Yes, and once you trade a Pokemon away, you cannot get it back. The Pokemon you receive in its place will stay on your team. However, you can trade a Pokemon you received in a previous round.

Yes, I took the people who sent in their teams first. I formed the substitute list by putting the first posters at the top since I realize that some people decided to send their team in the next day.

Also, I would like to remind everyone to keep the species clause off in their matches. No one knows who has duplicates and as long as that clause is off, their teams can remain a secret.
