Kyurem @ Salac Berry / Petaya Berry
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Substitute
- Endeavor
- Ice Beam
- Earth Power

Normally using a wallbreaking Kyurem is rather prediction reliant due to the fact that it needs to hit special sponges on the switch in with either Outrage/Iron Head, the former is not a good move to be locked into if the opposing teams has Fairies/Steels and the latter has poor coverage against anything else other than Fairies. This set forfeits the physical specturm of coverage but it eases your need of prediction in order to lure in the opposing team's special sponge and weaken them to aid your team's sweeper simply by the means of SubEndeavoring, all the while retaining the potential to sweep on its own due to the activation of Salac Berry.

Kyurem Life Orb
Ability: Pressure
56 HP / 200 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Glaciate
- Ice Beam
- Earth Power
- Draco Meteor

So, there are a lot of fast shit in UU that can outspeed Kyurem. Glaciate allows it to actually beat some of those fast Revenge Killers. Whereas some can 2HKO by simply outspeeding. I really have nothing to say about this considering I'm kinda scraping the bottom of the barrel with this set right now.

Milotic @ Leftovers
Ability: Marvel Scale
EVs: 252 HP / 200 Def / 56 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald
- Mirror Coat
- Protect
- Recover

Designed to piss people off by remaining alive as long as possible, and mirror coating as much as possible. Scald prevents you from being taunt bait, while protect adds to Milotic's passive recovery. Recover provides extra recovery, providing Milotic with a ton of fallback recovery options. Marvel Scale helps improve its defensive odds should it get burned. Dragon Tail, Refresh, or Toxic can be used instead of Protect, depending on your team's needs.

RestTalk Phazer Milotic
Milotic @ Leftovers
Ability: Marvel Scale
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Coil
- Dragon Tail
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

Most importantly: you must bring Milotic in once you have removed all opposing Fairies. While Sleeping, Milotic's Marvel Scale is triggered, increasing its Defense. Boost your Attack, Defense, and Accuracy with Coil, then go for non-negative-priority Dragon Tail to mess with your opponent. The bulk and power of RestTalk Phazer Milotic are unpredictable and will be able to win you lots of games.

Milotic @ Leftovers
Ability: Competitive
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald
- Recover
- Ice Beam
- Mirror Coat / Toxic / Dragon Tail

Basically hazard stacking teams' way of punishing Defog. With physical investment and great natural special bulk, Milotic can live almost any hit. When it gets a Competitive boost thanks to Defog or Intimidate, it can be very difficult to switch into barring a water immunity. At +2 it can 2HKO every relevant defogger in the tier with scald (barring Empoleon :[ ). Ice beam is preferred in order to nail grass types on the switch, like Mega Sceptile, Roserade, Celebi and Shaymin, as well as Hydreigon. The last slot comes down to your personal preference / your team's needs.

I like RestTalk Coil, but would it be crazy to add some Speed investment? 168 Speed EVs let you outspeed base 70s with 252 EVs, as well as uninvested base 100s, allowing you to boost or potentially even phaze them without taking a hit first. That's a sizable drop in bulk, but Milotic already has pretty excellent Special bulk.

Milotic, in my opinion, is a pokemon that is largely outclassed in UU. Vaporeon works better as a bulky wall, as it gets access to wish and other support moves to help your team. Suicune works better as a set up sweeper, as it has better overall bulk and pressure to stall things it cannot kill. However, what Milotic has over other bulky waters is Competitive and a unique speed tier (Gyarados shares it, but it's in OU), which brings me to

Offensive Competitive Milotic
Milotic @ Life Orb
Ability: Competitive
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: NaN Atk / 30 SpA
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Hidden Power [Electric]
- Recover

With a decent base 100 SpA and base 81 Spe, Milotic has the tools it needs to become an offensive threat. SpA and Spe are maxed out to deal the most damage while outspeeding as many things as possible. I opted for timid over modest, as timid allows you to outspeed everything base 80 and below as well as getting the jump on base 92 or below 252 Spe neutral natured pokemon like Adamant Lucario and Modest Roserade. Hydro pump provides a powerful STAB attack that deals massive damage to anything that doesn't resist it. Ice beam hits the grass and dragon type pokemon that like to switch into Milotic. HP Electric rounds off the coverage by allowing Milotic to hit opposing bulky waters, notably Empoleon. Life orb is used to give Milotic an extra bump in power, and recover provides sustainability and compensates for the life orb recoil. And if you switch into a defog, you get an instant Nasty Plot boost, and this in combination with good bulk and power makes Milotic a force to be reckoned with.

252 SpA Life Orb Milotic Hydro Pump vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Lucario: 261-308 (92.8 - 109.6%) -- 56.3% chance to OHKO

252 SpA Life Orb Milotic Ice Beam vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Roserade: 205-242 (79.1 - 93.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

+2 252 SpA Life Orb Milotic Hidden Power Electric vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Empoleon: 203-239 (54.5 - 64.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

+2 252 SpA Life Orb Milotic Hydro Pump vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Umbreon: 231-274 (58.6 - 69.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Its ability to check crocune and set up on a plethora of physical attackers like darmanitan, entei, etc..gives it a possible niche. I wish it couod have another slot for waterfall or scald but eh
