Some of them are and some aren't, so your best bet is checking the OU analyses or the Preliminary Pokedex for up-to-date sets (though make sure to double-check the OP's date when looking at sets to make sure they're recent, especially for stuff from the Preliminary Dex.
I went to both sub-forums and did a quick search for "Charizard" and didnt find anything recent, so I guess this is one case where trying to find it in the regular thread on OU main forum is the way to go (and my fear actually, what I was trying to avoid). Thanks anyway, maybe I have more luck with some other mons.

Are the sets on the Strategy Pokédex (http://www.smogon.com/dex/) updated to the somewhat newest forum activities (like some stuff post ORAS) or I have to browse the threads after the current top sets?

They're updated as much as possible, but that's dependent on the analyses actually getting done. The preliminary pokedex directly correlates to what's in the strategy pokedex, but as Sanger said, check the OU analyses subforum for the in progress analyses.
Here is the current in progress Charizard analysis: http://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/charizard.3508461/

What are the main differences between Tornadus and Thundurus, as well as their Therian formes, and why is Thundurus-I so much higher than Thundurus-T in the viability rankings?

Looking the thread I noticed it was my fault after doing the search in the sub-forums mentioned. I checked the thread date and not the thread last post date. So you are still using the original thread for new updates on each entry instead of using a new one, what makes perfect sense as the entries themselves are being updated on the Strategy Pokédex and not new entries yes I was stupid for not noticing.

Thundurus-I has access to prankster, and great utility moves like t-wave it can abuse with. Also has a higher speed tier than thundy-t as well as attack.
Torn-T is a better pivot cuz it has regenerator as well as more speed and bulk.

What's lopunny's best pre-mega ability? I always run limber to avoid paralysis prior to mega evolution, but recently I've been seeing cute charm.

Limber is the better of the two, you really shouldn't be switching into attacks with Lopunny to begin with. Being able to switch into a TWave pre-Mega is pretty useful. The only reason you'd see it is because someone forgot to change it.

"switches ability"

If you see Cute Charm, it's just because the person hasn't bothered to change it -- Cute Charm being the default ability. That makes sense of course; Limber being so situational people probably just don't care about it in teambuilding - same sort of reason people run technician > light metal on mega scizor - but Limber is by far the superior ability, yeah.

Where did you see Cute Charm ?_?

two questions lol:

What does a jump point mean? I've seen people go like, oh, 60 defense evs on this pokemon hits a defensive jump point! or 200 attack evs hits the nearest jump point on this pokemon! what does that mean?

Is RP bisharp good lol, it seems quite underrated and cool?

Correct me if I am wrong, but a jump point is a EV number that gives a +2 boost in a stat instead of +1. For example a jolly Beedrill gets 416 speed with 212 EVs, but 418 speed with 216 EVs.
Never tried out RP Bisharp but I don't really see why I would use RP over SD (+ Sucker Punch) outside of some pokemon that resist sucker punch (Scarf Tyranitar for example) and to avoid Sucker Punch 50/50s

A jump point is when every 10 points (40 evs) nets you an extra point due to a positive nature's influence.
For example Heatran gets to 264 speed with 200 speed evs and a timid nature, and to 262 with 196 evs, once you know this "jump point" you can scale 40 evs in order to get the others jump points (240, 160, 120, 80, 40).

Rock Polish Bisharp is more of a lure, which can also act as an anti-defogger, I tend to use it with a set of Rock Polish, Knock Off, Iron Head and Psycho Cut (PCut has a much more higher 2hko chance, 98% vs 2% against offensive Mega Venusaur), paired with offensive Mega Scizor, in order to help him by lureing and weaken in troublesome threats like Keldeo and offensive Mega Venusaur so that Bullet Punch kills them later.

Bisharp (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Defiant
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Knock Off
- Sucker Punch
- Iron Head
- Psycho Cut

Add to my list of decent QuiverPass receivers? M-Blastoise, the Nidos, Hydreigon, M-Gardevoir (not that bulky, but imagine the power)....

Reading the Venusaur Offensive set, it says to put speed and special defense EV into attack if you use Knock Off. Would the new spread be 232 HP / 24 Atk / 252 SpA or 232 HP / 8 Atk / 252 SpA / 16 Spe ? The 28 HP Gengar mention is where I am confused since I would need 20 Atk to have a 50% to OHKO after Stealth Rocks but won't be at the same speed.

Knock off is mostly used to remove chansey's eviolite and for gengar but if you do opt for knock off run quiet since mega venusaur's a tank anyway.
