Smarties in c is firmly horrible, ring pops could get a promotion, twizzlers need promotion too, Reese’s and candy corn could use a demotion, mnm Reese’s in s is tragic, KitKat might need a raise. Other then that the tier list is decent
If you like Smarties, something is actually wrong with you and you need to be locked up in the name of public safety.
This specific kind of Twizzlers deserve S, but the other kinds are good where they are
