Quick! take it and go! DON'T LOOK AT ME! GO!

Ninjask (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 176 HP/252 Atk/80 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Baton Pass
- X-Scissor
- Swords Dance
- Substitute

A usual starter for a Baton Pass team. Able to quickly hand out a nice speed and, on occasion, and attack boost to those who need it. A nice anti-Alakazam lead if need be as well.
---
134vaporeon.png
Vaporeon (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 188 HP/252 Def/68 SAtk
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Surf
- Substitute
- Wish
- Baton Pass

My Sub passer. With a massive HP stat, Vaporeon is able to consistently hand out Subs made up of over 100 HP allowing NVE hits to slide right off and Seismic Tosses to shatter uselessly against them. Wish-passing is tasty too.
---
212scizor.png
Scizor (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Technician
EVs: 184 HP/176 Def/148 Spd
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Swords Dance
- Baton Pass
- X-Scissor
- Double Hit

The Strength passer. If I can get some attack into him, Scizor is easily able to smack some people around. He can also pass off his own swords dances to other guys. Double Hit is there for anti-subbing while X-scissor is tasty STAB.
---
308medicham.png
Medicham (M) @ Expert Belt
Ability: Pure Power
EVs: 6 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Thunderpunch
- Bullet Punch
- Ice Punch
- Brick Break

If all goes completely well, I pass it off to Medicham. With Pure Power and max attack possible, Medicham is able to wipe whole teams given the set-up. With the two punches and Brick Break he can usual land a super effective hit on every type, hence the Expert Belt. The Bullet Punch is for finishing guys when he can't get a boost from others. A powerhouse of destruction.

472gliscor.png
Gliscor (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Hyper Cutter
EVs: 252 HP/6 Atk/252 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Taunt
- Rock Polish
- Earthquake
- Baton Pass

My pass to shrug off electric attacks, Gliscor is able to scare off a Jolteon single-handedly. Even more so, he gets a nice speed boost off of them. Unfortunately, they usually run HP Ice, a problem I have yet to come up with a solution for...
---
395empoleon.png
Empoleon (M) @ Petaya Berry
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 28 HP/12 Def/216 Spd/252 SAtk
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Surf
- Substitute
- Agility
- Grass Knot

Last, but not least, my Special Sweeper. Empoleon is able to Sub itself into the neither regions and then smack the opponent with a MASSIVE Surf attack. After a Petaya Berry and torrent, this thing will smash most enemies.

What is your answer to the many many pokemon with roar and whirlwind.
Just for instance Skarmory, Snorlax, Eeveeluitons, Arcanine and the likes? It appears that around half the team is used to set up other pokes? Might i suggest an Ingrain-er. Like Smeargle maybe, he can learn ingrain and Baton Pass.

How does gliscor stop jolteon in its tracks? Aren't jolteons common to have HP ice? Which is a direct OHKO on gliscor? And a lesser common HP grass? Granted its nuetral, with just a bit of gliscor's hp gone its easily KO'd.

Well, by the time it gets toi Gliscor he normally has enough Speed to OHKO said Jolteon.

And, I know the team isn't perfect. I do get hit by Roar and whirlwind users, just not too often because I'm usually able to kill them off. So a Smeargle with Ingrain would be absolutely awesome, actually. Any ideas for who to take out?

Seriously, do you guys hate me? This is my 4th RMT that I've posted and I've NEVER gotten any sturdy advice out of anyone.

Consider using psycho cut over fire punch on medicham to deal with weezing and hi jump kick over BB for some more power. also ur team has a bit of a weavile weakness, seeing that it could ice shard ninjask and outspeed most of ur team and hit for quite a bit. i suggest putting something faster(or choice scarf) than it with BB or any other fighting move. Do not put aerodactyl to counter weavile. also do not put grass knot and surf together on empoleon. put either hydro pump and grass knot together, or surf and ice beam.

Otherwise, a solid team.

