I recall seeing a Drain Punch Jirachi suggested as a potential lure, considering two of the best Pursuit trappers are 4x weak anyway. Other good partners, though not necessarily lures, might include Weavile (who deals with Lando-I, has Low Kick for the Pursuit trappers), Keldeo (who straight up kills Dark types and Chansey, something to wear out for a potential sweep), and just things to keep up pressure on defensive checks or obstacles to a sweep.

Does speed affect the order abilities activate? For example, 2 Landorus-T, does the faster one's Intimidate activate first?
Yes. Abilities go in order of speed. That's actually key to some methods for checking IVs when SRing something.

So if I have a non-Scarf Landorus-T out against Mega Manectric, Manectric is faster, so his Intimidate goes first

As my name states I'm super new to everything here. My question: I am in need of teambuilding advice where does a noob like me go? In addition:
1st pic upload: Pokemon I have and currently working on.
2nd pic: Where cursor is with that row, are pokemon that I plan to raise next for specific roles.
3rd pic: PKMN from a friend, that i want to breed or like, and

that i need suggestion help for team building.

During suspect tests, why do the OU ladder and the OU suspect ladder not run concurrently? It seems like that would help people see the difference between the two ladders better.

Whats a good EV spead for Mega latias without defog and timid nature?
Mega Latias doesn't appreciate having either of those, funnily enough. Your best bet is a bold nature with 248 HP / 84 Def / 176 Spe. Enough Speed EVs to outspeed neutral natured base 100s (modest megavoir and adamant/modest charizard, for example), with max HP (one point off for stealth rock number) and the rest dumped in Defence. This is for the Calm Mind Roost set.

For Mega Latias I personally run Timid nature with 252 HP / 60 Def / 196 Spe. This lets you outspeed everything up to Garchomp, with the rest of the EVs in bulk. The reason I would run so much speed is that it would really suck to have set up to like +3/+3 only to get KOed by a Jolly Garchomp or Zard X. The speed is definitely worth it imo.

Ok, can you please state the moves for the CM set?

It usually runs Calm Mind / Roost / Stored Power or Psyshock / Surf I think
Surf is never run on CM sets.
The standard moves are CM / Roost / Psyshock or Stored Power / Sub or Reflect Type
Dragon pulse can be used in either the 3rd or 4th slot but being able to hit Fairy-types is pretty important.

Why would i use reflect type? whats so good about it? (Not trying to argue but i just want to know why its good)

It lets you beat Pokemon like Bisharp and Tyranitar since their Dark type moves are no longer effective against you. It also helps against Ferrothorn and Metagross without EQ.
