Description:
Bulky guy. Mainly works as a defensive mon, with amazing bulk and utility such as Will-O-Wisp, Thunder Wave, self-healing, pivoting, but its two primary tools are Burning Bulwark, and Knock Off, as both of these allow it to punish about every interaction against physical attackers, as if the opponent isnt too careful, they get Burning Bulwark'd, but if they are too careful about it, then they get Knocked Off, or a switch-in gets Knocked Off. It does come with some drawbacks, as its defensive type isnt too great, its got SpDef as a weak point, and its awfully slow, as well as Ground-types (or anything with Earthquake) are able to bypass Burning Bulwark, putting it on a hard spot.

since christmas is also kind of a birthday, i thought a cake would make sense too (wish i was rich enough to buy those huge christmas cakes that i keep getting ads about)... it’s basically an upgraded alcremie that can also be a misty terrain pivot or a good special wall, i really like alcremie so i hope this does it justice :3

Pokemon: Poultrio

Type:

/
1765675444764.png

70 HP / 120 Atk / 110 Def / 50 SpAtk / 60 SpDef / 60 Spe / 470 BST

Ability: Layered Stuffing (Restores 25% HP the first 3 turns this Pokemon ends on the field. Doesn’t reset the counter upon switching.)

With 120 Atk, many setup options, and Layered Stuffing, Poultrio is a physical wallbreaker and sweeper that can be incredibly hard to stop. It wields a potent stab combination and some nice coverage, along with some helpful status options. Poultrio can have trouble making progress against more defensive teams or strategies, even just switching around its attacks for a few turns can prove effective. If Poultrio uses those turns to set up Dragon Dances, though, you now have a terrifying sweeper on your hands.

1765675552847.png
: Brave Bird, Drill Peck, Dual Windbeat, Acrobatics, Poltergeist, Shadow Claw, Knock Off, Superpower, Body Slam
1765675573522.png
: Hurricane, Shadow Ball, Flamethrower, Dragon Pulse, Night Shade
1765675563433.png
: Roost, Dragon Dance, Iron Defense, Bulk Up, Whirlwind, Tailwind, Hone Claws, Pain Split

Poultrio is a convergent evolution of Dodrio based on a Turducken. This exotic Christmas dinner stuffs a chicken into a duck, which is further stuffed into a turkey. As such, you can see each of these birds in the design, with duck feet, chicken wings, and a turkey body. Each bird sticks out its head, although in their cooked state it’s hard to tell which, if any, is in control.

Poultrio is not a naturally found Pokemon, but rather the result of cooking Ducklett, Combusken, and Corvisquire together, an exotic meal explored by more heartless trainers. Scholars don’t agree on how this Pokemon moves; Some theorize that the spite of the cooked birds grew powerful enough to create a mind of its own.

The main course is fine and all but is it really a holiday dinner without a charcuterie board?

Now as the name and idea implies this is based on the famed salt cured dish: Capocollo which over here, in the US, is better known as gabagool. I decided to go this route as my family tend to go very ham with the charcuterie board over the holidays, and truth be told I have had the idea for a ghost type pig pokemon with the pun name in question for a while now. As for the abilities it's typically dry cured, sometimes spicy, and occasionally smoked.

Design wise since capocollo is a cut of meat from the neck to the pork shoulder I'm thinking it's kind of like a pig dullahan with it's body being covered in tough looking skin befitting most salumi out there. Perhaps it has some smoke coming from its severed head and maybe some salt crystals on it to show that it indeed has been cured. However given the fact that the meat is dry cured and the fact that most salumi has rope around it I can see it having more mummy elements to it as well.

Garneat is a decorated-ceramic plate, with its outer ring patterned with dark ref snowflakes. The plate dips, with a green striped pattern at the bottom. In the center of the plate, leaves and garnish make out a smiling face.

Garneat - Ghost is the broken dish into shards, with a deep-purple aura holding the shards together. A dark red Santa hat floats above it in the same aura, with it being under a single eye made out of shards of the plate.

Garneat - Roasted Has a large, very large stereotypical turkey that almost leaks off of the larger, wreathed plate, holding the turkey on. A floating mistletoe in the center of the turkey forms the eyes, green garnish takes the form of the smile.

Garneat - Slowstew Instead takes the shape of a bowl, with a pinkish liquid in a moving swirl filling its contents. A singular slowbro tail leaks-halfway out of the bowl, with a red bow tied . Two twisted spoons float above the bowl. Its snowflake decorations have been replaced with two rings of reindeer at the top and bottom of the bowl. Two pink swirls are at the center of the plate, making eyes with its mouth in a similar, dazed state.

