not his cloak or clothes but his skin - initiates a burn or freeze that will never stop until the person is gone. Yatu's story involves overcoming his past, being used as a weapon, and fighting to become satisfied with who he is and the curse he has to live with.
With regards to the character design I need to work on, Yatu is described as having the face of a woman, his mother, but the body of a man. He has differently coloured eyes and a symbol on his forehead.
