Iron Hands @ Assault Vest
Ability: Quark Drive
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Fire
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 SpD
Brave Nature
- Drain Punch
- Ice Punch
- Volt Switch
- Earthquake

Cross-posting this from the SV OU Metagame Discussion thread in case if it has legs.

I consider this the best Iron Hands set in SV OU. It's bulky enough to handle some of the biggest, baddest special attackers in Kyurem, Walking Wake, Raging Bolt, Iron Moth, and Gholdengo. Drain Punch is there as your primary STAB of choice, while Ice Punch and Earthquake provide all the coverage it really needs. Volt Switch is perfect to get it out of trouble and pivot out to a better breaker. Tera Fire is a nice patch if something wants to try and play Will-o-Wisp games.

Some spicy calcs from this chef:

252 SpA Choice Specs Kyurem Draco Meteor vs. 248 HP / 252 SpD Assault Vest Iron Hands: 213-252 (41.6 - 49.3%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
244 SpA Choice Specs Walking Wake Hydro Steam vs. 248 HP / 252 SpD Assault Vest Iron Hands in Sun: 192-226 (37.5 - 44.2%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
252+ SpA Choice Specs Protosynthesis Raging Bolt Draco Meteor over 2 turns vs. 248 HP / 252 SpD Assault Vest Iron Hands: 441-520 (86.3 - 101.7%) -- 5.1% chance to 2HKO
132 SpA Iron Moth Fiery Dance vs. 248 HP / 252 SpD Assault Vest Iron Hands in Sun: 129-153 (25.2 - 29.9%) -- guaranteed 4HKO
252 SpA Gholdengo Shadow Ball vs. 248 HP / 252 SpD Assault Vest Iron Hands: 90-106 (17.6 - 20.7%) -- possible 5HKO
+2 252+ Atk Supreme Overlord 5 allies fainted Kingambit Kowtow Cleave vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Iron Hands: 219-258 (42.8 - 50.4%) -- 1.2% chance to 2HKO

Choice Specs Thundurus-Therian

Thundurus-Therian @ Choice Specs
Ability: Volt Absorb
Tera Type: Flying
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Volt Switch
- Tera Blast
- Grass Knot
- Focus Blast / Thunderbolt

Devastating wallbreaker that is only walled by assault vest users and Blissey. Amazing coverage allows it to hit a variety of mons for super effective damage. Modest can be run while still outspeeding many notable mons, such as Great Tusk, Samurott-H, and non-scarf gholdengo
Try hammer arm for blissey, works well

Lokix @ Life Orb
Ability: Tinted Lens
Tera Type: Poison
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Swords Dance
- First Impression
- Knock Off
- Tera Blast
The strategy is kind of simple here: Start with First Impression, knock out items with Knock Off and use the poison type Tera Blast to hit Fairy/Grass types.

Other Strategies:
Lokix can also use Heavy-Duty Boots to protect from Stealth Rock, but this might not be a problem if you have a pokemon that can use Rapid Spin or Defog, just be careful with Gholdengo since it can block both. Max speed Lokix can also handle Gholdengo even with Tera Fairy because of Tinted Lens.

252 Atk Life Orb Lokix Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Gholdengo: 367-432 (116.5 - 137.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252 Atk Life Orb Tinted Lens Lokix Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Tera Fairy Gholdengo: 182-216 (57.7 - 68.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Sunny Day Setup Duos

Stall Tropius

Tropius @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Harvest
Tera Type: Grass
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Substitute
- Earthquake
- Outrage/Dragon Tail

Sunny Ninetales
Ninetales (F) @ Heat Rock
Ability: Drought
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Solar Beam
- Sunny Day
- Burning Jealousy
- Extrasensory

Sunny Day is the most important part of this setup. It's not the very best, but can still work well against certain attackers. Tropius also has Dragon type and ground type for coverage against others. The strategy is simple ; setup with Ninetales and then switch to Tropius then substitute. he'll most likely take damage when switching (hazards, attacks and whatnot.)which will factor in Sitrus Berry, allowing him to heal. He'll then be able to use harvest, which has a 100% in sunlight. use Dragon dance while subbing, then use the 2 physical attacks you have with Tropius. If you can't switch, then Ninetales has Solar Beam, which also has no charge in sunlight.

