No one has even TRIED to get the item list of HGSS yet, so we can not be sure about it. Besides, I recall Oak said in Platinum there was a white rock in Kanto just like that one in route 229 (iirc). No one has found it yet!
And lol Lugiatina, I've found the Mewtwo music to be REALLY good. It's a big step-up from its FRLG version.

And Serebii said there's something in this game regarding Eggs you get in Violet City and passwords. He doesn't know much yet, but... Well. Maybe it has to do with the Slowpokes?

Letting everyone here know that I have the Japanese events for Jirachi, Arceus, as well the the Pikachu colored Pichu. If you would like one please send me and PM and i'll let you know when I have yours available. Pichu allows you to unlock the notched-ear Pichu event, Arceus allows you to get the lv. 1 Sinnoh Uber if your choice, and Jirachi allows you to unlock a secret place, of which I am currently unaware of.

Latias and Kyogre are HG-only, Latios and Groudon are SS-only. From what I've seen, Ledyba, Weedle, Murkrow and Vulpix are SS-only, and Spinarak, Caterpie, Misdreavus and Growlithe are HG-only.
And I hope yaminokame from Pokébeach discovers what's up with that Edge of Night Sky course on Pokéwalker... I really hope it's related to Deoxys.

As someone on Serebii said - he looks like he's a ballroom dancer. i actually don't mind the new Mewtwo sprite, it's much more dynamic than its D/P/Pt sprite.
Last I checked, Phanpy only appears in the morning in Route 46 (and it's hard to find). Not sure about Teddiursa.

Which means I won't be able to get a nidoking before Elite 4... scrap that plan. I need a pokemon that can learn thunderbolt, surf (I'm considering lanturn) and a mix of other good attacks.
Lapras can learn Surf, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, and other moves.

Which alternate forms can be shown when a Pokemon is following you? Ex. Castform in Rain; Giratina holding the Griseous Orb.
yeah, I agree.
It would be really awesome (and would make people want to buy the game more) if Castform changed depending on the weather that is current. Than again it would cause some technical difficulties. I think origin Giratina would be shown because of the held item.
Theorymon said when you activate the glitch while there's Sandstorm, the sandstorm is cleared off and it begins a non-damaging (infinite?) rain. More testing is needed, though.
What's the weather glitch?
