So in UMvC3 its pretty much accepted that tiers are run by teams rather than individual characters. My friend and I got into a discussion how the same can apply to Pokemon (ie tier listings for offensive rain composition and hyper offense rather than just Politoed or Kingdra). Is there a thread that explores this anywhere?
Not that I know of, no. It's unnecessarily too complex imo.

I'm breeding two bold Klefki one is going to do the standard status/spikes set and the other will set up screens what ev spread should I use on them and also anyone know an unusual Klefki set?

Due to the fact that the wifi battle finder doesn't work is there an alternative way of finding battles that I don't know about? How is everyone doing it?

if cacturne or parasect uses rototiller, does it boost his atk and spa? (yeah i know both get growth btw)
I'm reasonably certain that it does boost their stats. It does on Showdown, though I know it isn't the best resource for confirming game mechanics.

Another edit but now I have my own question: If a Levitate user (Lati twins for example) use Roost, do they become vulnerable to Ground-type attacks like Flying-types do?

Nope it only deletes a flying typing, there is no side effect on levitate users/air balloon holders or anything else that gives you a ground immunity.

why are people running blissey and chansey so much? they arent that good this meta with so many checks and counters. They got Infernape, conkeldurr, and other fighting types, knock off which everyone is running and everyone taunts them faster then they can react and once they are taunted they are next to useless

Is there a BL yet, or is the UU banlist simply everything in OU and ubers plus standard clauses?
There's currently a bunch of stuff in BL. Kyurem-B, Diggersby, Manaphy, both Deoxys, Thundurus-T, Heracronite, Gardevoirite, and a bunch of other stuff. That's just off the top of my head. I don't exactly know where actual BL list is, but for the purpose of answering your question, yes BL exists.

Does Gorebyss's better bulk and offense give it any useful SmashPass niche over Smeargle's better speed and support movepool?

The other appeal of Gorebyss is that it is free to use its item slot on White Herb, while Smeargle is stuck with Focus Sash. White Herb makes baton passing the boosts a whole lot easier and it makes your sweeper much less susceptible to priority. I don't understand why you are downplaying the extra bulk and the offeensive presence though, they are a pretty big deal. Gorebyss can force out more targets than Smeargle, even with Spore, which makes it have more set up opportunities and harder to phaze. Spore Smash Pass Smeargle can actually be phazed by Overcoat Mandibuzz, Roar Venusaur, or Perish Song Celebi.

Sweet, now I feel better about wanting to breed a Gorebyss. To the daycare!

Thanks for the post!

EDIT: Best nature? I'm assuming timid yeah? Or maybe calm or modest?

If you run a wall with recover and substitute is lefties needed? (I'm breeding a Calm Jellicent)

There's pretty much nothing better to run, and Lefties help mitigate Sub damage without using Recover, so yeah, use Lefties :)

Is magic coat good on sableye?
He uses taunt instead since he gets priority on it anyway. Anything that would be reflected by magic coat will be stopped by taunt, and it lets you do other things on the turn after the taunt.

Can someone help me get sableye as my avatar
Download the Sableye graphic from here (assuming you want the BW sprite) and then hover over your username on the top right of the page, and click on "avatar." From there use the popup to upload the Sableye graphic.

The best move pool that makes sabelye shine are Willo-wisp: With combination of prankster this will lower the opponents attack in halve. Recover: While stalling, Sabelye can easily generate half of its hp. Trick: If you are adding a choice scarf with Sabelye, Tricking users if predicted correctly can make your opponents strategy difficult to win. Taunt: A very common move on Sabelye which can Allow only the opponent to use attacking moves.