This is one of my first strategies. It might be hard to pull off though.

submission (I don't know if I'm doing it right):
Screens Setter
Dragapult @ Light Clay
Ability: Cursed Body/Clear Body/Infiltrator
Tera Type: Dragon
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpA / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Light Screen
- Reflect
- Thunder Wave/Draco Meteor/Fire Blast
- U-turn
Being the fastest upboosted OU Pokémon, Dragapult can be used as a niche screens setter. Its bulkier than one would guess, and since it is typically run offensively, it can set up screens when opponents switch out their slower Pokémon. Thunder Wave can be used against faster Pokémon so slower teammates can revenge kill them, though it wastes a turn of screens. Draco Meteor does high damage against set up sweepers trying to take advantage of it's passivity. Fire Blast, while unreliable and generally worse than Draco Meteor, does some damage to steel types expecting Draco Meteor. Run 8 attack for Thunder Wave (to boost U-turn a little), or 8 special attack for Draco Meteor or Fire Blast. You could run Will-O-Wisp for Kingambit, but switching a Dragapult into a Kingambit is never a good idea anyway. Dragapult has three equally viable abilities. Cursed Body works the best defensively, disabling opponent's supereffective moves so other Ghost or Dragon types can revenge kill them. Clear Body is good in the webs matchup. Infiltrator is for the screens mirror match and Substitute Iron Moth. It has difficulty beating scarfers and booster speed Pokémon, so fast Pokémon like booster speed Iron Valiant make good partners. Iron Valiant also befits from screens making it easier to set up Swords Dance or Calm Mind. As mentioned before, Dragapult gets beaten by Kingambit, so partners like Keldeo or Great Tusk that ease the matchup are extremely helpful.

Fire Blast looks to risky to a fragile pokemon like Dragapult. I would use Flamethrower instead

I would like to remind everyone that sample set submissions are only for sets that gain prominence, especially in high-level play such as tournaments. As none of these sets have been used to any significant degree, they will not be added, and I would like for everyone to keep this in mind in the future, before posting here.

:Dondozo:
Specially Defensive Dondozo
Move 1:Curse
Move 2:Waterfall/Crunch
Move 3:Rest
Move 4:Sleep Talk
Item:Leftovers/Covert Cloak
Tera Type:Dark/Steel
Ability:Unaware
Nature:Careful
EVs:248 HP/ 8 DEF/ 252 SPD

With Dondozo’s massive physical bulk and Unaware, Dondozo can run a specially defensive spread and curse to function as a late-game sweeper. Curse allows it to shrug off most physical hits, as well as increasing its offensive capabilities. Waterfall is Dondozo’s main STAB of choice, allowing it to hit most potential threats, especially Iron Moth, as well as potentially allowing Dondozo to flinch phazers like Moltres. Crunch can alternatively be used to allow Dondozo to hit Ogerpon-Wellspring, one of its main counters, as well as pressuring out Gholdengo faster on sets without Covert Cloak. Resttalk is used for Dozo to stay healthy and cleanse status, allowing Dondozo to talk on threats like Toxapex and Gliscor without having to fear Toxic. Leftovers allows Dondozo to get additional recovery outside of Rest, increasing its bulk sizably. Covert Cloak can be used to prevent pesky secondary effects like special defense drops from Shadow Ball or Psychic Noise’s heal block that could lead to Dondozo not being able to survive certain Attackers. Tera Dark can be used to escape Dondozo’s existing weaknesses, allowing it to match up better into strong Grass and Electric attackers like Ogerpon-Wellspring and Zapdos, as well as allowing Dondozo to better take Shadow Balls and Hexes from Dragapult, Gholdengo, and Pecharunt plus giving Dondozo an immunity to Psychic Noise. Tera Steel can alternatively be used for its incredible defensive profile, in particular shrugging off powerful grass moves like Ogerpon-Wellspring’s Power Whip.

Specially Defensive Dondozo is best used on Balance structures that can support it while eliminating any threats to its eventual sweep. Specially Defensive Dondozo usually does not run Heavy-Duty Boots, so hazard removal from the likes of Corviknight and Galarian-Weezing are much appreciated. Dondozo additionally has a hard time taking certain strong special attacks, especially those from Choice Specs pokemon or Raging Bolt, so it benefits from specially defensive walls like Ting-Lu. Dondozo also enjoys pokemon like Toxapex or Gliscor that can absorb Knock Offs, allowing Dondozo to keep its leftovers to maximize its bulk. Ogerpon-Wellspring is a particularly scary foe, especially for Waterfall variants, as its Water Absorb, strong attacks, and Encore can threaten Dondozo massively, so pokemon that can handle it like Weezing-Galar or Dragonite are helpful. Dondozo also appreciates more offensive pokemon that punch holes in the enemy team, taking out pokemon that would otherwise threaten Dondozo’s sweep.
