I like the Gator's new ability who gets stronger after fainting the opponent.

I can't believe I missed the zebra's other ability. It's Motor drive. the alligator's abilities is intimidate and something called earthquake spiral(raises attack for everytime it KOs a pokemon), and the ape's ability is encourage(not revealed what is does yet on serebii).
Ooh, new attack. Wild Bolt. Maybe a new physical move(double-edge) for the elect types. Something that alot of them neeed.

Wild Bolt would be interesting. Sounds like a Signature move though. Wouldn't mind if Magnemite got it.
Oh goodness no. I hope it isn't a signature move. Luxray, Electivire, and a few others could use a stronger physical electric move.
I'm wondering how long it'll take until Rule 34 kicks in for this new batch.

I am guessing since this is more industrial based, there's going to be less grass/water types..just a guess though..

We really do need less Grass and Waters (not counting duel typed ones with less common second types) since the other types need love.
Glad to see Electric and Ground getting some new toys.
I hope Gear gets an evo. With a really good offensive ability. We already have Forretress and Bastiodon for uber-defensive pokemon.

I'm not a Dark type specialist but I'm guessing from what we know so far, the Gator is going to be a Staple pokemon for Dark type teams? expecially since it'll get Earthquake.
Maybe you can unlock cool stuff when you play ingame online. Like tougher wild Pokemon (looks forward to lvl 65 Rattata clone), better Items in stores, tougher E4, tougher Gyms... whatever.
Ape's ability is Encourage which we know nothing of yet.
Alli's ability is Intimidate and Earthquake Spiral , Intimidate is intimidate , Spiral is +1 on user's attack stat after knocking out an opponent.
I'm betting 100% that it'll work like in Borderlands, with everything getting tougher.
What's really funny is that I actually made up a theoretical new ability that raises Attack +1 after fainting a Pokemon in my head many months ago. I called it Ego Trip, but the official name will probably be a lot better. It won't be called Earthquake Spiral in English due to character space issues.
The best thing about it is that it is on a Dark-type Pokemon that will probably have Pursuit, meaning that it will actually be able to guarantee a kill much more easily than normal. Good competitive call there from Gamefreak. I hope Rampardos gets it too as its second ability.

Volt Tackle is a pikachu signature move. So it doesn't count really, haha.
Say, sprites move constantly in battle now dont they? god, its gonna look awesome to see Gear spinning during battle.