Garneat - Cranberry Sauce? Is a skinner bowl with…strangely purple and red..’cranberry sauce’. The sauce is chunky, and in the center, two lemon slices make up the eyes and a twisted amount of bright green garnish makes the crooked smile.
Description: It is said that after many years of use, Garneat came to life during the holidays. The foods now placed on it shape its form, and give it newfound power!

Overview: I accidentally designed a pre-evo for something that doesn’t exist, oops; anyway it fights to defend other less combat inclined sheep from various things via the powers of Christmas and martial arts. It probably becomes a wise old mentor figure eventually or something, but for now it has Contrary since it’s a black sheep. Signature move, Superpower, Ice Hammer, and either Drain Punch for sustain, Knock for coverage, or Taunt for stallbreaking. You could also maybe do a weird SD Scrappy set but that probably isn’t as good. Probably.

Here's an obvious one

Pokemon: Pupsent

Type:
Fairy/Normal

50 HP / 55 Atk / 35 Def / 55 SpAtk / 35 SpDef / 90 Spe / 320 BST
Ability: Cute Charm/Weak Armor/Stakeout
1765675552847.png

1765675573522.png

: Alluring Voice, Hyper Voice, Dazzling Gleam
1765675563433.png

:Work Up, Agility, Light Screen, Reflect, Toxic

Yup it's a dog as a present, but what kind it will be is yet to be seen. Also I know nothing about LC so that's why the movepool is a bit limited.

Design wise I'm imagining a typical present with some dog like features. The main body is the wrapped up gift box most people are familiar with but the ribbon is tied to resemble more typical dog ears. There'd be paws coming out from the bottom, kind of bursting out of the present body. As well as eye holes giving the implication that the actual pokemon is inside the present. I imagine the base colors would have the fur be a tawny color while the present itself would be red with a green ribbon. The shiny form could have black fur and resemble the colors of the mystery gift ie gold with a red ribbon.

When Pupsent is gifted a shiny stone it becomes ....

Pokemon: Elfido

Type:
Fairy/Psychic

70 HP / 60 Atk / 55 Def / 95 SpAtk / 105 SpDef / 115 Spe / 500 BST
Ability: Forewarn/Infiltrator/Stakeout
1765675552847.png

: Present
1765675573522.png

: Alluring Voice, Moonblast, Psychic, Psyshock, Psychic Noise, Hyper Voice, Ice Beam, Shadow Ball,
1765675563433.png

: Calm Mind, Helping Hand, Recover, Light Screen, Reflect, Toxic

The nice evolution in this case is a bit weird. Elfido use their psychic abilities to determine weather or not a child is naughty or nice. If they're nice they will be rewarded with presents from Delibird but if they're naughty then they will get another pokemon to punish the child.

The idea is that it's a small dog with traits of an elf on the shelf. Since Delibird is already the santa pokemon I figured why not have the elf help out determine that whole knowing when someone is naughty or nice. I also think that this pokemon might look a bit uncanny not only to help give off a more mystical fey vibe but because the elf on the shelf also looks uncanny. The default color scheme I think should be red and white while the shiny swaps out the red for green.

1765718271820.png

When Pupsent is gifted a dusk stone it becomes ....

Pokemon: Krampug

Type:
Fairy/Dark

90 HP / 110 Atk / 105 Def / 60 SpAtk / 55 SpDef / 80 Spe / 500 BST
Ability: Intimidate/Thick Fat/Prankster
1765675552847.png

: Sucker Punch, Knock Off, Play Rough, Close Combat, Gunk Shot, Wood Hammer, Body Slam, Present, Thief
1765675573522.png

: N/A
1765675563433.png

: Bulk Up, Swords Dance, Slack Off, Light Screen, Reflect, Toxic, Belly Drum

When an Elfido detects that a child is naughty, Krampug is unleashed. It comes in ready to punish the naughty child by destroying their presents with a branch of birch leaving them with a suspiciously produced "lump of coal". Despite it's more menacing appearance and role to punish children it is a rather sweet but lazy pokemon that still acts mischievous as it once did when it was a Pupsent.

As the name implies this is a pug with krampus traits. I imagine the ears are more pointed, it's tongue is longer, and it's more bipedal with the aforementioned branch of birch in its paws. I didn't want to make this too intimidating since you should want to befriend the pokemon in question. I also imagine that this pokemon has a very big personality to not only have it be closer to a pug, but to also contrast the more stoic Elfido. I think the default color scheme would be darker to represent the typical depictions of krampus but the shiny is a mixture of white and fawn to represent the other depictions of krampus and because most pugs are fawn.

