It doesn't really make a difference, same amount of PP same recovery, etc. unless I'm missing something haha

Why do people run roost on Latios and Latias when they have recover? Isn't there only a detriment to running roost or is there some detriment to recover I'm not seeing.
YesHow do you pm somebody? Is it "start a conversation"? Apologies for the rather stupid question lol
The Core is really weak to quakedge coverage, so I'd recommend running Something like Breloom, Chesnaught, Virizion, or just a really fat ground mon. What partners would be good for the following core?
Gyarados @ Liechi Berry
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 88 HP / 220 Atk / 196 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Waterfall
- Bounce
- Natural Gift
Dragalge @ Draco Plate
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 224 HP / 252 SpA / 32 Spe
Modest Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Sludge Wave
- Hidden Power Fire
- Toxic Spikes
Metagross @ Metagrossite
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Meteor Mash
- Zen Headbutt
- Hammer Arm
- Thunder Punch
The premise of this core is to try and sweep with Gyarados. Dragalge is used because a lot of Gyarados's checks are Grounded and gets poisoned by Toxic Spikes. It also helps to sponge Electric-type attacks aimed at Gyarados while being able to lure Ferrothorn. Mega Metagross shares a lot of checks with Gyarados and carries Thunder Punch to lure bulky Waters and Skarmory. Hammer Arm allows it to hit Heatran and Bisharp on the switch.

My only problem with adding Grass-types is they're all Zard-X bait, which is a pretty big downside imo.
that's why i said OR a fat groundMy only problem with adding Grass-types is they're all Zard-X bait, which is a pretty big downside imo.

Yes you can use Pokemon from any tier you want as long as they aren't from a higher up tier ie you can't use Ubers in OU, you can't use OU mons in UU etcCan I use pokemon that aren't listed in the OU format for the OU format? Since I only have 1 OU eeveelution, and I don't use it often.
yes you can, assuming they're not ubers, and there are plenty of non-OU mons that are viable in OUCan I use pokemon that aren't listed in the OU format for the OU format? Since I only have 1 OU eeveelution, and I don't use it often.
reuniclus is a very good setter among a ton of other mons.Is there anybody still good for Trick Room at this point, or indeed any point recently?
