Crazy how this all happened because Slowbro dropped form OU and UU banned partial trapping. Now Vic and Venusaur are about to swap tiers and all the NU waters are dropping to PU other than Poliwrath and maybe Kabutops. Also crazy to me that a mon that was once in the argument for top one in UU and undesputedly top 3 has dropped to NU and is now undesputedly top 1 and his number 2 is the fucking rat.
