Klefki-Alola @ Mystic Water
Ability: Water Bubble
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald
- Spikes / Stealth Rock
- Dazzling Gleam / Ice Beam
- Recover

Klefki-Alola brings a Water Bubble user to OU, with its Water STAB hitting most things hard. It also gets Recover and Stealth Rock for extra utility over its Kalosian relative. Scald is its strongest Water STAB which smashes many top tier threats, as shown in some calcs below, though Klefi-Alola struggles with bulky Water resists like AV Tangrowth, Tapu Fini, and specially defensive Tapu Bulu, as well as things like Chansey.

252 SpA Water Bubble Klefki-Alola Scald vs. 20 HP / 20 SpD Tapu Koko: 218-258 (76.2 - 90.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Aegislash-Alola @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Brave Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Swords Dance
- Gyro Ball
- Liquidation
- Sacred Sword / Aqua Jet

Aegislash-Alola is a potent threat in OU because of its typing, ability, movepool, and stats allowing it to take on common OU Pokemon. From Landorus-Therian, it fears only the Intimidate, and is still able to 2HKO it with Life Orb Liquidation while taking nothing from Lando-T's moves. Anchor Shot can be used alternatively to Gyro Ball for more consistent damage. Aqua Jet provides priority that does good damage to Pokemon like Excadrill, Tapu Koko, Volcarona, and Heatran, while Sacred Sword hits things like Chansey, Katrana, Ferrothorn, and Magnezone. Aegislash-Alola has good physical bulk but exploitable special bulk, and it has no coverage for defensive Pokemon like Toxapex, Tangrowth, and Mega Venusaur.

Aegislash-Alola @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Taunt
- Anchor Shot
- Sacred Sword
- Shore Up / Swords Dance

Access to Taunt and Anchor Shot opens up a stallbreaker set that can remove annoying pink blobs and other passive Pokemon. Its Steel typing makes it immune to Toxic but it doesn't want to get burned by Mega Sableye's Will-O-Wisp or Scald from Toxapex and Tapu Fini. Swords Dance allows it to take advantage of trapped passive Pokemon while Shore Up lets it recover damage.

Pokémon: Oddish-Hoenn
New Typing:

New Abilities: Lightningrod / Motor Drive (HA)
New Stats: 50 HP / 40 Atk / 50 Def / 85 SpA / 75 SpD / 20 Spe | BST: 320 (+5 HP, -10 Atk, -5 Def, +10 SpA, +10 SpD, -10 Spe)
New Moves: Charge, Discharge, Electric Terrain, Leaf Storm, Parabolic Charge, Thunder, Thunder Wave, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch (+9)
Removed Moves: Acid, Double-Edge, Double Team, Gastro Acid, Poison Powder, Rage, Sludge Bomb, Take Down, Venoshock (-9)

Flavor/Design: Hoennian Oddish live in the tropical, rainy jungles of Route 119 and 120, where they bury themselves in the soil with just their leaves sticking out. Jungle soil is low in nutrients, however, so they have adapted to absorbing energy from lightning strikes created from the constant storms in the area. The pointed tips of their leaves function like lightning rods, and just touching one will give you a nasty shock.

Pokémon: Gloom-Hoenn
New Typing:

New Abilities: Lightningrod / Volt Absorb (HA)

Removed Moves: Acid, Double-Edge, Double Team, Drain Punch, Gastro Acid, Poison Powder, Rage, Sludge Bomb, Take Down, Venoshock (-10)

Flavor/Design: Hoennian Gloom live in the rainy jungles of Route 119 and 120. The large, heavy bulbs on their heads can generate electricity, though growing them requires so much energy that their leaves wilt. They emit a stench like rotting meat.

Pokémon: Vileplume-Hoenn

Flavor/Design: Hoennian Vileplume are found very rarely in the jungles of Hoenn, evolving from Hoennian Gloom that have been exposed to Thunder Stones. They have tall inflorescences sticking up from the flowers on their heads that function like lightning rods and can fire powerful thunderbolts when threatened. They smell strongly of rotting meat.

