Metagross @ Metagrossite
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Meteor Mash
- Zen Headbutt
- Pursuit
- Hammer Arm

Re-nominationg Costi's set with Hammer Arm > Ice Punch because I feel Ice Punch is less needed with Rotom-W, and Lando-T sets up all over non-HP Ice Lando-T anyways. Anyways this set is good for switching in to Fairies and Lati@s, the latter of which it can immediately remove from the game, which is great for Lando-T. In comparison to Heatran, this set trades Rocks + Mega opportunity for great power / speed and the ability to immediately remove Lati@s. Another potential choice could be Choice Scarf Jirachi with Healing Wish.

Banned deucer.
Reserving SpDef Talonflame.

Talonflame @ Leftovers
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpD / 8 Spe
Careful Nature
- Brave Bird
- Roost
- Taunt
- Will-O-Wisp

Due to the team leaning more towards bulky offense than HO, I believe that Specially Defensive Talonflame would be a perfect option for the next slot on the team. As it stands, the two biggest threats to the team are definitely Charizard-Y and HP Fire Serperior, both of which can OHKO or 2HKO all three members of the current team. Talonflame is a phenomenal swtch-in for both of these Pokemon and can simply stall out their STAB moves and wear down the former & eliminate the latter with little effort with Brave Bird. Talon can also functon as an excellent stall-breaker because as it currently stands, the team has trouble getting past common bulky Pokemon such as Mega Venusaur, Unaware Clefable, certain variants of Landorus-T itself, and others.

Reserving Scarf Rachie

Jirachi @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Healing Wish
- U-turn
- Iron Head
- Heart Stamp

Jirachie fits in this team perfect bc it can check stuff like lati, zam, kyurem-b and it gives DD Lando-T free swich-ins with U-Turn. With Heart Stamp it can revenge stuff like MHera that kinda destroys the team at the moment (Heart Stamp is also cool because it has 100%acc). HWish is also great for these kind of build where DD-Lando or Loom get a second chance to clean. And when you dont have a chance to win you go into Jirachie and click Iron Head. #gameplans

Reserving BandZor

Scizor @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician
EVs: 116 HP / 252 Atk / 140 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Bullet Punch
- U-turn
- Superpower
- Pursuit

BandZor is a decent choice for the team as it can support Lando-T as it can form a volt-turn core alongside Rotom-W as patching up threats such as Weavile an gives us solid fairy resist. On top of that it can also switch into non hp fire variants of Lati and trap it, which the team also appreciates and offers a ton of role compression. The speed is used to outspeed Standard Mega Venu which the team struggles a bit v atm, as our only way of breaking it is Lando-T

based on your guys' votes, the winner this week is fast heatran! this means the current team is now dd landorus / breloom / rotom-w / heatran.

the suggestion period will now be open and you guys have from now until this coming monday (2/22) to make recommendations!

Infernal

Banned deucer.

Alakazam
@ Alakazite
Ability: Trace
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Psychic
- Focus Blast
- Shadow Ball
- Encore

My justification for this is simple: speed. The team is currently extremely slow. Because of this, there are a large number of threats this team risks being easily ran over by. Among these include Gengar, Thundurus-I, Kyurem-B, Mega Gardevoir, Manaphy, and so on. Even Pokemon like Keldeo can be annoying to deal with because of the team's lack of speed. These threats all posses the coverage needed to threaten this team, and hardly have to bother with prediction because they are faster than each member. Although Mega Alakazam can't directly switch into these threats, its ability to offensively check them thanks to its blazing speed is really appreciated. Trace adds to the speed control by checking weather sweepers. Being naturally faster than threats like +1 Jolly Mega Gyara and +1 Jolly Mega Altaria is a nice perk and can be nice to fallback on in emergency situations.

While a more passive approach could be taken to address these issues, I do think the team would appreciate the offensive presence Mega Alakazam brings to the table. It gives the team an added power house, and synergizes with the team quite well. Rotom-W's Volt Switch provides free switch in opportunities for Mega Alakazam to come in and apply offensive pressure, while Landorus-T and Breloom are able to soften things up nicely for it to clean up late game. Mega Zam's issue with things like Mega Sciz and Talon are also covered well by its teammates.

Overall, I think this fits well as the 5th member. The defensive backbone of the team covers a good portion of threats, leaving us room to explore a few offensive options before tying up any loose ends with the final member. CM, Sub, and Dazzling Gleam are all options over Encore, and the choice all depends on the needs of the team after the members are finalized.

Diancie @ Diancite
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 36 HP / 32 Atk / 252 SpA / 188 Spe
Rash Nature
- Rock Polish
- Moonblast
- Diamond Storm
- Hidden Power Fire

Rock Polish Mega Diancie fixes the teams speed problem as mentioned by Infernal, and is able to check threats to the team such as DD M-Altaria, Kyurem-B, Hoopa-U, Keldeo, the Lati twins, M-Lopunny and as Infernal also mentioned, Gengar, Thundurus-I and M-Gardevoir after a RP. Despite M-Diancie not being as fast as M-Alakazam immediately, Diancie still fixes the speed weakness and checks many similar threats to M-Zam. Diancie also provides us with a mon to soak up knock offs as Breloom is too frail to constantly switch in to repeated knock offs. We also have a pokemon to deflect entry hazards such as stealth rock and spikes.

Similarly to M-Zam, we have a very powerful offensive mon that can break down a lot of defensive things that Landorus would appreciate such as M-Slowbro, Skarmory, Ferrothorn and M-Sableye, however, Diancie is much bulkier than Alakazam and can act as a secondary Birdspam check alongside Rotom-W, as Rotom can eventually be worn down by repeated Brave Birds and Aerilate Returns/Frustrations from the likes of Talonflame and Mega Pinsir respectively.

Latios @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
- Roost
- Defog

The team currently needs a Keldeo switch in, hazard removal, and a better kyub check is really nice, so I recommend adding defog Latios as the next team member. Also, latios is another wallbreaker that can weaken up fat mons so that lando can sweep late game. Additionally, Latios is relatively fast, so it helps to mitigate the speed problem that the team has, but the mega evolution in the last slot has to be something fast to finish mitigating this problem. Additionally, twave could be used on rotom over pain split to provide some speed control for the team.

Weavile @ Life Orb
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Icicle Crash
- Knock Off
- Ice Shard
- Pursuit

So looking at the two biggest offensive threats our team has to offer; Breloom and DD Lando-T, it's clear we're lacking a fast, powerful offensive threat that can function both as a revenge killer and a cleaner. Weavile fits this criteria perfectly, and brings to the table something that both our lati-troubled boosters will appreciate: Pursuit. With Pursuit Weavile, we can enhance the team's effectiveness to a significant extent as, currently, it's ability to break holes in the opposing team is quite lacking.
