I think I'd still prefer the Rain Dance version with Draco Meteor since it can dent grounds and steels harder. Leave DDMence to outrage with its monstrous attack and firebreathing potential.

Yea I'm not sure if I would really want to lock kingdra into Outrage as the only way to take out dragons, I might replace hydro pump with dragon pulse and just let the phazers phaze me away while I leave a dent in them. In hopes of course that it does enough damage...
EDIT: or ice beam, that would be arguably better than dragon pulse, i don't suppose salamence will be carrying yache berry often though dragonite may be different

I am working on testing all the tutors on pretty much every OU pokemon first. Just working = lack of time.
There we go, fuck hydro pump and save outrage for late game :D. Anyways it'd be easy to lure a kingdra into outraging by switching in and out (and thus screwing it over).
As happy as I am to see Kingdra with a super cool Dragon move...let me point out that Palkia can now learn Outrage as well...
Absol w/ Superpower is awesome, btw. Flareon too, but it's really too bad Flareon got stat screwed in the first place (could have at LEAST gotten the third highest speed stat but NOOOOO...).