Flavor/Design: Hoennian Bellossom evolve from Hoennian Gloom that were exposed to Sun Stones. The dual inflorescences sprouting from their head flowers can fire off powerful electrical attacks. Removed Moves: Absorb, Mega Drain, Energy Ball, Seed Bomb, Synthesis, Grass Whistle, Leaf Storm, Razor Leaf, Bullet Seed (-9)

Flavor: Budews were imported on Route 4 by residents who wanted a way to hide the smell of tar and dirt during major reconstruction work. Unovan Budews now carries over a stinking smell.

Pokemon: Kalonese Milotic
New Typing: Poison/Dragon
New Abilities: Intimidate/Corrosion/Oblivious
New Stats: 95/95/84/100/115/51
New Moves: Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Dragon Hammer, Gunk Shot, Poison Tail, Clear Smog, Draco Meteor, Gastro Acid, Crunch, Scary Face
Removed Moves: Aqua Tail, Water Gun, Water Sport, Disarming Voice, Hydro Pump
Flavor/Design: The cocoon of the Pokemon Yveltal once slept at the bottom of a cavern lake. Most of the fish Pokemon within the lake died off, but one species was able to survive: Feebas. However, the essence of death took its toll on the small fish, and when it evolved, it was no beautiful serpent, but rather a corrupted monster. It couldn't bear the sight of itself or others like it, and so it lived in the dark waters to hide away. However, when the species was finally noticed by some cave explorers, they were quickly relocated, and the cave was barred off. Modern day descendants of these Milotic are nowhere near as terrifying as their ancesters, but they retain several traits from them, including false eyes on their tails, markings like those of Feebas, and a second mouth on their tail.

Pokemon: Hoennian Zweilous
New Typing: Electric/Dragon
New Ability: Magnet Pull
New Stats: 72/85/65/65/65/68
New Moves: Wild Charge
Removed Moves: Double Hit
Flavor/Design: Due to mysterious magnetic forces within the areas surrounding New Mauville, Deino brought to this region that evolve develop differently. While the original head of Zweilous remains mostly the same, its new head appears artificial. While it does still have organic components, it thinks in a way similar to a computer, like Beldum or Metang. The original head does maintain control over the artificial one at all times, due to being the only one that eats, but it really doesn't like it anyway.

Pokemon: Hoennian Hydreigon
New Typing: Electric/Dragon
New Ability: Steelworker
New Stats: 92/105/85/125/85/108
New Moves: Wild Charge, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Volt Switch, Magnet Rise, Iron Head, Smart Strike, Lock-On
Removed Moves: Double Hit, Brutal Swing, Throat Chop, Payback, Surf, Earthquake, Bulldoze, Fire Blast
Flavor/Design: Upon further evolution, Hydreigon's main head is an extension of the robotic side of Zweilous. Its brain is mainly localized inside the new main head, but it retains some of it within the old artificial head, in case the main one suffers damage. The part of it that is still fully organic is actually controlled by the original head, the same one that evolved from Deino, due to it not fusing with the other head. Once again, it controls the actions of the robotic side, but it still isn't very happy with how things turned out.

It has been two weeks since the submissions were opened, so I think it's about time they were closed for voting. Remember, 7 votes, and three self votes. With only four people making submissions, a list of them is probably not necessary.

Edit: Variants cannot be submitted for the new region, Galar, until the game comes out. Please do not make variants for that region until then.

Kalosian Bronzong is designed to be more offensively capable than standard Bronzong, with overall balanced stats besides its low speed. Magic Guard allows it to avoid passive damage, especially from Stealth Rock which it is otherwise weak against. Being a Ghost gives it immunities to Normal and Fighting, though running Levitate also gives it a third immunity to Ground as well. Its even offenses allow it to go physical or special, with physical options in Icicle Crash, Shadow Claw, dual STAB priorities, Gyro Ball, and Earthquake, and special options in Freeze-Dry, Ice Beam, and Shadow Ball. It also has utility in Stealth Rock, Aurora Veil, Haze, Will-O-Wisp, Destiny Bond, and Trick. However, Ghost/Ice isn't a standout offensive or defensive typing, with weaknesses to Rock, Fire, Steel, Dark, and Ghost, and it lacks reliable recovery, so it can be overwhelmed with repeated attacks.

