Swampert (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 240 HP / 228 Def / 40 SAtk
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Earthquake
- Ice Beam
- Stealth Rock
- Surf

Scares away most leads like Hippowdon/Infernape/etc so it can get a Stealth Rock in. Plus it's pretty sturdy and helps to stop annoying shit like Tyranitar, Heatran, etc
.

Empoleon (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 252 HP / 98 Def / 28 SAtk / 128 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Knock Off
- Surf
- Toxic

Stops Specsmence and is generally annoying with Knock Off/Toxic to other Bulky Waters.

Celebi @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 184 Def / 56 Spd / 16 SAtk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Grass Knot
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Recover
- Thunder Wave

This thing saves my ass so many times. Gets rid of Gyarados and randomly T-waves things that like to switch in on it (Heatran, T-tar, Mence, etc)

Heatran (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 16 HP / 240 Spd / 252 SAtk
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Earth Power
- Fire Blast
- Hidden Power [Electric]
- Substitute

I usually sub up on the switch and wait for something to come in before smacking it with 393 sp atk. Destroys Gyarados.

Zapdos @ Life Orb
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 188 HP / 128 SAtk / 192 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Heat Wave
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Roost
- Thunderbolt

Helps to tank some special hits and hits hard back w/ Life Orb. Roost helps survivability.

Scizor (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Technician
EVs: 204 HP / 252 Atk / 52 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Bullet Punch
- Pursuit
- Superpower
- U-turn

I see why this thing is a staple in the metagame now. Hits very hard and offers very good coverage to many threats on the list.

Threats:

Azelf: Depends on the moveset. Usually I just use prediction to get Scizor in and then Bullet Punch/Pursuit it

Breloom: Celebi

Celebi: Scizor or Heatran usually scare it away.

Dugtrio: Haven't really seen it around. Dugtrio is a (BAN ME PLEASE) anyway

Electivire: Swampert or Celebi usually stops it.

Empoleon: Agility Empoleon actually really bones me if it's set up right.

Flygon: Celebi does pretty well against it. If it's Outraging then I send in Empoleon.

Gengar: I usually switch Scizor into a Shadow Ball and then Bullet Punch/Pursuit it for the easy KO.

Gliscor: Only really poses a threat to Scizor and Scizor usually just U-turns out of it.

Gyarados: Covered pretty thorougly by Celebi/Zapdos/Heatran

Heatran: Swampert usually stops this thing... or my own Heatran.

Heracross: Haven't seen many but I feel Heatran could do well if it switched into a Megahorn.

Infernape: I usually have to revenge kill this thing because I never know what its running. If it doesn't have Grass Knot, then Swampert does well against it. If it does... then fuck.

Jirachi: Depends on the moveset I guess. Usually I just try and paralyze it and switch in Heatran or Zapdos to scare it away.

Kingdra: Empoleon can usually take it on with Toxic/Knock Off/ Ice Beam. Sub Kingdra is a bitch.

Latias: Scizor usually makes it run away. Celebi paralyzes it.

Lucario: Definitely a problem. I guess the best thing I can do against it is not let it switch in easily because once it does get in it has the potential to fuck shit up.

Machamp: Celebi does pretty well against it. Confusion hax is a bitch.

Magnezone: This thing can sometimes be a problem if its running Tbolt/HP Grass/ Signal Beam. If I'm lucky I can switch Heatran into a Hidden Power/Signal Beam and destroy it from there.

Mamoswine: Swampert or Celebi. Ice Shard doesnt even hurt that much to Celebi if its above 50% hp.

Metagross: Zapdos usually does ok. Repeated MM abuse kinda sucks though. If its CB then I just predict accordingly

Ninjask: Stealth Rock rapes it. So does Bullet Punch

Porygon-Z: This thing sucks. Usually it takes out something on this team and then I bring in Scizor for the revenge kill. If I'm lucky I paralyze it on the switch in to Celebi.

Rhyperior: Swampert/Celebi

Roserade: Scizor/Heatran

Salamence: Empoleon takes on the specs versions while Celebi can take on the physical ones.

Scizor: Heatran + Prediction

Snorlax: I usually switch Scizor in after Knocking off its item w/ Empoleon.

Starmie: Celebi/ Empoleon can take on most Starmies. Life Orb 3 attack starmie tends to be a problem though.

Suicune: This is somewhat of a problem. Usually Zapdos scares it out but if it gets a Calm Mind up by switching into Heatran, I'm usually forced to annoy it with Empoleon and then bring in Zapdos while its resting.

Togekiss: Zapdos

Tyranitar: Swampert/Heatran/Scizor depending on the moveset

Weavile: Scizor

Yanmega
: If Stealth Rock is up, I'm not too worried. If it does kill something I usually just revenge kill it with Scizor.

Zapdos: Swampert, Celebi, or my own Zapdos depending on the set

wow. read the rmt rules.

3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you are having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

dont get me wrong, but could you also place some images? it get more easy to know who is who,if is to much of a problem the forget it

I would also suggest taking at look at the RMT archive to get an idea of what great RMTs look like. By making them more appealing to the raters you have a better chance of having them actually read and rate your team.

I'm just looking for advice such as what to look out for and what to replace to make the team better...

Is there really a format to asking for help?

In the 5 seconds it took me to read this...SubPeteya Empoleon will set up on your empoleon and you lose.

I'm surprised this isn't locked yet.

Hahaha, apparently there is. Don't you hate it when people post telling you to spice up your RMT instead of helping?

I suggest scarfing that lovely Heatran and replacing Sub with Dragon Pulse.

Heatran @Choice Scarf
Nature: Timid
EV's: 252 Sp.A/ 252 Spd
Moves:
- HP Electric
- Earth Power
- Fire Blast/Flamethrower
- Dragon Pulse

You can revenge Lucario with it, among others.

I see you say you cover Mence with Celebi, but the standard Salamence does

262 Atk vs 236 Def & 404 HP (120 Base Power): 248 - 292 (61.39% - 72.28%)

with Fire Blast. You'll need to be at high health to take that hit, and if you switch in on it you won't come out on top. If you can lure Mence into Outrage, this will also allow Heatran to kill it.

My quick 2 cents worth of rating.

Just write a few more sentences for each Pokemon and you're set. You can't expect raters to get a good idea of how the team functions when you're just saying stuff as simple as 'Hits very hard and offers very good coverage to many threats on the list.'We know CBScizor hits hard and has good coverage...tell us what he does for the team, when you bring him in, why the 52 Spe EVs, which move do you use the most etc etc. The threat list is good though!

And goddamn, can you guys all stop junior modding? -_-
