What about Land Form Shaymin? If it gets to keep Sky Form's moves, I can see it doing well in OU while Sky Form takes the long slow trip to Ubers.

Also, they're all Ghost/Electric? That sucks. :/

Also who was expecting Lawn Mower Forme because I sure as hell wasn't.
 
Weedle getting Bug Bite will surely be an improvement for Kakuna. Somebody should update its analysis ASAP adding it to the Choice Band set!

It's kind of like XD: Gale of Darkness except it's on the DS and it involves a different evil team. That "Handsome" does sound stupid, what kind of a cover up name is Handsome?

EDIT: They actually have an analysis for Kakuna?
 
this site seems to have more skilled players than serebii but damn no one pays atention to news
-yes diamond and peal are compatible it just shows the old sprites for the alternate formes but does all damage calcs with new types stats and abilities
-new rotom formes will be obatained by using an item to be released by event on things in the game no evos
-shit man skymin been known about since like june
-new rotom formes are different types
-srsly just check serebii

Giratina's new base stats, to be honest, didn't really amuse me. It's a simple offensive-defensive switch...which isn't much of a change. Still, though, Outrage from a base 120 Attack is going to hurt, and I'm tempted to use Outrage/DClaw/Shadow Claw/EQ @ CB just because I can.
Levitate is cool, though. While Pressure does seem more valuable at first, Levitate gives this thing a Ground immunity, which might make it easier to fit into your team if you aren't planning to use Lati@s/Lugia/Rayquaza for your Quake absorption needs. I'll probably stick to CMing though because it has scored me massive sweeps in the pat, although no one knows where the metgame's headed with Nasty Plot Darkrai and more upcoming stuff.

Shaymin has subseed written all over it. Growth is a nice alternative, though. Growth and sweep. Growth/Air Slash/Seed Flare/HP Ground seems nice...just watch out for Zapdos and other stuff that may try to paralye you.

Th Rotom forms are just awesome. Assuming that they'll all be the same type, I'm hoping that the washing machine one doesn't get Ice Beam because that would make fridge Rotom useless :(

If Outrage is a tutor move, then I'm looking out for Outrage Dialga if he can learn it. Rest/Talk/Outrage/BU can hurt hings pretty badly. CBPalkia also might get Outrage to add to its movepool. I am not looking forward to Outrage Salamence >_>
 
Well I got bored fast of playing a game basically again that I can't read lol. Hope translations/movesets/etc are found out within the next couple days ?_?
 
different types serebii almost never wrong he doesn't post anything until he's completey sure
 
Spent the whole day playing. Just caught a Ghastly in the Mansion and inspected Rotom's TV a little, but now I'm taking a break.

Game's pretty polished so far- everything looks much cooler than Diamond and Pearl. I love that the Pokétch now has two buttons. :3

I noticed some Pokémon location changes, but nothing gamebreaking. Also, at Eterna's Gym, it's much easier to get to Gardenia now- and she has a Cherrim, too. I'm not sure if her Turtwig learned Reflect back in D/P, but it does now and it was a good kick in my Staravia's balls (even though it's a female Staravia!).

Anyway, having fun so far. I plan on helping all Wi-Fi battlers when I get far enough with free Move Tutors and new Level Up moves. So get in touch if you want anything. :3

The Rotoms are amazing is all I can say

Edit: If somebody can confirm the new rotoms NOT to be Electric Ghost all of them, that'd be awesome!
 
Three questions:

1) Has anyone found the locations for the new Sinnoh Pokemon?
2) What Pokemon are missing from this version? (I had a tenner on the Shinx family being taken out a la the Mareep line from Crystal)
3) Why the (gently caress) did Rowan give me a Return TM in addition to the Pokedex?

1) No idea.
2) Misdreavus, Murkrow, Glameow, Stunky. That's what we know so far. Shinx's still in.

Quick Question: Do people mind that I'm only mentioning the competitive info or what type of non-competitive info should i mention in the first post?
 
I think you should mention everything that's actually relevant in-game-wise. Like, huh, not having Glameow, the gym leaders getting new pokémon, etc etc. Obviously, competitive info should be on top, but people like to know the aesthetic additions.
