Hi, and welcome to my first warstory. I've been on this forum for a reasonably long time, but I've never gotten practical experience with competitive Pokemon until recently. I found this match very entertaining, and I hope you'll at least not find it horrible.

Ungulateman sent out Puff! (Dragonite)
Chicobo sent out Adam! (Metagross)
Dragonite is my favourite OU lead by a long shot. Part of this is because I helped create the set that I now use on #stark, and also because it's really damn effective. I use EQ, seeing as Metagross often runs Occa Berry to weaken Fire-type moves.
Start of turn 1
The foe's Metagross used Stealth Rock!
Pointed stones float in the air around Ungulateman's team!
Dragonite used Earthquake!
It's super effective!
The foe's Adam lost 64% of its health!
(Dragonite lost 10% of its health.)
Dragonite 90% - 36% Metagross
As expected, he sets up SR while I deliver a hefty blow with EQ. I EQ again, expecting him to try and Explode or possibly Bullet Punch me.
Start of turn 2
Chicobo called Metagross back!
Chicobo sent out Linden! (Flygon)
Dragonite used Earthquake!
It had no effect!
Dragonite 90% - 100% Flygon
Instead, he gets to switch in his Flygon with no trouble here. I don't have much that can take Flygon's Outrage, so I go to my Rotom in case he U-Turns.
Start of turn 3
Ungulateman called Dragonite back!
Ungulateman sent out Washing Up! (Rotom-W)
Pointed stones dug into Rotom-W!
The foe's Flygon used U-turn!
It's not very effective...
Washing Up lost 32 HP! (11% of its health)
Chicobo called Flygon back!
Chicobo sent out Anthos! (Venusaur)
Rotom-W restored a little HP using its Leftovers!
Rotom-W 83% - 100% Venusaur
As expected, he U-Turns and I end up facing an oddity in an OU match - Venusaur. I decide to burn it with Will-O-Wisp, and let Rotom take the sleep before going to Celebi.
Start of turn 4
Rotom-W used Will-O-Wisp!
The foe's Venusaur was burned!
The foe's Venusaur used Sleep Powder!
Rotom-W fell asleep!
Rotom-W restored a little HP using its Leftovers!
The foe's Venusaur is hurt by its burn!
Rotom-W 89% (SLP) - 88% (BRN) Venusaur
All goes to plan. He will slowly lose health, and I can recover from my status with my Celebi's Heal Bell.

Celebi used Stealth Rock!
Pointed stones float in the air around Chicobo's team!
The foe's Venusaur used Sludge Bomb!
It's super effective!

Celebi is hurt by poison!
The foe's Venusaur restored a little HP using its Leftovers!
The foe's Venusaur is hurt by its burn!
Celebi 37% - 76% (BRN) Venusaur
Oh no! My opponent's Venusaur has Sludge Bomb! Seeing as OU is crowded with Steels, I was surprised by this, but I suppose that's his decision. Since I'm poisoned, though, I won't be able to take another Sludge Bomb anyway. I decide to Heal Bell in the off chance he rolls low on damage, and to help out Rotom. In hindsight, it may have been a better option to stall it out with Recover, but I didn't want my Rotom to stay asleep, and it might have critted me eventually anyway.
Start of turn 7

Alright, Lanturn isn't heavy, and I really should have just used Close Combat. I made a bad move here, and I accept that. Time to send in Rotom to threaten it with a burn.
Ungulateman sent out Washing Up! (Rotom-W)
Pointed stones dug into Rotom-W!

Dragonite takes Metagross' Bullet Punch like a champ, and KOs back with Earthquake! He does die from the Life Orb recoil, but that can't be helped - I need a Life Orb for the 2HKO on lead Swampert.
Ungulateman sent out Leviathan! (Gyarados)

Chicobo sent out Kasumi! (Sceptile)
Pointed stones dug into the foe's Sceptile!

I send out Gyarados to Intimidate my opponent's switch in, and he sends out his Sceptile. I didn't have Dragonite to save me from Specs Leaf Storm this time, so I went to Flygon, expecting him to take the hit.

Leaf Storm missed, which I must admit turned this battle around. The critical hit on Stone Edge? Probably not as needed, seeing as Sceptile is rather fragile.

Did I say it turned the battle around? I lied. Instead, it gave me a turn's respite, and Chicobo's Lucario won the match for him!
Chicobo won the battle!
Chicobo's team:
Props:
- Chicobo, for using an interesting team and being a good sport (I omitted our comments, but suffice it to say we were very conversational).
- Dragonite, for taking Leaf Storm like a champ, KOing Flygon on the switch in and then killing Metagross after taking a Bullet Punch!
- Celebi, who got Rocks up and kept Rotom awake. If it wasn't for Sludge Bomb poisoning you, I bet you would have achieved a lot more in this battle.
- Chicobo's Lanturn - laughing at Infernape, KOing him and then crippling Rotom again? Good job, you deep-sea beast.
Slops:
- Leaf Storm missing - hax that simply prolonged the battle and didn't affect the outcome.
- Me, for thinking Flygon can take a Specs Leaf Storm from Sceptile. He might have beaten Lucario if he hadn't been sacrificed like that.
- Sludge Bomb poisoning Celebi - hax that did affect the outcome, and badly. With Celebi in the game, I could have laughed at Sceptile's Leaf Storm and Flygon could have been there for me.
I hope you enjoyed reading - sorry for the lackluster comments, this wasn't a prediction-heavy match.

0-1
