Cool art and keep it up! Its incredible how you capture the pokemon. I'll probably request, but surely after you free up from all the others.
 
Ahhh, I am very excited to see how Groudon/Steelix/Flareon turns out. Groudon seems like it will be the epitome of badass, Steelix is a little lost in the shuffle right now but Flareon looks positively regal and cute. aaaa <3

also I really like Blaziken's expression, you're very good at capturing a specific mood/emotion with your art. :)

you've been bold enough to make such a taxing request as it is, it's very rude to assume that an artist is just going to drop something because it hasn't appeared as soon as you'd like

you should look into contributing to the smog in future issues, i know the rest of the team would love to see your artwork in there!

blown away by the final of dusknoir, and i couldn't help but laugh when i read about your process - for the most part i do the same thing, and i can't get anywhere near this

thankyou again for taking the time to walk us all through, i'm sure everybody can pick up something from it!

That is the cuuuutest Shinx I have ever seen. <3 I love how the face looks so coy and the pose is so cat-like. The legs perfectly capture a cat's gait.

oh to answer the question of if Im finishing that sketch: I'd like to put lines and flats and make groudon not stupid :) its just kinda big and Im trying to juggle
 
Wow. Super amazing drawings! I'd really enjoy Hitmontop and Abomasnow together. That would be the coolest thing ever. I mean if you are still accepting requests.

@ tangyrowth: there's a queue list in first post so I just tack them onto the end, so yes and no :d now that I'm mostly done with convention stuff I'll be picking back up on it but it'll still probably be a couple months until I get to it through the others @__@

Consider slightly more contrast between the colours - the transitions between the shades in your drawings are no doubt clean and smooth but increasing the contrast could add more of a stylistic feature that you might not be able to obtain with just the line art.

I can't wait for the Typhlosion (seems that it's next on the cue if I'm correct!).

impressive art, would be interested in how you'd draw a tyranitar as i loved the nidoking.

alchemators writing is so dreamy i would go as far as to compare it to that of a young David Foster Wallace.

alch: I don't normally do art with lines, I usually only do it when I'm looking to complete something quickly.... or draw pokemon; most of what I do is like that dusknoir, but it's very time consuming. But I find when I draw with lines that I tend to simplify colors/contrast, now that you point it out. Maybe I can find a way that I like greater variety, as I don't like the harsh transitions in cel shading.
I'm happy to have some time to work on these again.
 
...I mean, WHOA. That Jumpluff and Shaymin is one of the cutest, especially. You use a computer, right? How else could you do something so much so fine so quickly?

Do you do requests? I've wanted for the longest time to do Mudkip in a cow suit, but I never have enough time to draw anymore.

I might be making that jumpluff/shaymin image into stickers if I can get away with it, and maybe shinx too; Im running out of time as the convention is this week and I dont think I have enough time to make stickers and have them printed and shipped to me. But I'll send jumpluff and shinxe one if I do :>
