Electro Slash, Weirdness Rift, and Ivy Attack's effects overlap with the effects their respective Terrains normally have. Mystic Bomb boosting during Misty Terrain is at least unique because Misty Terrain doesn't normally boost Fairy moves.
Solar Strike and Torrential Rain's effects also overlap with the normal effects of their respective weathers, though Sand Impact and Piercing Snowstorm have relevance as their weathers do not normally boost damage. (However, this also makes Piercing Snowstorm an almost entirely superior option to Blizzard, with the latter's only remaining relevance being having a stronger Z-Move and the possibility of stuff like No Guard or Compound Eyes.)

Pirouette Punch is cool and all, but its name could be changed to make it less limited/specific in distribution. (In general, things that don't have arms can't punch. And even then, things that have particularly small/frail arms often don't learn punching moves either.) The equivalent I have in my own personal Pet Mod idea (which I haven't ever tried submitting to get it approved, mind you) is Sparkle Spree.

Pixie Beam is a kinda overly generic name, imo? Maybe you could do something more interesting with it. Not to toot my own horn again or anything, but the equivalent move in my personal Pet Mod is Fairy Flare, and it's based on the concept of faerie fire seen in things like D&D.

Fairy Flare
Type: Fairy
Category: Special
Power: 110
Accuracy: 75%
PP: 8
In-game description: The foe is torched by neon flames. May paralyze or burn the target.
Secondary effect: 10% chance to either burn or paralyze the target.
Bypasses accuracy in Sun or Rain, accuracy is 50% in Sandstorm or Hail.
Z-Move: Twinkle Tackle (185 base power)

Edit: Also, Fire Whip's name kind of overlaps with that of an existing move: Fire Lash. And what does a whip have to do with switching the user out anyway?

The Weather and Terrain moves do kind of outclass other moves and were kind of supposed to overlap with the weather effects, but now I'm of realising the'd be broken imao. Pirouette Punch could have other name but imao we really needed Fairy Physical moves and I could think of anything better :P, Sparkle Spree is an amazing name though, probably better than mine :]. Pixie Beam is very generic, you're right, but I couldt think of a better name for this one either, but seen we already have a similar move in this Pet Mod, lets just ignore Fairy Beam for now... As of Fire Whip, idk why I though that'd be a great name for a switching move, but it was probably cuz Volt Switch's animation has like an electric whip or something similar, Fleeting Fire or Flickler are better names too imao

Thanks for the feedback though :]

Any else seeing a MASSIVE weather war coming on?

For the Harmonian Pokedex, we will need to add certain Pokémon that have corresponding flavor with our submitted Pokémon. The only I can think of right now are Murkrow and Honchkrow, which I included in Scarit's flavor
and the Pikachu line, although that was a given because of them having costumes, let's face it
also, change the OP to say that only a limited Pokedex is allowed instead of only new mons, you absolute madman

grievenge's competitive use in general is broken lmao. give it a leppa berry to hit its main move twice and then hit what little you outspeed hard. for it to fill its intended purpose of being a sure trade, every team would need to run Nyantum. assuming its head is just a giant eyeball with a hood and it is not in fact humanoid, it does look good, though.

I completely forgot about Leppa Berry...maybe Death's Call could prevent the user from eating a berry, too?

And, no. It's just a head with one eye, but having just an eyeball sounds like a more interesting idea. I'll go change the sprite and see how it looks.

Concept here is that Zorua in Harmon were forced into the desert by stronger predators, and thus they turns into ambushers that hide in sand dunes. Harmonian Zoroark trades the illusion powers for a cloak of sand, which makes them extremely hard to spot especially with the aid of sandstorms. It's also why they shifted from special attackers to physical attackers, while the sand cloak gives a decent amount of protection on the special spectrum.

This time's concept is a limpet with a french horn for a shell. Yeah, weird isn't it.
Trommpet eat all kinds of residues on freshwater riverbeds. The way they digests its food produces a lot of gas, so they releases the stored-up gas through its shell, oftenly creating large shockwaves from the sheer force. After evolving to Corllusc, they now know how to weaponize the shockwaves, and turns from scavengers to active predators.