...Remember it's a baton pass team. Brick Break is enough when all those attack boosts are passed. Fire Punch is there for better coverage, and it's not like Weezing will wall Medicham after all those boosts. It really doesn't matter what two offensive moves Empoleon uses. Surf and Grass Knot could work, and so could Surf and Ice Beam, etc. It's preference really, depends on what you want to take out.

lol, I like how Aerodactyl just wandered into your post out of nowhere :)
I supposed Weavile could be a problem, but I doubt it'll get past Scizor.

After a bit more testing I've found that lead Yanmegas are a bit of a problem. I'm unable to set up anyone who can outspeed him so my Ninjask's boosts do nothing to keep them from being hypnotized.

Think someone could use a Lum Berry?

I don't think you need two sweepers. Definitely remove Empoleon. Seems like extra, and Medicham is probably the best recipient of Baton Pass teams.

I suggest putting Smeargle somewhere so it can use Spore and Ingrain early on, to prevent you from getting phazed.

I hope this is "sturdy" advice.

Actually, yes it is Zephiel.

However, the use of Empoleon is that he is a special sweeper instead of a physical one. I can choose which one helps more at the time.

But, of course, with enough power BP'd to Medicham he can probably take out anything with his immense power.

And, as always, Smeargle is a decent idea. I DO need Ingrain Support.

Medicham does so much damage with Pure Power and Baton Pass that I think you really don't need to choose. Meanwhile, Empoleon doesn't have that option.

But, of course, with enough power BP'd to Medicham he can probably take out anything with his immense power.

Exactly my point.

I definitely think you should try out Smeargle over Empoleon before deciding.

In that case...I edited the post to have pictures including a special one at the top which i made using sprites.

Anyways, I replaced Fire Punch with Bullet Punch on Medicham. Thunderice works a bit like Boltbeaming and the Bullet works well for quick-hits when I have the power but lack speed.

Enjoy getting Roared, Hazed, and/or Whirlwinded.
Why thank you, sir. Your advice has given me great insight! I can't wait to try out *insert tactic you didn't say here* out! It sounds like it will really step my team up a notch!

Great job being a complete douchebag, sir.

If you're not going to help someone out, then get the fuck out.

Bump for good measure.

(A note: I'm only a jackass to people who point out things already mentioned repeatedly. If someone points out a blaring weakness but says they are unsure of a solution, that is fine. I just don't like jackasses who come in and go "lullz, enjoy being _____ by ______" when it was obviously something I hadn't thought of. GIVE ME SOME ADVICE ON HOW TO FIX IT, THEN!)

I agree with it, but Medicham is kinda frail, so any hard hit or hax can ruin all his effort and I think that's the reason why his worried about having only one sweeper on team. But I agree that Smeargle is a MUST in any Baton Passing team, because only Smeargle leans Ingrain+Baton Pass if I'm not mistaken. My proposition is Azumarill - another Pure Power user and more bulky one, so it would help make your switch more safe. If Azu will get at least one Swords Dance boost, it's a solid sweeper. If ur annoyed of Yanmega leads, you can give Azumarill Lum Berry and Aqua Jet. I think that Azumarill with STAB Aqua Jet will probabably KO Yanmega and not many people will expect Aqua Jet with Ninjask Speed Boost. You can also think about Feraligatr, which has better coverage with his attacks and his bulkiness is similar to Azumarill one. And is faster. But only think about it, when ur gonna switch Empoleon on Smeargle. Rest of your team looks fine. I hope I helped a bit. Cheers.

Vaporeon passes a Substitute so that's not an issue. With Rock Polish and Swords Dance, Medicham will kill everything anyway.

He's ignoring our suggestions completely now.

No, I'm not ignoring any suggestions. I just have yet to update the team. I'm sorry about that, btw.

For those of you wondering what I've done to it on Shoddy, I have:

Took out Empoleon and put in Smeargle with Ingrain and Baton Pass.

Put Bullet Punch over Fire Punch for Medicham

Put Acid Armor over Wish for Vaporeon. It works wonders.

To be honest, Gliscor has done VERY little for the team. I might look into a new guy for him.
