I can't speak Spanish, does this screenshot give us any new info?

Wasn't that posted the other day?

The only notable thing is that [and note i'm getting this second hand] it says Pancham evolves with a dark type in the party lead (I think?) and Inkay evolves by holding the 3ds upside down.

I don't think that was officially revealed until now so there's that

@Spenstar come back to asb you knobgobbler

Anyways I'm getting excited, hoping to go into my Y semi-blind, only know I'm probably starting with Fennekin and I'll see what else comes from there!

From the way these have been presented, it seems like Megas will go ahead and evolve and remain that way until the end of the match. It says they revert back at the end of the battle so I feel like that's evidence enough that they stay in Mega Form from the point you activate the stone until the very end, including switching.

That's what I'm assuming, and I think would work best. By having it that way, they can also limit you from one Mega per battle (I'm not sure if that was already confirmed or not). I suppose they could also have it where attempting to Mega evolve another Pokemon will just de-evolve the previous Mega.

someone on serebii claims that the 18 bubble, the one about mega evolutions, says that if a Pokemon misses [on the turn it mega evolves?] it reverts back the next turn?

could someone confirm that if possible?

e: Ah, seems not then

@R_N it doesn't say that

Oh and it does say Inkay evolves by holding the 3ds down and that Pancham evolves when you have another Dark-type on your team (doesn't need to be the lead R_N)

My Spanish is a little rusty but I think it says "...you will be able to choose whether to megaevolve, without losing the option to attack this turn. At the end the pokemon reverts back to its original form."

So pretty much what we know.

The scans mentions something interesting ; it says that you can megaevolve in the middle of combat, which implies it can be done after the first turn you switch in

We figured this when we saw it was a button, but also how they kept mentioning turning the tides of battle and so on

16. Until now, we only knew about Xerneas and Yveltal, the legendaries from Pokémon X and Pokémon Y respectively, but there will be many more legendaries in Kalos that we have to discover. Xerneas is the first legendary Fairy-type and Yveltal is Dark/Flying.

20. Some Pokémon can evolve temporarily to their Mega form in the middle of battle, improving their stats and acquiring new abilities or types. For this, they utilize objects called Megastones that will be unique to each Pokémon and will have to be equipped before battle. Once the battle starts, we will be able to select the option to Megaevolve before selecting an attack, without losing the option to attack that turn. At the end, the Pokémon will return to their regular forms.

I did a quick translation using my ~super amazing Spanish skills~ if anyone is interested in what the text actually says in full.

My reaction to the image:
Finally, a practical use for the Spanish I've learned!!!

16 seems to imply that Xerneas will be the only Fairy-type legendary (unless they introduce others in this generation); however, they could mean that Xerneas is the first legendary revealed to have the Fairy-type (which would suggest that there might be others).

So if Xerneas is the "first Fairy-type Legendary", I guess none of the old Legends will get a Fairy type added on this gen. I could be interpreting it incorrectly, but why say anything at all about Xerneas being the "first" if, say, Manaphy got a Fairy-type addition.

That's what I expected, so I'm glad. We've gotten plenty of new and old Fairies so far and I expect many more since Kalos seems to be chock full of them.

We can't assume anything. That could mean anything from "first revealed Fairy legendary" to "first pure Fairy legendary". Heck, Xerneas could even easily pull a Victini and be number 650 in the national Dex, and every other legendary sans Yveltal is pure Fairy as well. There are too many variables and no evidence to further look into it beyond its words. I wouldn't look too deeply into that. Not only is CoroCoro out possibly in hours, the game is 32 days away at the time I'm posting. In the words of Shelob, paaaatienceeeeeee.......

I highly doubt a Victini incident will occur. He's a cover legendary for goodness sake.
