Hello everyone! This is my sprite gallery! I just begin recoloring and creating avatars with pokemons from showdown gallery. I will read you comments for improve my level. I use imgur to post my avatars and gimp to do them. I'm gonna add some recolored avatars and new avatars asap. Enjoy them!
i didn't cut out avatars with a black background but they have a good style tbh

Would suggest using Piskel to do pixel art, I find it much easier than gimp. Also, I like the Gen 1 Pikachu + Charizard + Red sprite :)

After a break because of homework,... I'm back with some new stuff!

I was influenced by all my meets with some pepole and their ideas, their avatars and with Brumirage, she encouraged me with her sprites, i "customed" them and i'm glad to use her avatars. These avatars are my favourites too because its a different style than the elders.
I recolored them with the color balance and the temerature with the new update of Gimp®. Enjoy them!

Pixel art has recently piqued my interest.
I'm glad to see that you've improved so much already.
Don't worry about not being able to do hand-made sprites just yet.
Feel free to take one step at a time, just the way you implement one pixel at a time.

I always thought that the mosaic nature of art is interesting.
It sort of reminds me how detectives and historians have to piece together evidence to get to the bigger picture that is truth.
Mosaic art was very popular in Ancient Rome, moreso than drawings or paintings.
Is pixel art the modern-day equivalent of the old mosaic art?
What do you think? I'd be curious to read your thoughts and opinions.