Type: Dark / Normal
Stats: 40 / 60 / 70 / 60 / 50 / 25 (Total: 305)
Abilities: Prankster / Comatose / Dry Skin
Signature Move: Cotton Chop
- Type: Normal
- Classification: Physical
- Power: 110
- Accuracy: 100
- PP: 10 (max 16)
- Effect: The user goes all out to perform a surprisingly powerful attack with an arm covered in wool. Lowers the user’s Attack and Special Defense.
Notable Moves:
1765721412057.png
Play Rough, Bite, Assurance, Thief Body Slam, Quick Attack, Ice Fang, Fire Fang, Nuzzle, Thunder Fang, U-Turn
1765721421939.png
Alluring Voice, Snarl, Hyper Voice, Snore, Ice Beam
1765721433018.png
Bulk Up, Taunt, Agility, Calm Mind, Encore, Moonlight

Overview: My first thought was taking inspiration from the Gremlin films, as such I imagined some baby gremlin for the pre-evo. I would imagine it to be some sort of cotton ball that's both black and white in terms of colour kinda reminding of Darumaka with it's arm but it doesn't have any legs and jumps to move itself.

If given to eat a Berry during the night at level 31, it evolves into:

Pokemon: Grimvex
Type: Dark / Poison
Stats: 77 / 110 / 90 / 70 / 70 / 91 (Total: 508)
Abilities: Prankster / Defiant / Rampand Ravage (If this pokemon is at full HP, deals 1.3 damage more, weakens the less HP it has to no boost at >33%)
Signature Move: Chaotic Swings
- Type: Dark
- Classification: Physical
- Power: 90
- Accuracy: 100
- PP: 10 (max 16)
- Effect: The user become unpredictable and performs a last minute suprise swing. 30% chance to confuse the target.
New Notable Moves:
1765721412057.png
Knock Off, Crunch, Sucker Punch Poison Jab, Gunk Shot, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, First Impression, Punishement
1765721421939.png
Dark, Pulse, Sludge Bomb, Nasty Plot
1765721433018.png
Toxic Spikes, Scary Face

Overview: The naughty version. It's of course inspired by what happens when you feed them after midnight. It's physical appareance has it take a crocodile like skin, it now walks on all 4 legs and a jaw that makes it seem like it's disfigured with some acid coming out of it's mouth.

If it has max hapiness and is at level 31 and it's the day, it evolves into:

Pokemon: Niblit
Type: Normal / Fairy
Stats: 77 / 84 / 70 / 106 / 82 / 89 (Total: 508)
Abilities: Fluffy / Levitate / Cheerful Spirit (If this pokemon is at full HP, takes 1.3 damage less, weakens the less HP it has to no boost at >33%)
Signature Move: Festive Habbits
- Type: Normal
- Classification: Special
- Power: 80
- Accuracy: 100
- PP: 10 (max 16)
- Effect: The user cheers itself and it's allies with a hot beverage it made. Heals itself and it's allie on the field 25% HP.
Notable Moves:
1765721412057.png
Giga Impact, Double Edge, Close Combat, Present
1765721421939.png
Moonblast, Hyper Voice, Flamethrower, Matcha Gotcha
1765721433018.png
Snowscape, Wish, Healing Wish, Aurora Veil, Reflect, Light Screen

Overview: The good ending for Gremlit. Thanks to the love of it's trainer it evolves into a sort of mice with a fur reminding of plaids. It serves passers by a bevrage it makes out of snow and then guides them to their destination and offers them a present in the end.

S/o Revenge of Depressed Gay for the formating that I took inspiration from and hope you enjoy it! :blobwizard:

Name: Hildrcus

Type: Normal

50 HP / 75 Atk / 30 Def / 75 SpAtk / 30 SpDef / 100 Spe / 360 BST

Ability: Grass Sipper/Fur Coat/Simple

1765675552847.png

: Horn Leech, High Horsepower, Megahorn, Brick Break, Play Rough, Rock Slide, Trailblaze

1765675573522.png

: Giga Drain, Hyper Voice, Mud Shot

1765675563433.png

: Roar, Defense Curl, Bulk Up, Calm Mind, Milk Drink

Appearance:
Hildrcus is a small, 4-legged baby goat with a fluffy, harmless-looking coat of neutral ash-gray fur.
Its most distinctive feature is the two tiny horns sprouting on its head: the left horn is jet black, and the right one is a pale golden yellow.
It has large, innocent-looking eyes, but its pupils change shape depending on its mood (round when happy, narrow horizontally when plotting a prank).

