Sceptile, or Serperior. Rotom-C. Powerful Electric types can usually switch in safely. Otherwise just smack it with a powerful special sweeper like Porygon-Z and Yanmega.

Ferroseed also easily wins against it in a trolly way. If you're afraid of Toxic then Ferroseed is a good option.

Alomomola is very frail in the special department. Substitute also screws it over, as it can't toxicstall you any more while you set up. Also, it doesn't like Toxic. Anyway, Alomomola will be better when Regeneration is released.

^(I remember freezing your Ferroseed for 5 turns with my Sharpedo LOL)
I use this set to check Alomomola.

Intensive Gaston Unit @ Leftovers
Trait: Storm Drain
EVs: 164 HP / 132 Def / 212 Spd
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Substitute
- Recover
- Scald
- filler

This set, at the very least, can force it out. 212 Speed EVS lets Gastrodon hit 167 Speed, allowing it to outspeed minimum speed Alomomola. 164 in HP to make 101 subs, and the rest goes into Defense, Do whatever for the last slot, HP Grass/Electric, Toxic, etc.

Bit late, but Galvantula just rapes Alomomola. Timid max sp. atk Galvantula's Life Orb Thunder has a 20% chance of OHKO'ing max HP/ max Sp. Def Calm Alomomola, while it always OHKO's max HP/ 4 Sp. Def Calm Alomomola. Plus it has STAB Bug Buzz to get rid of Claydol, a common partner. Also, as said, Download Porygon-Z. With a Sp. Atk boost, it will OHKO physically defensive variants and maim specially defensive variants.

@Hitmanattsu: Not saying that set is bad (I played it and i got so freaking confused), but any Gastrodon with Storm Drain and Toxic beats Alomomola.

If Gastrodon just carried Toxic, then it would have to predict the switch-in to Alomomola, and there are many problems with this. As soon as Gastrodon Toxic's Alomomola, it must switch out, because it will be outsped and Toxic'd itself. This is inviting more entry hazard damage, and can even allow some layers of Toxic Spikes to get up.

Gastrodon with Storm Drain and Toxic is a check to Alomomola at least, while my EV spread is a hard counter to it. It acts like a lure; Alomomola will come into Gastrodon, thinking it can outspeed and Toxic it. However, it doesn't happen, as Substitute blocks it, and Alomomola is Toxic'd in the process of passing a Wish. Not to mention that it can take on Alomomola 1 on 1 and win. Not only can it counter Alomomola, but it's still as good of a physical wall at ever, tanking hits from Entei and Hitmonlee with impunity.

Well, I'm being called a noob because everyone is saying "RU doesn't exist, but everyone is playing Limbo and NU now" and I'm utterly confused.

Sorry for the trouble.

The top speedy threats and their Base Speed are:

Ninjask - 160
Electrode - 140
Swellow - 125
Alakazam - 120
Cincinno - 115
Scolipede - 112
Tauros - 110
Durant - 109
Galvantula -108
Scyther - 105
Entei - 100
Yanmega - 95
Moltres - 90
Cresselia - 85
Gallade - 80
Honchkrow - 71

This is off the top of my head so there may be mistakes and a lot of unmentioned Pokemon in there but they're the first things that pop into my head when thinking about threats.

Almost! I think it's notable that Entei is base 100, too.

Why is Typhlosion so underused? It's base 100 speed. o.o and Specs Eruption hurts, as there's only a few that outspeed it in the tier without scarfing.

Thanks for the corrections Tenodera! I thought I had forgotten something that was Base 100. There aren't many of them in this tier surprisingly. I always seem to think Honchkrow is faster than it really is...

As a Flash Fire user, Entei has more bulk, Extremespeed, and better coverage moves for the metagame in Stone Edge and Iron Head. Eruption also isn't amazing, it barely outdamages Entei's Flare Blitz even at full health.