Well then, not sure how I didn't notice a thread like this exists, but here it is.

Concept: A whole evo line of oarfish with fins that act like dragnets, trapping things that collide with it. Oftenly in combat, they would tangle preys in their fin-net, then coil around and devour their meal.

Competive Concept: Alright, this is about as low of a BST as I can take. Gah.
The idea here is to switch it into a resisted/weaker physical move, and promptly trap something that it can take on with (relative) ease. Or, if you like that, Perish Song. While it has no reliable recovery other than Wish, and mediocre bulk, Perishtrapping is devastating enough that as long as you can keep it healthy enough the oarfish can elimilate certain threats to a team. Other than that, you can also set up with Calm Mind and attempt something that resemble a sweep, I guess.
Outside of that, its stats are pretty bad as expected from a mon with 465 BST. A Specs set might be okay, but the 90 SpA...

Not sure what the TM and Tutor listing is around here so I can't quite fill in the slots yet, but here are the moves that it'd likely get from that:
Thunder
Thunderbolt
Ice Beam
Calm Mind
Draco Meteor
Hyper Voice
Uproar
Round
Echoed Voice
Entrainment
Dive
Surf
Waterfall
Psychic
Thunder Wave
U-Turn
Dazzling Gleam
Light Screen
You can honestly rasie the BST n the final form to about 499-505, just to make it better.

Nah, I'm pretty sure we're in need of some low-BST mons, which is why I made them have that level of BST.
I'll probably make some other stronger mons later.

Also, mind listing all the specific mon archetypes that are needed? Not sure if the list in the OP is updated.

I've added a new move onto the spreadsheet. Shaded Claws. It is TM 120 in this, since we seem to be leaving SuMo TMs alone and adding others to the mix.

Ahh, my bad, you said smth about SM TMs and I got me confused :P

Btw do you guys happen to have a Water Gym Slot open??
water has been taken by Zaph1337. The currently used types are:
  • Ice (Pika Xreme) (1st Gym)
  • Water (Zaph1337)
  • Psychic (Athicus)
  • Steel (YoshiBlaze) (4th Gym)
  • Fairy (Rasdanation) (7th Gym)
  • Ghost (Ludicrousity) (8th Gym)
  • Normal (Also Ludicrousity) (Also 8th Gym)
  • Bug (Flameuser64) (3rd Gym)
  • Flying (Dilasc) (Elite 4 member)
So feel free to take anything that isn't currently in use. I can add it to the spread sheet :)

Edit: Rebirth of an old weather or two
  • Lowers Accuracy of all Pokémon battling to 60%
  • Electric Types moves have their power halved (Taken from Pkmn Mystery Dungeon)
  • Doubles the power of Weather Ball (but does not change its type).
  • Causes Solar Beam and Solar Blade to have its power halved.
  • Causes Moonlight, Morning Sun and Synthesis to only recover ¼ of max HP.
Summoning Move: Foggy Skies
Summoning Ability: Cloud Expansion

And:
  • At the end of each turn, damages each Pokémon for 1/8th of its maximum HP, unless it is a Ghost Type
  • Changes Weather Ball to a Ghost-Type move and doubles its power.
  • Changes Castform into a Ghost Type
  • Ghost Type Pokemon have damage taken reduced by 1/4 (Just fits with the Aura feel)
Summoning Move: Shadow Sky
Summoning Ability: Phantom Aura

Edit 2: Added 2 new rows to the Gym Leaders page. Now they have the Battle Format (Singles, Doubles, Triples) and Badge Name. both of mine have been filled in :)

wait.. are there nine gyms already?? Well, if you guys really want to make a region with more than eight gyms I'm more thank OK with it, seen Water and Ice are already taken then I'd like to have a Dragon Gym then :]

Edit: Grammar errors :P
7 gyms, 1 elite 4. either way, I'll add you down as dragon type gym leader. any specific spot you want to be? (Choices are: 2nd, 5th, 6th; others are taken) you don't have to say, I just like checking in case people do. It can't harm you to be helpful, can it?