Pokédex entries:
Hildrcus is a blank slate. It's incredibly curious and often imitates its trainer's behavior.
It frequently struggles with the dilemma: should it share the berries it finds with its friends or hide them away to eat alone? The choice of how it's raised will determine its fur color and horn shape as it evolves.

When Hildrcus is holding a Never-Melt Ice while reaching max happiness, it becomes ....

Pokemon: Saintyr

Type:
Fairy/Ice

120 HP / 45 Atk / 105 Def / 150 SpAtk / 105 SpDef / 42 Spe / 567 BST

1765675563433.png

: Nasty Plot, Helping Hand, Leech Seed, Light Screen, Reflect, Wish

Appearance:
Saintyr stood tall, majestic, and gentle. Its coat was pure white and thick, cascading down like a king's magnificent cloak.
Its horns grew into a soft, rounded shape, radiating a warm golden light like a halo.
Under its neck was a thick, pouch-like tuft of fur where it kept rare plant seeds or medicinal herbs.
Its benevolent face, with its long white beard, exuded the wisdom of an elder.

Pokédex entries:
Evolved when Hildrcus was nurtured with love and compassion.
Saintyr often appears during snowstorms to guide those who are lost. It uses the light from its horn to warm the hearts of those who are sad.
It has a habit of silently leaving gifts (usually food or necessities) at the entrance of the caves of weaker Pokémon and then leaving without asking for thanks.

When Hildrcus is holding a Charcoal while having min happiness, it becomes ....

Pokemon: Kramprisk

Type:
Dark/Fire

120 HP / 175 Atk / 50 Def / 45 SpAtk / 50 SpDef / 127 Spe / 567 BST
Ability: Prankster/Shadow Tag/Bad Dreams

1765675563433.png

: Sword Dance, Trick, Taunt, Encore, Disable, Will-O-Wisp, Thunderwave, Toxic, Spore

Appearance:
Kramprisk stood upright on its hind legs, its posture slightly hunched and mischievous.
Its fur had turned a deep black and crimson, bristling like a thorny coat.
Its horns had grown long, curved, and sharply pointed like blades. Most notably, it had a long, purple tongue that was always sticking out in a teasing manner.
On its wrists and ankles were rings of stiff fur that clanged together like iron chains.

Pokédex entries:
Evolved when Hildrcus is exposed to rivalry or neglect, Kramprisk is the punisher of greed.
It enjoys sneaking into people's homes at night, not to steal, but to replace valuable items with coal or rubbish just for "fun."
While mischievous and fearsome, it is very loyal to those who share its mischievous "frequency."

First time making fakemon, so it turn out better than what i expected

Strong phys breaker. Has an insane button in STAB Strong Jaw Crunch off of 120atk, though its Fairy STAB is a bit lacking. Also comes with really nice utility, Bulk Up makes it able to go for setup sets, while Trick and Healing Wish make it able to go for choiced sets. Does have a somewhat middling statline outside of its 120atk, which makes it reliant on its item if it wants speed (Scarf), or bulk (AV), and its type is somewhat mid both offensively and defensively.

Description:
Bunnelby-Snack serves as the pre-evolution to this Diggersby split evolution. Their design incorporates aspects of both the naughty and nice evolutions, as does their typing. Upon evolving into either Diggersby-Snack-Naughty or Diggersby-Snack-Nice, they will lose the typing of the other evolution and will gain the ground type instead. All three have slightly improved base stats to make up for the lack of immediate Huge Power, though Huge Power can be gained through the new ability Sugar Rush. Sugar Rush is a massive commitment, requiring both the ability slot and a berry held item, though this ability's power more than makes up for the cost of getting it. For those who would rather use a different item, Dark Aura and Fairy Aura offer more immediate power. Sweet Veil is mostly there for flare. With an improved typing in both evolutions, new moves, new abilities, and improved base stats, these two Diggersby evolutions can be appreicated on just about any team.

Pokemon: Exmaspirit

Type:
Fairy

40 HP / 30 Atk / 60 Def / 70 SpAtk / 70 SpDef / 50 Spe / 320 BST

Ability:
Rattled

Not much to say about this one, just a pre-evolution to the main Pokemon. Doesn't seem very potent with an eviolite or in LC, but give it similar moves to its evolutions, minus gained types.

Pokemon: Pagalist

Type:
Fairy/Poison

90 HP / 60 Atk / 70 Def / 145 SpAtk / 70 SpDef / 95 Spe / 530 BST

Ability:
Naughty List (Deals 1.33x damage to any Pokemon that’s taken a KO this game)

Pagalist is a brutal late-game cleaner that powers up as the opposing team takes out more Pokemon. Thanks to very different typing, focus on special attacks, and some interesting disruption tactics, this Pokemon plays vastly different from Kingambit, its immediate analogue. It will also stay on the weaker side against walls that don't take KOs, so your team composition needs to take this into account.