Bronzong-Kalos @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Icicle Crash
- Shadow Claw
- Will-O-Wisp / Haze / Earthquake

Hoennian Heracross has a bit more bulk but lower speed than standard Heracross. Tinted Lens allows its Bug and Grass STABs to hit opponents more likely for neutral damage. It has access to Swords Dance to boost its high attack stat further, and Strength Sap can ruin opposing physical attackers while healing itself. Bug/Grass is an infamously horrible offensive and defensive typing however, so Heracross-Hoenn would have a lot of issues trying to switch in or set up.

Heracross-Hoenn @ Life Orb
Ability: Tinted Lens
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Megahorn
- Wood Hammer
- Knock Off / Strength Sap

Mega Hoennian Heracross gains major boosts to its bulk and power, and while it is not as powerful as standard Mega Heracross, it does get Triage, which gives +3 priority to its recovery moves. It has Horn Leech and Leech Life as dual recovery STABs and Drain Punch for coverage, and even Strength Sap gains priority as well. This allows it to bypass its low speed and hit opponents before they can move, while keeping itself healthy. However, it loses Tinted Lens, so it has to pay more attention to what moves it uses. Stone Edge provides useful coverage against Flying-types.

Heracross-Hoenn @ Hoennheracronite
Ability: Sap Sipper -> Triage
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance / Strength Sap
- Horn Leech / Leech Life
- Drain Punch
- Stone Edge

New Stats: 65 HP / 55 Atk / 65 Def / 95 SpA / 85 SpD / 30 Spe | BST: 395 (+5 HP, -10 Atk, -5 Def, +10 SpA, +10 SpD, -10 Spe)
New Moves: Charge, Discharge, Electric Terrain, Leaf Storm, Parabolic Charge, Thunder, Thunder Wave, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch, Zap Cannon (+10)

New Typing:

New Abilities: Lightningrod / Storm Drain (HA)
New Stats: 80 HP / 65 Atk / 80 Def / 125 SpA / 100 SpD / 40 Spe | BST: 490 (+5 HP, -15 Atk, -5 Def, +15 SpA, +10 SpD, -10 Spe)
New Moves: Charge, Discharge, Electric Terrain, Leaf Storm, Parabolic Charge, Thunder, Thunder Wave, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch, Zap Cannon (+10)
Removed Moves: Acid, Double-Edge, Double Team, Drain Punch, Gastro Acid, Poison Powder, Rage, Sludge Bomb, Take Down, Venoshock (-10)

Pokémon: Bellossom-Hoenn
New Typing:

New Abilities: Lightningrod / Swift Swim (HA)
New Stats: 75 HP / 65 Atk / 85 Def / 100 SpA / 90 SpD / 75 Spe | BST: 490 (-15 Atk, -10 Def, +10 SpA, -10 SpD, +25 Spe)
New Moves: Charge, Discharge, Electric Terrain, Nuzzle, Parabolic Charge, Thunder, Thunder Wave, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch, Zap Cannon (+10)
Removed Moves: Acid, Double-Edge, Double Team, Drain Punch, Gastro Acid, Poison Powder, Rage, Sludge Bomb, Take Down, Venoshock (-10)

Flavor/Design: Hoennian Bellossom evolve from Hoennian Gloom that were exposed to Sun Stones. The dual inflorescences sprouting from their head flowers can fire off powerful electrical attacks. They enjoy dancing like their Johto relatives, but instead of the sun they prefer rain. Hoennian Bellossom fire thunderbolts in all directions while spinning, something they do to impressive effect both during battle and while expressing joy.

Pokémon: Farfetch’d-Alola
New Typing:

New Abilities: Reckless / Inner Focus / Moxie (HA)
New Stats: 62 HP / 100 Atk / 55 Def / 28 SpA / 62 SpD / 70 Spe | BST: 377 (+10 HP, +10 Atk, -30 SpA, +10 Spe)
New Moves: Camouflage, Close Combat, Head Charge, High Jump Kick, Sacred Sword, Wood Hammer (+6)
Removed Moves: Air Cutter, Air Slash, Gust, Iron Tail, Skull Bash, Sky Attack (-6)

Flavor/Design: Farfetch’d in the wilds of Alola face lots of predators, like Mandibuzz and Gumshoos. The Farfetch’d hid in bushes and among Alolan Exeggutor, until one day a Farfetch’d decided to take it a step further. After cooperating to defeat an Alolan Exeggutor, the Farfetch’d began wearing the leaves and fashioning weapons from the trunk to fight off their threats. These became the Alolan Farfetch’d, who are very aggressive toward any intruders in their territory and will cooperatively hunt the Pokemon that once preyed on them.

