If that Xerneas lacks a Pentagon (which appears in XY and ORAS so I'm a little confused by your comment "Not on ORAS, sorry :("), then it's 100% hacked. Outside of that, it looks awfully suspicious, but legal none the less.

What kind of trick? If the redeemer is using (for example) a NA 3DS and uses some kind of program to trick the game into thinking it is a Korean system so they can redeem the event, then it is not considered legit. If the redeemer is using a Korean 3DS with the game's language set to English, then it is fine.
he's using NA 3ds and uses some kind of program i think. probably it won't be considered as legit one.

As far as I can tell from the information provided, it's legal. As for tradeable, there are no obvious signs of hacking, so trade at your own risk.

I tried to trade Mew over the GTS and it wouldn't let me even though it has no ribbon (3rd gen Mew). I am not exactly 100% sure about whether Dream World Arceus can be traded or not, but I do know that the ribbon is not the only factor that goes into deciding whether a Pokemon can be traded on the GTS.

Good day! Terribly sorry for asking, but I got a Darkrai Recently, and I was wondering if it really is an event pokemon from 2015 or not. Here are the details of it below.
It is in the red event ball.
The OT is FEB2015.
Timid nature, all iv's except for physical attack.
The ID No. is 02135.
It was met at, "a lovely place".
Date met was 2/17/2015.
Level met was level 50.
Note: Apparently a fateful encounter.
Characteristic: Somewhat Vain.
It has the Classic Ribbon with it, and has a Hoenn Champion Ribbon, which I can deduce that the last person got for the Darkrai from their playthrough.

Looks legal from the info posted, but there's no way to tell if "it really is an event from 2015 or not." If you can't verify the source (i.e. if you got it from a random passerby), be skeptical of it. If it was a random trade, I'd err on the side of caution and assume it was edited.
edit: I'm assuming it has the pentagon and has a legal moveset.