Physical: Poison Jab, Play Rough, Spirit Break, Fake Out, Present

Special: Dazzling Gleam, Draining Kiss, Clear Smog, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Venoshock, Thunderbolt, Focus Blast, Psychic Noise

Status: Toxic, Nasty Plot, Calm Mind, Glare, Taunt, Parting Shot

Pokemon: Capantalist

Type:
Fairy/Steel

90 HP / 60 Atk / 70 Def / 70 SpAtk / 145 SpDef / 95 Spe / 530 BST

Ability:
Nice List (Takes 0.75x damage from any Pokemon that hasn’t taken a KO this game)

Physical: Play Rough, Iron Head, Bullet Punch, Present

Special: Dazzling Gleam, Draining Kiss, Flash Cannon, Thunderbolt, Focus Blast, Psychic

Status: Calm Mind, Glare, Taunt, Misty Terrain, Iron Defense, Parting Shot

Capantalist functions best as an early-game pivot, with monstrous bulk accounting for its ability, and incredible defensive typing. However, this Pokemon suffers from being somewhat passive, only really having the ability to pivot or spread paralysis. The further in the game it gets, the less value this Pokemon will have due to its ability, so it’s best used early-game to spread a good amount of status and pivot into more substantial threats.

Design:

Exmaspirit, Pagalist, and Capantalist are based off of the vastly different traditions associated with Christmas throughout the years. Pagalist is a representative of many of the pagan roots of Christmas, which strayed far from the values people associate Christmas with. Capantalist is much more aligned with the modern, hyper-consumerist holiday we know today. These are both different manifestations of the “Christmas spirit”, and so Exmaspirit will evolve at level 35 based on if it got a KO the last battle it was used in.

Both of these Pokemon make for an interesting dynamic given their abilities: There'll be times where you do/don't want a specific Pokemon your opponent has to get a KO. If you can intentionally position your Pokemon so that your opponent's usual wall for Pagalist gets a KO, you'll have a huge leg up. Inversely, your opponent will have to try not to let that wall get a KO against any of your Pokemon, something it normally wouldn't have to care about. The same logic applies to Capantalist; You don't want to sacrifice a Pokemon to something that will flip the matchup with Capantalist upon no longer having the Nice List defense boosts.

Looks/Flavour: A little present spider, who pretends to be your average gift, until it opens up to get you! Ya not much to say about this, it's a spider inside of a present. My art skills aren't good, like at all, but I hope the image kinda conveys the idea. Also while I was making this someone else made a mimic gift pokemon god damn it.

Description: Shadow Tag makes it very dangerous, plus quiver dance this could be good with eviolite. Its stats are very bad, but yeah quiver dance and shadow tag are really good so like maybe it'd be good. Also it's got sticky web and stealth rock, which is pretty good too. Idk, it's not fully evolved so like realistically it's not gonna do much.

Upon reaching Level 35 whilst knowing a rock type move, Crakajak becomes...

Looks/Flavour: Arakoal are known to visit children who have been naughty, and replace their gifts with sharp, chalky, coal. It has coal absolutely pouring out of its mouth, I was thinking of like a Gimmighoul type thing with the coins, but kinda just... weirder.

Description: Disguise allows it to safely set up a Rock Polish/Swords Dance, allowing it to begin sweeping. First Impression is also good for some quick damage, maybe as like a revenge kill or something. Intimidate is also good as it allows Arakoal to become much more physically bulky. Stealth Rock and Sticky Web are also always nice to have, as well as defog for hazard removal. Plus it's got a decent amount of physical coverage. You could even run a special set with quiver dance, considering its special attack isn't that low, plus like power herb for that meteor beam. I could see it running maybe assault vest for like that extra bulk, or maybe leftovers if you wanna run some set-up moves or hazards.

Upon reaching Level 35 whilst knowing a flying type move, Crakajak becomes...

Looks/Flavour: Aeroknind fly around using the pixie-like wings, rewarding children with small toys. Its many eyes allow it to keep track of multiple things at once. Sorry the art on this one especially was really bad.

Description: Great quiver dance sweeper, since disguise allows it to get off a free quiver dance. It has a really bad typing though, and is almost required to run heavy duty boots to avoid dying of stealth rocks. Although, defog, stealth rocks and sticky web are all good moves for it to use considering its speed.