Pokémon: Hoothoot-Sinnoh
New Typing:

New Abilities: Comatose
New Stats: 50 HP / 30 Atk / 30 Def / 46 SpA / 46 SpD / 60 Spe | BST: 262 (-10 HP, +10 SpA, -10 SpD, +10 Spe)
New Moves: Dark Pulse, Dazzling Gleam, Focus Blast, Foul Play, Memento, Moonlight, Nasty Plot, Yawn (+8)
Removed Moves: Confusion, Extrasensory, Magic Coat, Psychic, Psycho Shift, Rest, Synchronoise, Zen Headbutt (-8)

Flavor/Design: Hoothoot that migrated to Sinnoh may encounter Darkrai or Cresselia during the night. Meeting both within a short time period will bathe the Hoothoot in the energy of the new and full moons, causing it to fall into an endless sleep as Sinnoan Hoothoot. Even while asleep, they are aware of their surroundings, continuing to fly around, eat, and bathe as if they were awake. Being near one makes people and other Pokemon feel unusually sleepy.

Pokémon: Noctowl-Sinnoh
New Typing:

New Abilities: Comatose
New Stats: 85 HP / 50 Atk / 50 Def / 101 SpA / 81 SpD / 85 Spe | BST: 452 (-15 HP, +15 SpA, -15 SpD, +15 Spe)
New Moves: Dark Pulse, Dazzling Gleam, Focus Blast, Foul Play, Memento, Moonlight, Nasty Plot, Yawn (+8)
Removed Moves: Confusion, Extrasensory, Magic Coat, Psychic, Psycho Shift, Rest, Synchronoise, Zen Headbutt (-8)

Flavor/Design: Sinnoan Noctowl evolve from Sinnoan Hoothoot that stay outside bathing on the nights of the next full moon and new moon. They are fully aware of their surroundings even while sleeping, and any effort to wake them up will greatly annoy them. Staring at the moon-like spots on their bodies can cause you to fall asleep. They battle by blasting foes with a combination of darkness and moonlight.

Pokémon: Dratini-Johto
New Typing:

New Abilities: Cloud Nine / Drizzle (HA)
New Stats: 51 HP / 40 Atk / 50 Def / 64 SpA / 50 SpD / 45 Spe | BST: 300 (swapped Atk and SpA, +10 HP, +5 Def, -10 Atk, -5 Spe)
New Moves: Hurricane, Hydro Pump, Liquidation, Recover, Scald (+5)
Removed Moves: Agility, Extreme Speed, Headbutt, Mimic, Skull Bash (-5)

Flavor/Design: Johtonian Dratini migrated into Johto's southern seas from the Kanto region. A strange energy in the region caused the orbs typically found on Kantonian Dragonair to develop early on the heads and tails of Johtonian Dratini. The orb on its tail split the tip into tail flukes, which assist with swimming. These orbs allow Johtonian Dratini to manipulate the weather, creating or dispersing clouds at will.

Pokémon: Dragonair-Johto
New Typing:

New Abilities: Cloud Nine / Drizzle (HA)
New Stats: 81 HP / 60 Atk / 70 Def / 84 SpA / 70 SpD / 55 Spe | BST: 420 (swapped Atk and SpA, +20 HP, -10 Atk, +5 Def, -15 Spe)
New Moves: Earth Power, Hurricane, Hydro Pump, Liquidation, Recover, Scald (+6)
Removed Moves: Agility, Extreme Speed, Headbutt, Horn Drill, Mimic, Skull Bash (-6)

Flavor/Design: Johtonian Dragonair can rarely be found swimming among deep sea rocks, creating whirlpools to draw in their prey. The orbs on their bodies have considerably more energy than Kantonian Dragonair, and they use them to control the weather, often creating storms above the sea where they reside. Johtonian Dragonair are noticeably more suspicious and cautious around people, likely due to them being sought after for their precious orbs.

