Im really sorry man :P I completely skipped it, if you want to I can remove Toxic Surge from Mollisk and leave it only with Rocky Terrain though, but Im not sure if its needed, anyways, thats up to you :]
You could give it an ability that makes it more powerful in toxic terrain, like Sludge Surfer or whatever you want.
Or you could remove it.
Or you could leave it so we can have multiple setters.
It's up to you :]

Ill leave it as it is then :] so we can have one setter focused on phycal attacks and one focused on special ones, also Stunfisk has more special bulk and Mollisk can take physical hits better

A little question here, will this ever be playable? I feel like it will be very cool to playtest this meta that we're creating. Obviously we won't be creating a Showdown Ladder or anything, but having this be playable somehow would really be amazing!!

EDIT: I realised that we don't have any Toxic/Rocky Surgers yet, so I felt like it was a very important niche to be fulfilled and thats why Im doing this mon:

Mollith
(Mollusc + Monolith)
Rock/Poison
1A
- Rocky Surge
2A - Toxic Surge
HA - Corrosion
HP - 51
Atk - 21
Def - 81
SpA - 51
SpD - 51
Spe - 21
BST - 276

Mollisk
(Mollusc + Obelisk)
Rock/Poison
1A
- Rocky Surge
2A - Toxic Surge
HA - Corrosion
HP - 91
Atk - 41
Def - 141
SpA - 91
SpD - 91
Spe - 41
BST - 496

Evolution Method - Level up while in Rocky/Toxic Terrain
Design - Resembles a Mollusc, the first evo has a single smaller monolith on its back, and the second evo has various small obelisks
Notable Moves - Sludge Bomb, Power Gem, Scald, Recover, Stealth Rocks, Rapid Spin
Mollisk is a great terrain summoner as it has okay defensive stats and decent offensive presence, just like Gigalith, Pelipper and Torkoal, for example, Corrosion could be interesting, but generally, you're better off running the Terrain that helps your team the most, access to Stealth Rocks and Rapid Spin also makes this Pokémon able to boast valuable hazard control
Actually, I was planning on making this a Smogon Metagame, With a ladder.

I thought we were actually making a fan game with this... are we doing both? Or are we just doing the Metagame?
It was my suggestion to get up a fan game, and I'm still thinking about doing it. Still waiting for Vegalius to reply to my skype though :/

Just going to point out that Dracomill's stat distribution is extremely similar to Volcanion's. It has 10 less Sp. Def and 10 more speed, that's the only difference. Just something I noticed.

Anyway, I like Poison types and I like terrains, so I'm making another Toxic Terrain abuser.

Looks very cool but how does Life Drain work?

Lol. Also, what software will you thinking of using for this? I could try helping if I start learning about it now :P
I don't even know myself. I might ask Zero what insurgence is programmed on, or see what Vega thinks. This will most likely be my first fully programmed game/software though, so I may not do the best :(

Drowkala
[Drowse + Coma + Koala]
Evolution Method - Use the HDNAA on a lvl 54+ Komala
Normal-type
1A
- Comatose
HP - 85
Atk - 125
Def - 85
SpA - 75
SpD - 115
Spe - 55
BST - 540

Design - Very similar to Komala, but fatter, bulkier and stronger :]
Notable Moves - Rapid Spin, Wish, Slack Off, Protect, Return, U-Turn, Belly Drum, Hammer Arm, Knock Off, Play Rough, Earthquake, Wood Hammer
Competitve Analysis - Base 125 Attack backed up by 85/85/115 bulk can make Drowkala work as either a fearsome Wallbreaker or a very sturdy wall. Access to Wish, U-Turn, Rapid Spin can ensure its supportive capabilities, while Knock Off and Hammer Arm provide it precious coverage

Harmonian Fletchinder
Ice/Flying-type
1A
- Magic Guard
HA - Gale Wings
HP - 62
Atk - 46
Def - 50
SpA - 93

Spe - 74
BST - 382

Harmonian Talonflame

HA - Gale Wings
HP - 78
Atk - 54
Def - 61
SpA - 121

Design - Similar to their Kalos counterparts, however, they're White colored and have snow falling from under their wings
Notable Moves - Ice Beam/Blizzard, Hurricane, Thunderbolt/Thunder, Hydro Pump, Roost, U-turn, Defog
Competitve Analysis - 121 SpA is very threatening, 106 Speed is also nothing to laugh at, also, you may choose between SR immunity or situational priority on your flying moves.

Hitmonfoul
Fighting/Dark-type
Evolution Method
- Use the HDNAA on a lvl 20+ Tyrogue
1A - Pressure
HA - Foul Fight - Every attack from the user has a 30% chance to remove target's item
HP - 75
Atk - 130
Def - 67
SpA - 60
SpD - 110
Spe - 103
BST - 545

Design - Hitmonfoul looks similar to its Hitmon brothers, however, it looks more decieving and doesnt play by the rules, Hitmonfoul is a very cruel and dishonest Pokémon
Notable Moves - High Jump Kick, Knock Off, U-Turn, Mach Punch, Stone Edge, Rapid Spin
Competitve Analysis - Hitmonfoul very powerful with base 130 Attak, 103 Speed is also nice as it outspeeds base 100s, also, Hitmonfoul can take some special hits as well

Harmonian Growlithe
Water-type
1A
- Intimidate
2A - Water Absorb
HA - Justified
HP - 55
Atk - 70
Def - 50

Spe - 104
BST - 555

Design - Similar to their Kanto counterparts, but have Water on their body and are Blue
Notable Moves - Scald, Liquidation, Crunch, Knock Off, Moonlight, Ice Fang
Competitve Analysis - Arcanine-H can perform multiple roles with its all-rounded stats, Intimidate allows it to be a physical wall and base 110 Attack hits quite hard too

The only one I reallly know of is RPG maker, which I've looked into a while ago. I can't remember what website it is, but it has all of the code for the Pokémon in there(I'm not sure how current it is, so it may not every generation of Pokémon)

I won't be buying RPG Maker any time soon. I need to make £200 before I even get a decent computer ;-;

Now I'm confused.
I wasn't gonna save up for RPG maker until I got my new computer. I then found out what Pokemon insurgence was programmed on, and I'm going to use that
They are both different RPG makers by the way, so that's probably the source of your confusion

*: Immune to Dark type moves
**: Every attack has a 20% chance to gain +1 priority

I know... Triple post, but the Hitmonfoul is WAY too min-maxed. like, jesus, there's a bigger gap in the attacks that there are in wishiwashi's form changes (Exaggeration if you couldn't tell)

Also, I feel like Drowkala would do better as a regular evolution to Komala, rather than DNA
