hi i've never really battled online before and before i do i'd like to get you guy's opinions on my team, pls and thanks.

(LEAD/scout)
Zoroark-life orb

252 sp att/ 252 Spe/ 4 hp
-Night Daze
-Nasty plot
-Sucker punch
-Focus blast

I have umbreon last for the illusion Ability, and hope that they switch out for me to use nasty plot, and get a few kills before i sent out my true lead.

my Physical sweep, put him in when i see an opportunity hopefully after my mean look/baton pass Umbreon

after my zoroark faints if have the opportunity to, ill drag him in, use mean look quick, fallowed by yawn, taunt only if the opponent is a status hazard.
then put in my physical/special sweeper, can probably work well if exacted well. everything pretty much relies on how well he performs.

i don't know how he'll play out but I'm planning to put him in if my umbreon doesn't work out too well, to deal some damage for switches, and I'm thinking of EXPLOSION instead of THUNDER WAVE.

Pretty basic, really helpful to my dragonite, because of focus sash,Speed boost,and Sword dance combo,
Basically i'll start with protect whether he attempts to att or not doesnt really matter too much, because ill follow with Sword dance and if they att i have focus sash for protection to use the baton pass :D, And bring in my dragonite.



My problem with the team is that i relay on 2 pokemon to inflict damage while i start off the match by wasting a decent one. also i highly need one of my Bp's
to Be able to pass on there stats for this team to really work well..

Please Rate and leave feedbacks whether good or bad,
i'll appreciate it even better knowing what i need to improve

Some of your descriptions need to be expanded, try to provide at least 3-4 sentences for each Pokemon.

My man, I would highly recommend you to get a pokemon who knows RAPID SPIN, as both these pokemon get 50% wrecked when switched in to STEALTH ROCKS , which are really common in the OU Tier.
Donphan, Hitmontop, Tentacruel are a few good spinners.
 
Haunter when i have time i'll do that,

Basically I'll start with Protect whether he attempts to attack or not; doesn't really matter too much, because I'll follow with Swords Dance, and if they attack, I have Focus Sash for protection to use the Baton Pass. :D Then bring in my Dragonite.

I went through and fixed whatever I could. Mostly grammar though. :/
 
Maybe instead of Umbreon you should consider Jellicent. Ferrothorn and Jellicent are great partners because they cover each others weaknesses and Jellicent can help keep your Spikes and Stealth Rocks up too. Also, Ferrothorn helps cover the weaknesses of Ghost - Types and Electric - Types that Jellicent are weak too.

Also, Maybe instead of Ninjask I could suggest a Mienshao. Mienshao would be a great attacking pokemon that pairs well with Zoroak because you can disguise it to look like Mienshao and lure in Ghost - Types and take them out, then your free to wreak havoc on other pokemon without the fear of crashing because of the ghosts.

Try them out and see how they work out.
 
I prefer Lum Berry over Life Orb on Dnite for a somehow free boost. No status, and you can laugh off any damage because of multiscale(not unless you are talking about a Modest/Timid Choice Specs Glaceon's Blizzard or Mold Breaker Haxorus).
 
your rmt still lacks the effort in some key areas and needs improving today or this thread will be closed.
 
You shouldn't illusion a dark pokemon since they pretty much get countered by the same thing. A fighting resist is what you really aim to illusion so try volcarona/ninjask or even dragonite