Pokémon: Dragonite-Johto
New Typing:

New Abilities: Cloud Nine / Drizzle (HA)
New Stats: 115 HP / 90 Atk / 100 Def / 134 SpA / 100 SpD / 61 Spe | BST: 600 (swapped Atk and SpA, +24 HP, -10 Atk, +5 Def, -19 Spe)
New Moves: Aura Sphere, Dark Pulse, Earth Power, Hydro Pump, Liquidation, Recover, Scald, Soak (+8)
Removed Moves: Agility, Air Cutter, Extreme Speed, Headbutt, Horn Drill, Mimic, Roost, Skull Bash (-8)

Flavor/Design: Unlike Kantonian Dragonite, who are known to rescue shipwrecked people, Johtonian Dragonite are believed to be the ones creating terrible storms in order to shipwreck people encroaching on their ocean territories. They are extremely rare to find in the wild, and it is believed that they are hunted for their orbs which is thought to have also led to their hostile disposition toward humans. Raging storms created by angry Johtonian Dragonite can last days to weeks, though the storms can also be ended suddenly should the Pokemon be calmed. It is believed that powerful Johtonian Dragonair that come into contact with Lugia may evolve into Johtonian Dragonite.

New to this forum and this thread, so please forgive me if I submit anything that has been done before.

Pokémon:Hoennian Girafarig
New Typing:

New Abilities:Insomnia/Swift Swim/Sap Sipper
New Stats: 100/110/65/45/95/40 (+30/+30/+0/-45/+30/-45)
New Moves: Surf, Scald, Waterfall, Aqua Tail, Water Gun, Water Pulse, Muddy Water, Magnitude, Earth Power, Mud Slap (+10)
Removed Moves: Confusion, Psybeam, Zen Headbut, Psychic Fangs, Psychic Terrain, Amnesia, Telekinesis, Trick Room (-10)

Flavor/Design: Front side looks similar to normal Girafarig, but the hind legs have developed shorter legs that turn into long flipper like feet, and a longer, fish like tail that still has its second head. It's rear half is a darker blue, that blends in with the sea.
It has adapted to travel between the various islands in the Hoenn region by developing flippers and a stronger tail, allowing it to swim with deceptive speed for something its size. It runs from land predators by running into the water and swimming away, and can retreat from ocean predators by running onto dry land. It travels from island to island eating leaves with it's front head, and grass with its tail head.

Flavor/Design: in Kanto, Murkrows started eating Paras. Only, the spores contained in their mushrooms were released and contaminated these Murkrows, until they took complete control of them.

Pokémon: Kantonian Honchkrow
New Typing:

New Abilities: Insomnia / Effect Spore / Poison Heal
New Stats
: 100 / 95 (SpA -10) / 52 / 111 (Atk -14) / 95 (Spe +24) / 52 (SpD)

Flavor/Design: The mushrooms on Kantonian Honchkrows have grown over time thanks to the energy of the lunar light. This gives them strange abilities that are very popular with paranormal lovers.

T.I.A.

formerly Ticktock

Pokémon: Unovan Smeargle
New Typing:

New Abilities: Insomnia/Technician/Protean
New Stats: 35/55/20/35/20/85 (Swapped attack stats with defense stats, and switched those stats around. -20 HP and +10 Atk and +10 Spd)
New Moves: None (It's Smeargle, so why add moves?)
Removed Moves: None.
Flavor/Design: While normal Smeargle are still around, some Smeargle went for a more rouge style in areas like Castelia, Nimbasa, and Virbank City. They use graffiti like their Johtoian counterparts, but on a more epic, and dangerous, scale, claiming any area they see as their own with outlandish designs. Each one has a unique signature made from special paints. They are sleepless as a result, and several pair up with rebel gangs to cause havoc. Some have also managed to change their type, which is shown through their multicolored bodies. These Smeargle don't have a beret, but a hoodie like Scrafty, but without that awkward mohawk and with their hood always up, revealing a messier version of the paw mark. The rings under their eyes are bigger and black, and the body also has a darker shade. The paintbrush is replaced with a spray can, also leaking out green paint. Inspired by Banksy, but also other prolific graffiti artists.
